You will establish open and trusting relationships with people who have had long histories of homelessness or in temporary/insecure accommodation, enabling them to access and sustain accommodation and enable them to exercise choice and control over their lives. The team is multi-disciplinary in our approach – coaches, peer support worker, clinical psychologist – which allows us to formulate innovative approaches. The team operates across London, providing numerous opportunities to build effective partnerships and contribute towards systems change.
Location: Office-base in Tower Hamlets, outreaching London-wide
