Job description

This is a key role in a small dedicated and friendly team. A back office role, if you love admin, really care about getting things right and are digital savvy you could make a HUGE diffference to our team and our work.

We are looking for an unflappable Finance and Office Manager who matches our ethos, has a lot of energy and skills with Xero, CRMs and spreadsheets to bring orderliness and efficiency to our operations.

About You

You will be used to managing your own workload and reacting positively to new priorities, risks and opportunities as they emerge. The successful candidate will have good knowledge and experience of financial management including accounting principles, budgets, and related software, data and financial reporting. Experience or knowledge of charity governance is also desirable.The ideal candidate will have a track record of financial and office management and HR, ideally in a not-for-profit setting. However, candidates with transferrable experience will also be considered. You will work collaboratively with our leadership team, accountants and treasurer.

This role would suit someone with flexible and pro-active approach to work, attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively with people internally and externally.

We are currently home based due to COVID-19.  However, in the future the role will be based at our offices in North Kensington, with the opportunity for continued homeworking for some of the working hours.  This role is not suitable for permanent full-time remote working.
