Associated Country Women of the World (ACWW) is an international non-governmental organisation which works to amplify the voices of rural women globally. We are looking for a passionate and experienced manager to lead our new Dorset High-Risk IDVA Service. As the IDVA Service Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the operational delivery, quality, and strategic oversight of a specialist team supporting victims of domestic abuse across Dorset. This role is 37.5 hrs offered as hybrid working with two days from our Boscombe office, however travel across Dorset will also be required.
You will provide strong leadership, ensure trauma-informed, victim-centred practice, and work closely with multi-agency partners-including Dorset Police, MARAC, DA service partners, health, and safeguarding teams-to ensure safe, high-quality and effective service delivery.
This role is pivotal in shaping a newly commissioned service and embedding high standards aligned to SafeLives Leading Lights best practice.

- Ensure compliance with safeguarding procedures, data security, and relevant legislation.
About You:
Ideally, you will have
- Experience working within multi-agency forums
- Experience representing or developing services at an operational level
- Experience supporting workforce wellbeing in trauma-exposed roles
- Additional specialist knowledge such as coercive control, harmful practices, or complex needs.
You will need
- Experience managing domestic abuse or similar high-risk safeguarding services.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to coach, support and develop staff.
- A thorough understanding of domestic abuse, risk assessment and safety planning.
- Excellent knowledge of MARAC processes and multi-agency safeguarding arrangements.
- Confidence in managing service performance, reporting and contractual requirements.
- The ability to work collaboratively with partners to achieve positive outcomes for victim/survivors
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the service at a strategic level.
- A commitment to Victim Support's values and a compassionate, trauma-informed approach.
This role involves regular travel and due to the location, a driving license and access to a vehicle is considered an essential requirement. Responsibilities:
- Lead the business performance of the home alongside the Registered Manager, delivering agreed income, occupancy, cost and surplus targets

You will also contribute to gap analysis activities and work closely with Process Owners and their teams to support knowledge transfer and process handovers through coaching, awareness, and clear documentation, ensuring operational system changes are effectively embedded.
The role involves producing high quality operational system process and procedure documentation in collaboration with CRM Leads, using their guidance to shape clear and practical process definitions. You will apply your knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including entity creation, workflows, business rules and business process flows, to enhance procedures while continuously referencing project scope and objectives to ensure process change analysis remains relevant and aligned with programme goals.
You will coordinate, communicate and organise project and organisational resources to support deliverables, while championing positive organisational change through the Central Platform programme. The role also includes participating in solution testing where required and collaborating effectively with third-party partners, the CRM steering group, CRM Project Manager, CRM Leads and the CRM Business Analyst to ensure successful delivery.
About you
You will be experienced in process or business change with a proven track record in CRM implementations and an interest in emerging Microsoft technologies, specifically MS Dynamics 365.
Possessing in-depth functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, your effective verbal, written, and presentation skills enable you to work with both technical and non-technical colleagues at all levels of an organisation. You will be adept at negotiating, influencing, and engaging with stakeholders, quickly building credibility with colleagues and external parties.
Essential knowledge, skills and experience:
- Demonstrable experience as a business or change analyst
- Experience working in significant technology change Implementations with an interest in emerging Microsoft CRM technologies and best practice

The charity supports a large treatment selection process that feeds new clinical trials seeking disease modification. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager on a full-time, permanent basis. As Finance Manager you will manage the charity’s financial operations, including but not limited to recordkeeping, payment processing, reporting, and systems oversight, ensuring transparency and compliance.

