As our Youth Engagement Worker, you will play a key role in ensuring the voices and experiences of young people help shape Frontline’s work, programmes and influence.
Working closely with the Youth Engagement Manager, you will support the delivery and growth of our youth engagement offer for young people aged 14-25 with experience of social work and children’s services.
This role has been created to support the expansion of our youth engagement work to include young people aged 14-17. While our existing Young People Advisory Board provides valuable retrospective insight from young adults, engaging younger people will help ensure Frontline benefits from the perspectives of those currently experiencing children’s social care services. A little bit about you
We are looking for someone with hands-on experience working with young people aged 14-25 and a track record of building trusted relationships with them. You will understand the issues facing care and social work experienced young people, along with the policy landscape shaping children’s social care. You will have practical experience running engagement and facilitation activities, and ideally some familiarity with co-production and youth-led approaches. Background in the social care or youth sector is important, along with solid safeguarding knowledge, and any experience reporting to funders would be a plus.
We have a fast-moving culture within the team and organisation, so we’re looking for someone who is who is well organised, details-focused and can use their initiative to do what works. You will have excellent communication skills, be able to build relationships with people and be willing to learn. Breaking Barriers is a national charity dedicated to helping refugees and asylum seekers build new lives through employment. We work with individuals facing complex barriers to the labour market, providing tailored employment support and partnering with statutory, voluntary, and community organisations across the UK.
This role has been created to support the delivery of multiple employment projects in London. The postholder will work directly with asylum seekers and refugees across a range of community settings, including asylum contingency accommodation, and in Breaking Barriers offices, helping them access employment & integration support and connect with our services.
Overall Purpose

These are the basic duties required of the Head of Operations. BIAS is a local charity which has supported England’s largest Irish community in Brent for almost fifty years. We deliver our support through our welfare and housing advice service, our active ageing clubs, our volunteer project and our befriending scheme. We raise over £2 million in extra income for the most vulnerable and disadvantaged every year and have over 7000 attendances at our club services. BIAS has recently expanded into Haringey borough and has exciting plans to further develop its project scope and geographical reach, supported by sustainable and diversified grant funding, including from Ireland’s Emigrant Support Programme.

JOB PURPOSE
To assist the Programmes & Funding Manager in coordinating the day-to-day delivery of AdviceUK's funded programmes. The role will keep projects running smoothly, maintain accurate monitoring data, and be a reliable first point of contact for members and delivery partners. 1.Programme & Project Support
·Assist the Programmes & Funding Manager in the delivery of AdviceUK's funded programmes and contribute to their design and development where required.

The Head of Public Fundraising is a new role at Coeliac UK leading the charity’s public fundraising function. The role focusses on driving sustainable growth across individual giving, community fundraising, events, lottery, raffle, digital fundraising and merchandise. This role is responsible for delivering Coeliac UK’s 5-year fundraising strategy to maximise return-on-investment, grow long term supporter value, and contribute to the charity’s mission.

Who are we looking for?
Key to the success of this role is a strong understanding of individual giving fundraising. This role blends the strategic oversight and leadership of a Head of role across multiple income streams, with the hands-on expertise of an IG fundraiser. Experience across other income streams and areas of fundraising delivery would be a huge benefit as the role leads community fundraising and events, will take on digital fundraising - currently led by the Chief Engagement Officer, as well as manage the data and supporter care functions, but experience in individual giving is essential as Coeliac UK has defined that as an area of priority income. Help bring bold, imaginative theatre for children and young people to audiences across Wales and beyond. We’re looking for an experienced Producer to lead our productions from initial planning through to national and international touring.
The Producer will be responsible for producing all aspects of the Theatr Iolo productions (approx. 2
productions a year) and will be the main point of liaison for internal and external colleagues. The
Producer reports directly to the Artistic Director but also works closely with the Executive Director to
negotiate contracts with co-producers.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Planning
• To provide day to day management of the producing function – supporting the Artistic
Director and Executive Director, in ensuring that all Theatr Iolo productions are presented
with high-quality production values and in the best possible circumstances, including
national and international touring.
• To build and maintain relationships with venues, presenters, programmers and co-producers
• To work with the Executive Director on negotiations of contracts with companies, venues,
creative appointments, writers’ commissions and the engagement of actors.
• To source and apply for suitable funding to contribute to the production budget.
• To draw up rehearsal, production and performance schedules for all productions and
projects, liaising with the Communications & Engagement Manager and the rest of the Iolo
team.

Productions

• Direct line management of the freelancers (creatives, cast and technical) involved in all the

creative industries and where relevant, draw upon such information in planning and
programming strategies.
General

• To work with the Administrator to maintain Theatr Iolo’s database in relation to tour booking
