Teenage Cancer Trust is the only UK charity dedicated to providing specialised nursing care and support for young people aged 13–24 with cancer. Every day, seven young people in the UK hear the words “you have cancer”, and Teenage Cancer Trust ensures they do not face it alone.

The charity funds specialist nurses and youth support teams in hospitals across the UK and provides vital emotional, practical and psychological support for young people and their families during and after treatment.

Regional fundraising is a core income stream for Teenage Cancer Trust, generating income through a combination of community and corporate fundraising. Supporters are often personally connected to the cause, including young people, families and communities directly impacted by cancer, making this a highly rewarding fundraising environment.

Teenage Cancer Trust is now seeking a Senior Relationship Manager (West Scotland) to grow and develop income across the West of Scotland. With an individual income target of c.£130k and a combined Scotland regional target of c.£260k across East and West Scotland, this role will play a key part in strengthening existing relationships while identifying and developing new fundraising opportunities across a region with significant growth potential.

Reporting to the Regional Fundraising Area Manager, you will be responsible for building long-term supporter relationships and developing strategic area plans to maximise fundraising opportunities. You will also work closely with frontline nursing teams, volunteers and colleagues across the organisation, ensuring supporters experience the impact of their fundraising while helping identify new opportunities across both community and corporate audiences.

As Senior Relationship Manager, you will:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of community and corporate supporters across West Scotland
• Deliver an individual income target of c.£130k across community and corporate fundraising
• Develop strategic area plans to drive sustainable income growth
• Build, steward and retain high-value supporter relationships
• Coach and mentor Relationship Managers, supporting their development
• Identify and develop new fundraising opportunities across community and corporate audiences
• Work closely with frontline teams to share powerful supporter stories and demonstrate impact
• Monitor income performance, manage pipelines and proactively mitigate risk
• Build strong relationships with volunteers, corporate partners and local communities

Essential skills and experience:

• Experience of community, corporate or regional fundraising
• Proven ability to build and grow long-term supporter relationships
• Track record of delivering income against fundraising targets
• Excellent relationship-building, networking and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to coach, mentor or support the development of colleagues
• Confident developing fundraising plans and identifying new income opportunities

You’ll need access to a vehicle as there is a requirement to be able to travel across the region to attend meetings, events and training.

Desirable, but not essential:

• Knowledge of managing high-value or complex supporter relationships
• Exposure to both community and corporate fundraising
• Experience working with volunteers and close-to-cause supporters
• Knowledge of the West Scotland fundraising landscape, ideally Glasgow

• Be an active and influential member of the core Brand Refresh project group, delivering the project to time and budget, strengthening brand awareness, consistency and impact.

Main purpose of post

This is a new role for the marketing team at Weston Park Cancer Charity. The Communications and PR Manager will play a critical role in telling our story, championing our mission, and amplifying the voices of patients, families, clinicians and supporters.

To lead and deliver impactful, brand-building communications and PR activity that increases awareness, deepens engagement, and strengthens Weston Park Cancer Charity’s reputation across South Yorkshire and beyond. The Communications and PR Manager will work closely with the Marketing Manager, Campaigns Manager and Digital Marketing and Social Media Officer to create compelling copy for charity news stories, press releases and campaigns, ensuring consistent and meaningful communication across channels.

This role will:

Communications Strategy & Planning

· Support the Marketing Manager in delivering the annual marketing plan through communications and PR opportunities.

· Support the Campaign Manager with the charity’s multi-channel campaigns that raise awareness of services, research, events, and fundraising initiatives.

· Monitor and evaluate performance of communications activity, using insight and data to inform continuous improvement.

Media Relations & PR

· Build, maintain and grow strong relationships with local, regional, and national media.

· Act as first point of contact for media enquiries and manage press office activity.

· Prepare press releases, statements, briefings and media packs.

The role bridges the gap between dementia support and cancer services, ensuring that people experiencing a dual diagnosis receive coordinated, dementia-aware support that promotes dignity, independence and equitable access to care.

We are looking for a person-centred Adviser who:

• Has experience of supporting older people, vulnerable adults or people with long-term conditions. Experience supporting carers would be desirable.
• Has a strong understanding of dementia and its impact on communication, decision-making and daily life.
• Has the ability to build trusting relationships with people experiencing distress and uncertainty.

As Fundraising Lead- North & North Wales, you will lead Philanthropy and Corporate fundraising across your region, developing relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals, senior business leaders and corporate partners.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Part Time Advocacy Support Worker with the delivery of our Community One-to-One Advocacy project.

The Project Worker / Advocacy Assistant will work closely with the Project Manager to deliver a high-quality, person-centred Community One-to-One Advocacy service across the Royal Borough of Greenwich. Supporting the day-to-day delivery of the project, the postholder will help ensure that project objectives, outcomes, and timescales are achieved in line with organisational policies and funder requirements.