As Finance Manager, you will:
- Supervise and process day-to-day financial operations, including accurate recording, allocation, coding, reconciliations, and documentation of all transactions
- Work closely with the external bookkeeper and accountants to ensure accurate monthly reconciliations, support the preparation of VAT returns, and address any financial queries or discrepancies
- Produce regular management accounts on an accrual’s basis, supporting internal decision-making and providing financial interpretation to the Directors and other stakeholders as required
- Support the preparation of statutory accounts, working alongside external accountants and auditors
- Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accurate updates are made in coordination with external providers, and that statutory payments (e.g. to HMRC and pension providers) are tracked and full
The successful applicant will:
- Have demonstrable experience in finance within the charity sector (ideally international charities), in a similar role
- Be a fully qualified accountant (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or equivalent experience
- Have strong knowledge of UK charity financial regulations and reporting requirements
- Be proficient in accounting software (e.g. Beacon, Xero) and Excel
- Have experience with budget development and financial reporting (trusts, foundations, or institutional funders)
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

· Work with the People and Culture Officer to design recruitment campaigns and talent attraction that contribute to building a diverse talent pipeline.
· Manage onboarding and induction processes to ensure a positive first 100 days at The Charity.
· Oversee the communication and administration of policies, contracts, payroll changes, and compliance checks (Right to Work, DBS, references).
· Partner with People & Culture team members to plan and deliver initiatives relating to wellbeing, performance, reward and recognition, and EDI.

Managing volunteering operations
· Lead the operational plan with respect to volunteering, ensuring volunteering supports departmental priorities. This will include acting as the central point of contact for volunteering operations, providing guidance, support and inspiration to teams and volunteers on volunteering policy and process.
· Oversee the recruitment, induction and training of volunteers, working with the People and Culture Officer, Learning and Development Lead and People Administrator, developing digital and in-person learning resources. This will include promoting volunteering opportunities internally and externally, ensuring clear and engaging communications.
· Support the Head of People and Culture to develop recognition initiatives to ensure volunteers feel valued and connected, including campaigns such as Volunteers’ Week and Trustees’ Week, working alongside the Internal Communications Manager role.
· Support Volunteer Coordinators across teams with advice, training and problem-solving to ensure a consistently excellent volunteer experience.
· Ensure volunteering activity is safe and aligned with safeguarding, risk and data protection standards through ensuring policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with legislation.
· Manage the volunteer management system (Volunteero) and use data and feedback to evaluate and improve the volunteer experience.

