At Ambitious about Autism, we're currently looking for a Policy and Campaigns Officer to join our team on a part time (0.4 FTE) basis.
The postholder will have a track record of influencing policy and an understanding and passion for issues affecting autistic children and young people across a range of areas, including education, employment, health and social care. JOB PURPOSE
As part of the Brand and Marketing team, the Social Media Officer will lead on social media strategy for the organization, working closely with teams across Magic Breakfast to develop and diversify our presence on social media. Through innovative, compelling content creation the Social Media Officer will raise awareness of our work and the Magic Breakfast brand. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop Magic Breakfast social media channels to grow an engaging environment for people with lived experience of childhood morning hunger and our wider supporter network.
- Develop and deliver effective strategies that optimise and grow our social media channels.
- Liase with both Magic Breakfast and corporate partners' design, PR and social media agencies to deliver effective and timely campaigns
- Monitor, improve (through testing and optimisation) and report on the performance and effectiveness of social media content and campaigns
- Write impactful and engaging social posts, sourcing approprtiate imagery and developing video content in collaboration with the Multimedia Producer.

Working with the Senior Head of Digital and team, you will be required to plan, develop and execute high quality, engaging digital campaigns which attracts and retains key stakeholder groups (donors, veterans, influencers etc.) inspiring them to take action.
As the Senior Digital Campaigns Officer you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing plans to engage and recruit supporters for a diverse range of events to achieve annual targets. Working with our Challenge Events Manager you will also ensure that our events website is accessible, optimised and kept up to date and will develop new initiatives, using a digital first approach.
Key Responsibilities:

About the role
As Crisis’ Media and Artist Liaison Officer, you will play a key role in securing impactful media coverage that inspires the public and politicians to join our fight to end homelessness by raising awareness of our influencing campaigns and fundraising events. You will help to build Crisis’ profile by bringing to life our work, demonstrating how we end people’s homelessness for good through education, training and support with housing, employment, and health.
