About your role
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Fundraising Co-ordinator to join the Marketing, Communications and Fundraising team at Housing Justice.As Fundraising Co-ordinator, you will identify both statutory and grant funding opportunities to fund our projects, and craft compelling bids and proposals that clearly articulate our vision, services, and value to commissioners and funders. You will also be responsible for applying for relevant accreditations to support your applications and will have experience of building corporate partnerships.

JOB PURPOSE
This new role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of fundraising within a dynamic, purpose-driven organisation.
You will play a key role in helping to futureproof and sustainably grow Magic Breakfast’s income from trusts, foundations, and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs). This is a varied and rewarding role, with the opportunity for creativity with your own pool of funders.
You will be part of the Major Giving team, which secures income from trusts, foundations, and HNWIs. While your primary focus will be on trusts and foundations fundraising, you will also support the team’s work with HNWIs, adapting to the team’s needs as required.
With support from a friendly and experienced team, you will take ownership of a portfolio of trusts and foundations, managing relationships and securing donations typically ranging from £500 to £10,000. In supporting the team’s work with HNWIs, you will help to deliver outstanding donor care, nurture long-term relationships, and contribute to securing transformational gifts. Strong writing, communication, and research skills will be key to your success in this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

With support, submit reports, deliver effective communications and maintain engaging relationships with your pool of existing funders.

AHF is seeking an England Development Manager (Heritage Revival Fund) to co‑lead our core grants and advisory programme across England. This role has been created following the recent announcement of significant new investment, which will support the expansion of the Heritage Revival Fund through to 2030. This investment will enable AHF, in partnership with DCMS and Historic England, to provide grants to hundreds of communities across England, helping them bring neglected historic buildings back into use.
Ideally based in southern or central England with focus on southern half of the country. We are seeking an experienced Fundraising Manager to join our team on a fixed-term 14 month contract (maternity cover).
The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for the management and delivery of our challenge events, special events and community fundraising streams, but the post-holder would also be expected to regularly support activities across our corporate partnerships, individual giving and Family Fundraising streams of fundraising too.

Key Responsibilities:
Event Management
- To manage our Challenge, Community and Special Event fundraising streams to achieve set targets. This will include management of challenge events such as our flagship event, Ride for Lia, as well as London Landmarks and the Royal Parks Half Marathon.
- To manage our annual Air Ambulance Mingle and develop existing plans for a new Christmas Carol Concert
Corporate and Community Partnerships
- To assume account management of our smaller corporate and community partnerships (who are primarily engaged with us through event fundraising)
- To support the Director of Fundraising in the delivery of our larger corporate and community partnerships.
Supporter Engagement
- To effectively steward fundraisers to ensure an excellent supporter experience (resulting in year-on-year participation), including appropriate thanking and recognition, reporting and feedback on outcomes of events.
- To build strong relationships with existing and new stakeholders, including event committees and our Board of Trustees.
Essential Experience and Skills
- A minimum of three years proven experience in a fundraising role, preferably in a challenge, community or special events fundraising role.
- Demonstrable ability to build relationships and effectively steward and support fundraisers to exceed their targets.
- Experience in writing and developing stewardship plans and in creating engaging fundraising collateral to support donors and supporters of all levels.
- Demonstrable experience in developing and managing fundraising evens from design to completion, including logistical planning, budgeting, forecasting, stewardship and evaluation.
- Experience working with fundraising committees and/or Trustee Groups.
Essential Skills:
- A strong communicator, able to confidently engage with stakeholders of all levels, internally and externally, to share our vision and maximise fundraising success.
- Excellent project management skills, with strong attention to detail, comfortable working across multiple-channels simultaneously.

If you are;
- Experienced in developing and implementing supporter journey programs, events and direct marketing campaigns.

This is a full time 12 month fixed-term opportunity, working 37.5 hours per week on a hybrid basis with the expectation that our successful candidate will work from our Godmanchester site approximately 1 - 2 days a month dependant on business need. Senior Early Diagnosis Programme Manager
The Senior Early Diagnosis Programme Manager is a key role as we develop and evolve our early diagnosis programmes at Bowel Cancer UK. The role will provide strategic and operational leadership across the charity’s awareness and engagement programmes and the new Bowel Towns programme. This role will manage a multi-disciplinary team delivering programmes that improve cancer awareness, empower communities, and drive earlier diagnosis.
In addition, as the charity’s services lead for Northern Ireland (NI), the post holder will build high-impact partnerships and develop a regional plan to enhance awareness, early detection, and support for people affected by cancer. You’ll work closely with the Head of Services and Support to ensure our early diagnosis services are impactful, inclusive, and evidence-based.

The Administrator will play a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient running of the NVN’s operations. Working closely with the General Manager, they will manage day-to-day administration, membership communications, events logistics, and financial record-keeping.
They will help ensure that the NVN remains responsive, organised, and welcoming to its members and everyone.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration and Coordination
- Support the General Manager with the day-to-day coordination of the NVN’s activities.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases (including membership and financial information).
- Prepare and circulate agendas, papers, and minutes for Trustee Board and working group meetings in collaboration with the chair and general manager.
- Track progress on agreed actions and support efficient follow-up.
- Support the General Manager to manage and promote funding applications from the membership, such as the ARCH Levy Fund, bursary applications and the Event Subsidy Fund.
Membership and Communications
- Respond to member and public enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage membership renewals and maintain the membership database.
- Create and distribute newsletters.
- Maintain our social media presence and website content.
- Store NVN songbooks and send out when purchased.
- Assist with the organisation and delivery of NVN events, training, and gatherings (online and in person).
- Website management (in liaison with website hosting company).
Finance and Record-Keeping
- Support basic financial administration including invoicing, payments, and expense tracking.
- Maintain up-to-date financial records in coordination with the General Manager and Treasurer.
- Maintain and store confidential documents and archives.
- Support the preparation of information for reporting and audits.
- Work with Xero (accounting software).