Role Overview:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, The Premises Officer will be responsible for the security of the building and the safety of staff and learners, when on duty. The post is to cover evening shifts at the school, 5-10pm during the term dates and various additional hours to cover annual leave out of term dates, including the weekends.
The team at PSAD are passionate about connecting the community through culture, art and design, making it affordable and accessible for all. Today, managed by Enable and firmly rooted in the community, the school offers art and design courses, including specialised courses like the Art and Design Diploma, a Family Learning programme where parent and child can learn and work together, and courses for young people.
Main Duties/Responsibilities
- Set up studios as required, directed by the Operations Manager or the Curriculum Manager.
- As directed, maintains the security of the School and the safety applying the closed down procedure at the end of each day , students and staff have safe access, unexpected visitors and contractors show identification and sign a visitor book; reports all incidents e.g. security breaches, threatening behaviour, theft to the Operations Manager or the most senior officer on duty.
- Ensure all of the facilities, studios and teaching spaces are prepared ready for each class throughout the School's opening hours e.g. putting away equipment, cables, turning off heaters, clearing studios of rubbish, emptying bins, any cleaning as required during operational hours.
- Assumes full responsibility for the building and the safety of students in the absence of more senior staff, contacting the Key Holder (Operations Manager/Head of School) in the case of an emergency.
- Assists the Operations Manager with minor repairs as required.
- Assists with the delivery, unpacking and storing of stock and stores.
- Operate the school Art Shop and sell a range of art materials to students at designated hours, and refreshments to students in the evenings and at weekends, if required.
- Handles cash accurately, including use of cash tills and credit card payments, maintaining security of cash and stock at all times.
- Assist and contribute to key school events including operational tasks related to them such as setting up exhibitions, and technical support for tutors in using IT facilities for teaching and learning equipment.
- General administrative and operational duties including taking payments from students for fees and materials, using the school MIS system to enrols students, ensuring that all details are inputted correctly to ensure accurate record keeping and check course information on the school website and make necessary updates.
- To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the overall function, as directed by the Head of School.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Implementation (Online & Offline)
• Key operational lead, deputising for the Head of Individual Giving and Legacies, taking responsibility for the planning and delivery of campaigns and activity across channels and supporter journeys.
• Develop and implement activity to attract new supporters through an integrated mix of channels, including social platforms (paid and unpaid), search engine advertising, email marketing, and offline appeals.
• Manage relationships with external partners, including creative, fundraising, and digital marketing agencies, ensuring high-quality delivery and ROI.
• Develop and execute integrated campaigns where ultimate conversion may occur via traditional channels such as telephone or mail, taking a holistic approach to acquire and convert new supporters.
• Analyse metrics and data, reporting on KPIs, budget, and spend. Work to constantly test and optimise campaigns to exceed targets and improve return on investment.
• Support forecasting and budget planning on marketing activities within the IG budget.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies, ensuring our fundraising efforts remain innovative and effective.
Stewardship, Content & Operations
• Develop and deliver personalised relationship-building communications and initiatives that recognise supporter loyalty and deepen their connection to the impact of their support.
• Oversee the operational delivery of supporter communications, including the development of processes for bespoke and workflow-delivered thanking and nurturing.
• Create and optimise content, sometimes cross team and directly with our incredible patients and supporters.
• Build journeys that maximise conversions and build loyalty. This includes high-quality creative fundraising writing, concepting, and messaging development.
• Ensure all supporters are thanked and updated in an appropriate and timely manner, working with the team to ensure coverage and that all interactions are in line with our supporter promise.
• Cultivate deeper engagement with supporters beyond transactional interactions, explore opportunities for meaningful dialogue and a sense of community.
Collaboration & Cross-Selling
• Work with the wider PCR team to maximise opportunities for fundraising and patient impact, specifically leading on cross-selling meaningful cash and support propositions to other audiences (e.g., events participants, community fundraisers, and campaigners).
• Work with Agile principles in mind, collaborating with colleagues across the organisation to plan and deliver high-quality work.
• Build key relationships across teams within and outside Public Fundraising to achieve successful fundraising outcomes.
• As required, represent PCR externally, promoting our work and building long-term relationships with stakeholders.
Database and Compliance
• Develop your existing experience and affinity for supporter data to improve outcomes for supporters.
• Hold a very good working knowledge of key aspects of data protection law including GDPR and PECR, as well as the Fundraising Code of Practice.
• Work with our tools and seek to improve knowledge and use of these, including Access CRM, Fundraise Up, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Wordpress and MailChimp.
Skills and Competencies
Our ideal candidate would have the following:
• Fundraising Expertise: Proven experience in an Individual Giving role(s) with a track record of managing both digital acquisition and offline appeals (direct mail/telemarketing) for a charity or social cause, as well as significant experience in retention, marketing communications, supporter services.
• Agency Management: Experience managing creative, fundraising and digital marketing agencies, to deliver a variety of campaigns or activities across multiple channels.
• Digital Proficiency: Demonstrable expertise setting up and managing campaigns in Meta Business Suite, Google paid advertising, and email marketing platforms like Mailchimp.
• Strategic Thinking: Evidence of leading successful integrated campaigns resulting in significant income or lead generation.
• Audience development: Led development of successful new propositions for cross-selling across existing audiences.
• Creative Skills: The ability to motivate and inspire audiences through content and creative writing and storytelling for various channels.
• Financial Acumen: The ability to monitor and manage income and expenditure against targets as well as forecast and report on campaigns across all channels.
• Supporter Experience: A strong desire to provide excellent supporter experience and customer journeys to everyone who encounters PCR.
• Collaborative Mindset: A collaborative and innovative mindset with a desire to test, learn, and work with stakeholders cross-functionally.
• Agile Working: Experience working within Agile project management frameworks would be beneficial.
• Technical Knowledge: Good knowledge of WordPress website optimisation and plugins, or a strong desire to learn.
• Passion: A strong belief in the work we do at PCR, and a demonstrable desire to improve outcomes for patients through our work in fundraising.

Prepare compelling responses to grant applications, support the Business Development Director and wider leadership team with responses to complex tenders and high-value funding applications.
