Rights of Women (ROW) is looking for an organised, creative and innovative woman* to join our team as our Fundraising and Partnerships Manager. This is a key mid-level role, responsible for driving growth in our fundraising and supporting the diversification of our income streams to ensure the charity’s long-term sustainability.

You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery – balancing relationship-building, creativity, and strong attention to detail. You will have a proven track record in fundraising, particularly within corporate and individual giving, and be confident managing communications and donor engagement activities that inspire and retain supporters. You will be able to collaborate, communicate and inspire others to build further financial sustainability and resilience in a challenging funding landscape.

Working closely with the Director, the Senior Management Team, Trustees and the Fundraising and Communications Committee, you will lead on building and maintaining fundraising relationships, implementing a robust stewardship cycle, and enhancing ROW’s profile across England and Wales.

Your role will benefit from our current collaboration with an external communications agency, which focuses primarily on media engagement and broader publicity, providing support to amplify ROW’s profile. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to lead on fundraising-related communications, taking ownership of donor-facing content, including our regular newsletter, supporter updates, and campaign materials. This will involve producing engaging, creative, and mission-aligned content that informs, inspires, and strengthens relationships with supporters, while ensuring consistency with ROW’s values, tone and objectives.

The Role 

The CSJ Foundation is looking for a Regional Portfolio Manager (North) to join its Portfolio team to help grow and professionalise it’s offering to charities and donors alike. The CSJF has big ambitions for its work with small charities over the next 3 years, central to this work is our Portfolio team. Based in the north of England (ideally north of Sheffield), the post-holder will be responsible for delivering first-rate charity due diligence on some of the best small charities in the UK. In this role you will use tech solutions to drive insights and understanding about CSJF’s work with charities, in addition, the post-holder will gather intel from frontline charities to create insights to inform the CSJ’s policy work. The post-holder will also seek to generate interesting media stories. The post holder will help to generate new income for the CSJF through multiple streams. The post-holder will work towards pre-agreed targets to grow the CSJF’s work, fully supported by the Managing Director and other colleagues. Main Responsibilities 

Responsibilities for this post include:

• Be a leading member of the CSJF’s portfolio team helping to professionalise and enhance our charity due diligence work

About the job role

About Unfold

Unfold is an established local charity supporting young people and families to reach their potential by identifying and achieving their goals through mentoring. We support families and young people in Westminster and its neighbouring boroughs through mentoring programmes and peer support groups for women with children.

For over 35 years, we have provided support to families and young people at risk of social exclusion. Working with trained and DBS-checked volunteers, we offer mentoring to women and children, building independence and helping people get where they want to be. About the Role

The Programme Manager is responsible for the development, management and delivery of Unfold’s Broadening Horizons mentoring programme and peer support groups for children and young people aged 10–25.

The role includes managing a team of four (Senior Programme Officers and Programme Officers), ensuring effective planning and delivery of mentoring programmes in line with agreed strategies and workplans. You will oversee the development of specialised programmes, including mentoring for refugees, young people seeking asylum, those excluded from mainstream education, and those with care experience.

The Programme Manager will monitor performance, manage resources, ensure compliance with Unfold’s policies and procedures, and report regularly to the Deputy CEO and Board of Trustees. You will prepare reports and case studies, analyse monitoring data, revise training materials, and use findings to inform programme improvement.

Partnership management is a key element of the role, including maintaining and developing relationships with local authorities, schools, funders, and community organisations to enhance programme delivery. The postholder will also lead the Youth Advisory Council, supporting members to contribute to Unfold’s strategy and direction.

As part of the Senior Management Team, the Programme Manager will contribute to wider organisational planning and development. The role may include occasional evening and weekend work, for which time off in lieu will be given.

Our Infrastructure Systems Manager plays a crucial role in the development, support and maintenance of these systems, implementing the tools and technology we need as well as driving the reduction of IT costs where possible.