The Policy and Campaigns Manager leads ADUK in championing reforms that pave the way for better access for all disabled people partnered with a highly trained assistance dog. Through dynamic campaigns and impactful initiatives, this role is pivotal to how ADUK amplifies the voices of those whose lives are transformed by these life changing dogs, ensuring that their rights are protected for years to come.
Key Responsibilities
- In partnership with the Executive Director (ED), continue to develop a compelling case for taking a standards-based approach to the training and welfare of assistance dogs.
- Gather, analyse and apply robust evidence to strengthen ADUK’s credibility, influence and voice on key policy and campaigning issues.
- Work with the ED to identify and progress opportunities for ADUK and its members to engage with policymakers, regulators and other decision-makers, and to support positive policy change.
- Develop and deliver written and in-person reports and briefings for different audiences, including politicians, policy officials, and other decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the ED and Head of Education and Allyship to develop relationships with key stakeholders.
- Lead, manage and convene the ADUK Advisory Panel, ensuring it operates effectively and informs ADUK’s policy and campaigning work.
- Monitor legislation and policy developments relevant to assistance dogs and dog welfare and communicate these as appropriate to members.
- Support the ED with the delivery of ADUK’s policy function, including the preparation of policy statements, briefing papers, media responses, and submissions to consultations and inquiries.
- Provide informed policy advice to the ED on priority issues affecting ADUK and its members.
- Represent ADUK externally, articulating its policy positions at meetings, events and forums, where appropriate.
- Take responsibility for projects, with the support of the Executive Director where appropriate, including joint work with partner organisations.
- Organise meetings, policy roundtables, expert workshops, policy training and other events.
- Provide information and support to service providers on assistance dog policies to promote access rights for disabled people with assistance dogs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:
Essential – applicants will:
- Have experience working in a policy, public affairs/campaigning role, with a solid understanding of how the policy development process works and how to influence national policy.
- Experience in convening and facilitating advisory groups, panels or stakeholder forums to support organisational decision-making.
- Experience in planning and delivering events, workshops or meetings that support policy, stakeholder engagement or organisational aims

Background
Human Dignity Foundation (HDF) is a private, philanthropic foundation which was established to enable children to live with dignity. In recent years, we have focussed on funding organisations who help protect and safeguard children from sexual exploitation and abuse (CSEA). HDF is a spend down foundation which expects to complete the funding of its international partner projects by the end of 2033.
In 2023, HDF updated its strategy to drive the expansion of our portfolio of projects and maximise the foundation’s future impact – to support more children affected by or at risk of CSEA. To support this strategy, HDF is in the process of setting a UK registered charity, which is expected to be operational by end of Q1 2026.
Job Purpose
The Finance and Operations Manager will oversee and support the operations of the UK charity, working closely with the HDF team based in Dublin, to ensure its smooth running and compliance with UK laws and charity regulations.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
The Finance and Operations Manager role will be dynamic and diverse given the small nature of HDF’s team. The role will be expected to build on the processes, policies and tools already in existence within HDF Switzerland and adapt them to the UK context. Core responsibilities of this role will include:
Finance
- Process and record payments and other transactions in the accounting system;
- Maintain financial records and prepare monthly management accounts, reconciliations, etc. for review by the Director of Finance and Operations;
- Support payroll processes and liaise with external providers;
- Manage required filings with HMRC as required (expected to be minimal);
- Prepare annual financial statements and coordinate/ support the annual audit/ financial verification of the charity;
- Prepare the annual budget and produce quarterly cashflow forecasts, ensuring timely drawdowns of funds from HDF Switzerland as needed.
Operations & Administration
- Produce and oversee the submission of reports and/or required filings to the Charities Commission and ensure broader compliance with its requirements;
- Produce reports and filings to Companies House as needed, and coordinate with the Company Secretary for their timely submission;
- Maintain the charity’s risk register to ensure risks are appropriately understood and mitigated;
- Produce and update internal policies, procedures and tools (templates to be provided where available);
- Set up and oversee the UK pension scheme, life assurance/ health insurance schemes as required with the relevant providers;
- Support the planning and delivery of meetings of the Board of Trustees and other internal and external meetings as needed;
- Organise travel arrangements for UK based staff(s) and Trustees as needed;
- In time the role may take over Company Secretary duties from our external provider;
- Conduct procurement, liaise with suppliers and manage their contracts as needed;
- Conduct other administrative tasks to support the running of the charity as needed, including but not limited to IT and HR;
- Support the charity’s Executive Chair of Trustees with tasks as may be reasonably required.
Grant Administration
- Support the development and amendment of grant agreements with partners as needed;
- Track and reconcile grant payments against agreements and perform required follow up with grantees as needed;
- Update and maintain HDF’s grant management information and filing system to ensure HDF’s records are accurate and up to date.
Person Specification
Experience
- 5 years’ experience in finance, accounting, office management
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working for a charity/NGO sector
Qualifications and skills
- Part-qualified ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA, or other bookkeeping/ accounting qualification
