This new and exciting role will give the successful candidate the opportunity to work across our community and event income lines, taking responsibility for raising income from a wide variety of supporters. We’re looking for an individual who can hit the ground running, complimenting a team that proactively develops and drives our community and events portfolio.

About the role
Smart Works are looking to appoint a HR Advisor to join our People team at a time of significant growth for the organisation. Working closely with the existing team of two, the HR Advisor will play a crucial role in developing the centralisation of the function for all 11 centres across the UK.
The HR Advisor will manage the employee lifecycle staff processes and the trustee recruitment processes, supporting the Head of People in maintaining a professional and efficient function and contributing to the delivery of the People Teams plans and objectives.

Duties and responsibilities

The Role
As the Legacies Manager, you will assume a pivotal role within our dynamic Partnership and Development team. About the Role
This role is an exciting opportunity to work for Mind BLMK as part of the Fundraising & Engagement Team.