• Maintenance of technical infrastructure based on Microsoft technologies
• Automated process creation to ensure systems are monitored and managed
• Migration of remaining on premise systems to Microsoft cloud based solutions

The Opportunity

Good Faith is seeking our first People & Culture Manager – a hands-on, strategic HR generalist who is excited to shape and scale a people-first culture in a growing, purpose-driven organisation.

You’ll play a pivotal role in building and embedding people practices that reflect our mission and values, ensuring Good Faith remains an exceptional place to work. Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Compliance

• Act as first point of contact for HR matters, ensuring compliance with UK employment law and best practice.

• Maintain and embed up-to-date HR policies and processes, delivering staff training where needed.

Person Specification

HR Operations & Compliance

• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, ideally within a small or purpose-led organisation.

• Demonstrated experience managing sensitive employee relations issues.

• Strong working knowledge of UK employment law, HR policy development, and HR best practice.

• Demonstrable awareness of emerging trends in People and HR, including the opportunities and ethical considerations presented by AI and automation

• CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above), or equivalent experience.

This exciting new role will drive forward our Inclusion Health agenda, helping us design, deliver and scale peer-led services that put lived experience at the heart of change. 

About the role 

The Innovation and Implementation Manager will lead on embedding new models of care within health systems — ensuring our peer-led projects are effectively planned, delivered and sustained. You’ll work closely with NHS and community partners, line manage Peer Leads and Coordinators, and oversee key projects including: 

• Liver Health Peer Support, improving early detection and surveillance for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). 

• Peer-led Needle and Syringe Provision (NSP) and wider harm reduction initiatives. 

You’ll manage project delivery, build strong partnerships, monitor outcomes, and share learning nationally to shape future approaches.

The College of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare (CoSRH) is the leader in the field of sexual and reproductive healthcare, and we are the voice for professionals working in this area. As a multi-disciplinary professional membership organisation, we set clinical guidance and standards, provide training and lifelong education, and champion safe and effective sexual and reproductive healthcare across the life course for all.

We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual who is passionate about sexual and reproductive healthcare and women’s health to join our External Affairs team. This is a great opportunity to gain first-hand experience working within a national professional body and support CoSRH’s external influencing, policy, and communications work at a critical time for the organisation.

The role:

Working closely with colleagues across the team, the postholder will provide essential support to the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Sexual and Reproductive Health (APPG on SRH), contribute to the delivery of the ambitions of the CoSRH Hatfield Vision, and assist with a range of media, communications, and policy activities.

The External Affairs Assistant will be an integral part of a small but high-performing team that leads CoSRH’s advocacy and public profile — influencing national policy, supporting stakeholder engagement, and amplifying the voice of sexual and reproductive healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Parliamentary and Policy Support

· Support the work of the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Sexual and Reproductive Health (APPG on SRH), including preparing briefings, arranging meetings, drafting minutes and supporting stakeholder engagement.

· Assist in drafting policy briefings, consultation responses, and submissions to Government and other stakeholders.

· Conduct research to inform CoSRH’s external engagement, campaigns and influencing priorities.

· Develop a knowledge of key policy developments within the fields of Sexual and Reproductive Health, including across all four UK nations.

· Maintain and update contact databases and stakeholder lists.

Media and Communications Support

· Draft CoSRH member and Hatfield Vision Endorser newsletter content in line with CoSRH’s communications strategy.

· Support the Media and Communications Manager in preparing and disseminating press releases, statements, and campaign materials.

· Help monitor media coverage and track engagement across CoSRH’s channels.

· Track and analyse media coverage of women’s health and SRH to identify emerging stories, trends, and opportunities for engagement.

· Take responsibility for growing the College’s Bluesky account with the support of the Membership Engagement Team.

Programme and Project Support

· Contribute to the work of the Hatfield Vision Taskforce, including supporting meetings, and helping to communicate outputs.

· Provide logistical and administrative support for external meetings, events, and stakeholder activities.

· Assist in maintaining the team’s planning tools, trackers, and shared systems to ensure smooth coordination.

General Administrative Support

· Provide administrative support to the External Affairs team, including diary coordination, minute-taking and meeting preparation as required.