The postholder will work directly with individuals with learning disabilities, autistic people, and other vulnerable adults to help them understand their rights, access services, overcome barriers, and improve their independence and wellbeing. They will also support the Project Manager with community outreach, volunteer coordination, partnership working, monitoring and evaluation, and maintaining accurate records to ensure the effective delivery and ongoing development of the project.

The role

The donor experience & stewardship manager will report to the head of fundraising operations & strategy.

We are seeking a creative and driven donor experience manager to join our team on a permanent basis. Working alongside members of the wider team, you will lead on creating and delivering a gold-standard experience for major donors supporting the Royal Free Charity, showcasing the impact their support has across our hospital sites. Your efforts will play a key role in ensuring continued, uplifted support for the charity.

You will play an important role within our Fundraising Operations team, helping to build relationships, and increase income, in a pivotal year for the charity, after our silent phase capital campaign launch. Your role will have a varied workload, supporting both core fundraising and campaign stewardship. The role will offer significant scope for development, giving you the opportunity to develop your skillset in a supportive, ambitious, and high-performing team.

The team

Our dynamic fundraising department generated c.£4m through donations in 2025/26, and we are now preparing for an ambitious multi-million-pound campaign in support of a ground-breaking cancer centre on the site of the Royal Free Hospital.

We pride ourselves on being a supporter focused and agile function, working at the heart of the charity to deliver impact for patients and staff across our hospitals.

Responsible for attracting and retaining donors, and delivering an outstanding supporter experience, the fundraising department comprises three teams which work closely together to achieve our shared objectives:

· Our philanthropy & campaigns team builds relationships with individual philanthropists, trusts, foundations, corporate organisations and intermediaries, giving or facilitating donations of £10,000 or more to the charity each year. They lead major appeal activity for the charity, currently focused on our cancer campaign, and special events to support these activities.

· Our public fundraising team harnesses the support and energy of individuals and groups, helping them to give back in the way that works for them. This includes committed giving, in memory support, gifts in wills, and fundraising events and challenges.

· Our fundraising operations team provides operational support for our fundraising and the wider charity through the provision of data and systems support, prospect research, stewardship, gift processing, reporting and governance. We underpin the work of the entire department.

The Talent Set are proud to be partnering with Addenbrooke’s Charitable Trust (ACT) in their search for their Individual Giving Lead- Acquisition. This role will be pivotal in driving ACT’s supporter acquisition programme.

ACT exists to make their outstanding hospitals even better. They raise vital funds to support Addenbrooke’s and the Rosie hospitals — connecting generous people with projects that go beyond the boundaries of NHS funding and help deliver the very best in patient care, clinical outcomes and research.

ACT is entering a defining chapter: alongside supporting their existing hospitals, they are helping to bring to life two once-in-a-generation pioneering new hospitals: the Cambridge Cancer Research Hospital and the Cambridge Children’s Hospital. Together, these hospitals will transform healthcare locally, nationally and globally, placing Cambridge at the heart of medical innovation.

The role:
As the Individual Giving Lead (Acquisition), you will lead , with the support of the Head of Individual Giving, development and delivery of multi-channel campaign, spanning digital, face-to-face, and direct mail, ensuring they attract high-quality new supporters efficiently and at scale.
Bringing a data-driven mindset, you will analyse performance, identify insights, and make evidence-based recommendations to optimise campaigns. You will also collaborate closely with colleagues to shape an exceptional, personalised welcome journey that builds long-term loyalty from the very first touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the ‘subject matter expert’ for supporter acquisition, contributing to the wider Individual Giving Strategy and devising an annual acquisition plan.
• Plan, test, and deliver multi-channel acquisition campaigns to drive donor and income growth. Deliver past patient mailings to engage hospital patients as supporters.
• Design and execute a best-in-class, personalised welcome experience for new supporters to maximise lifetime value and long-term loyalty.
• Monitor performance against KPIs, tracking cost per acquisition (CPA) and lifetime value (LTV) to ensure effective use of budget.
• Stay ahead of external industry trends while ensuring all activities are compliant with the Code of Fundraising Practice and relevant legal policies.

Experience needed:

• Experience of acquisition within an individual giving or a digital marketing team.
• Proven track record of recruiting new supporters (or customers) through a variety of marketing channels.
• Experience monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on relevant KPIs.
• Strong numeracy skills for budget management and monitoring project spend.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with sharp attention to detail.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Empathy, passion, and enthusiasm for the life-changing work of ACT.

Desirable:

• Experience utilising Donorfy or a similar CRM system.
