Responsibilities of our Senior Corporate Partnerships Development Officer:
- The successful candidate will lead the development of new, long-term corporate partnerships, supporting the implementation of the corporate partnerships fundraising plan and increasing sustainable net income for Cats Protection.
- The Senior Corporate Partnerships Development Officer will be pivotal in driving new income for the charity, working as one with teams across the charity to identify new opportunities for potential corporate funding support.
About the Corporate Partnerships team:
- We sit within the Marketing & Income Generation directorate.
- The corporate partnerships team is split between new business and account management, made up of driven, passionate and dynamic corporate fundraisers
- We currently have a team of one full time Senior Corporate Partnerships Development Officer and a Corporate Partnerships Development Manager, in addition to a Lead Corporate Partnerships Manager who oversees the entire corporate partnerships team
- You will be managed by the Corporate Partnerships Development Manager, and you will work alongside another Senior Corporate Partnerships Officer to achieve a joint team target
What we are looking for in our Senior Corporate Partnerships Development Officer:
- Significant corporate partnership fundraising experience generating new business
- Extensive experience of developing strong relationships with supporters/ clients/colleagues
- Experience of presenting business proposals in person and via conference call
- Experience of managing commercial participators agreements, negotiating updates and changes where necessary
- Excellent networking skills
- Familiar with the CIOF codes of practice relating to corporate partnership fundraising

Job Purpose
The Charity General Manager is the Charity’s senior operational lead, responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day management and administration of Two Rhythms, ensuring the charity operates effectively, efficiently and professionally. This role combines hands-on operational management with a strong focus on income generation.
The postholder will lead a small team of employees and volunteers, strengthen policies, processes and systems to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality service delivery, and be explicitly responsible for delivering an annual income plan and pipeline across grants, donations, earned income and events.

Key Responsibilities
Income generation (annual income plan + pipeline delivery)50%
Explicitly responsible for delivering an annual income plan and pipeline, covering: grants, donations and earned income (paid sessions, training, membership).
· Effectively manage grants and funding, growing partnerships with funders and overseeing regular reporting.
· Lead the delivery of the annual income plan across grants, donations, earned income and events.
·Identify, pursue and secure new funding opportunities, including writing and coordination grant applications
·Support and coordinate grant applications and funding opportunities.
·Develop and maintain an income pipeline tracker, ensuring opportunities are progressed, deadlines are met, and reporting requirements are planned and delivered.

Thinking about change management process. Ensure regulatory compliance across the organisation by developing, implementing and maintaining appropriate systems, policies and procedures (including GDPR, Health & Safety and safeguarding).
· Prepare and submit reports to relevant regulatory and statutory bodies as required, including maintaining Charity Commission and Companies House information.
· Manage procurement and contracting of equipment, supplies and services (e.g., IT and office equipment), ensuring best value for money.
Finance administration & budgeting
·Manage day-to-day finance administration using a finance platform, including invoicing, coding and maintaining accurate financial records.
·Support the production of regular finance updates for the Board, including budget monitoring and highlighting risks early.
·Work with Trustees to support financial planning and sustainability.
·Manage accurate daily management and board accounts bookkeeping with external partners and contractors
People leadership, governance support & impact reporting
·Line manage and ensure performance monitoring of the management team
·Manage colleagues, creating a positive, productive, supportive and safe working environment.
·Ensure appropriate HR policies and procedures are in place, liaising with an external provider where necessary.
·Develop a process to monitor impact and KPIs, providing regular feedback to the Board.

This will be achieved by:

No Moustache Required - but the following are:

Minimum 4 years’ experience in Corporate Partnerships or New Business roles within a fast-paced national team, securing high-value 6 or 7 figure partnerships.

Proven track record of developing and executing B2B corporate acquisition strategies that deliver new high-value partnerships.

Demonstrated end-to-end partnership development capability, from prospect identification and pipeline build through to close, contract and handover.

Experience building and managing a robust pipeline of high-value prospects, including disciplined CRM management (Salesforce or equivalent).

Located in Tower Hamlets, we welcome people of all ages to our large, friendly community centre in Shoreditch where we offer a wide range of activities promoting wellbeing and social connections. These opportunities make the Marketing & Fundraising Manager position varied and interesting, with plenty of possibility to grow and develop in the role.
Job Purpose:
The Marketing & Fundraising Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing St Hilda’s East’s marketing strategy and will take the lead in organising fundraising events and securing funds from individual donations, and rental and room hire income.
They will lead on communications with external stakeholders through the development and implementation of SHE’s marketing plans and social media strategy. There will be a particular focus on strengthening our unique link with the Guild (alumnae) of Cheltenham Ladies’ College, as well as with parents and pupils of the school – to raise awareness of the impact of St. Hilda’s East and to organise joint events. The postholder will work alongside freelance fundraisers who focus on maximising grant income.
It is not essential to have experience in the non-profit sector; we would love to hear from you if you have experience in sales and marketing in a commercial environment and are looking to bring your talents to the charity sector.

About the role
After extensive scoping work throughout 2025, we are launching an exciting project to create a step change in the way we deliver our organisational knowledge, clinical expertise and information to add commercial value to potential customers across a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, diagnostic and pharmaceutical companies. This new role of Head of Commercial Development will own the creation, development and delivery of this work.
You will be responsible for leading the creation of a commercial proposition for Myeloma UK, which will deepen relationships with the healthcare industry, pharmaceutical industry and other associated sectors, to promote Myeloma UK’s knowledge and expertise for commercial return. About You & The Role
You are a natural builder who enjoys closing deals, developing relationships and creating meaningful social impact. You will shape and lead PBC’s first dedicated fundraising function, building a portfolio from the ground up with limited existing donor relationships.
The role focuses on securing six-figure corporate partnerships and cultivating high-net-worth individual donors, alongside a smaller trusts and foundations portfolio. You thrive in a strategic, relationship-led role and are comfortable using a broad range of fundraising approaches.
Working closely with the leadership team, you will secure funding to support long-term sustainability and expand PBC’s impact across London and beyond. Initially the sole fundraiser, you will have the opportunity to develop and lead a team as the function grows.
Key Responsibilities

Fundraising Strategy Delivery: Take ownership of multi-year fundraising strategy working closely with the CEO and Board to diversify and increase revenue streams that support PBC’s service expansion and reach
