About the role:

We are looking for a Strategic Relationships Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping NCVO’s strategic influence and reach. Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, experienced and data driven CRM Manager to join the Projects, Data and Insight team at Heart Research UK and oversee the development, implementation, and optimisation of our Customer Relationship Management activities.

In this new role, you will play a pivotal part in developing the charity’s approach to CRM and database engagement. You will be responsible for segmenting audiences, automating communication flows, and driving supporter and non-supporter engagement, retention, and lifetime value.

Hearing Dogs for Deaf People, whose mission is to see a time when no deaf person feels alone, is seeking a proactive and relationships-driven Partnerships Account Manager for managing and growing a portfolio of corporate partners.

Hearing Dogs for Deaf People has been creating life-changing partnerships between hearing dogs and deaf recipients since 1982. As well as acting as an ear to their partners and alerting them to sounds, the charity’s clever and expertly trained dogs help deaf people to live life with confidence and independence, whilst providing love, companionship and emotional support.

Following on from a strategic review, the charity is now looking to build a new Income Generation Directorate, to enable them to transform many more lives across the UK. This role will be critical to help Hearing Dogs reach their goals to diversify income, expand their portfolio and accelerate income from mission-aligned businesses.

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Partnerships, this role will take a lead on nurturing existing partnerships and developing new ones, with a specific focus on increasing income through employee engagement and payroll giving schemes. It will also ensure that each partnership is maximised and aligned with Hearing Dogs’ mission and fundraising goals.

The post-holder will work closely with internal teams and corporate supporters to deliver engaging campaigns, employee fundraising, volunteering opportunities and impactful communications that help raise income and awareness for the charity.

It is a role that will require excellent stewardship, creativity and commercial awareness skills for mutual value – that means you will need strong relationship management and excellent communication skills. A background in corporate fundraising will be essential, alongside the ability to identify and maximise the potential of corporate support opportunities, including financial and in-kind support. This is a key role for the organisation, proactively leading on new business; delivering mid and high-value partnerships and maintaining a healthy and active pipeline of new prospects to support the long-term sustainability of our work. The successful candidate will develop compelling proposals and pitches to build new relationships and provide excellent stewardship for existing corporate partners. Role Summary 

Bliss is the UK’s leading national charity for babies born premature or sick, and we are looking for a Digital Project Manager to join our skilled and creative team. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to take responsibility for the overall project management and development of a new website for Bliss. This role will work closely with an appointed digital agency, Bliss’ Digital Team, colleagues across the organisation and service users to ensure that our new website is delivered on time, to budget, and optimised to meet the needs of our service users.

• Location: Hybrid, with a minimum of 1 day a week worked in our London Bridge office 

• Salary: £40,000 FTE (pro rata) 

• Terms:  21 hours a week, 18-month fixed term contract (ideally to start in Oct/Nov 2025)

Role Details 

This is an excellent opportunity for someone to take on the overall project management of a new website redevelopment project for Bliss, working closely with our digital agency. 

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience: 

• Significant experience in digital project management, agile working and the delivery of a website and other digital products and services 

• Proven experience of digital innovation and a creative approach to finding solutions and solving technical issues 

• Significant experience and understanding of user research / testing, and of managing agencies conducting this on our behalf; as well as co-creating digital products and services with users 

• Up-to-date knowledge of digital trends and ability and appetite to keep up to date with advances in these as well as experience of translating these into proven digital enhancements 

• Technical knowledge and expertise: 

  • Expertise in website CMS and a range of digital technologies 

  • Utilising search engine optimisation to increase the targeted traffic

  • AB testing and piloting of digital projects 

  • Using CSS, HTML and excellent IT skills with the ability to use Word, Excel, and analytics tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio and Hotjar.

• Proven ability to build effective internal and external relationships and to make digital accessible to non-digital people 

• Exceptionally high attention to detail and desire to make a difference.

We have TWO opportunities for a Digital Products Manager responsible for the development, delivery and improvement of our digital products. You will lead work on our website, microsites and other platforms, ensuring they meet the needs of our user communities and support the MND Association’s strategy.
