Proactive, experienced and confident Events professional? Looking to make a difference working on an exciting programme of events for a local hospice charity?

Salary: £22,549--£24,882
Location: York
Hours: 37.5 Full-time, 4 days considered too

You'll deliver exceptional fundraising by stewarding corporate supporters and major donors, developing new and innovative ideas for future fundraising initiatives. You'll be excited by the prospect of joining an organisation in the process of implementing a new vision for its future and looking to embrace a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Things to look forward to in this role:
* Plenty of new business opportunities
* Developing the pipeline of corporate support, strategically engaging the support of directors
* Using your creativity to develop new and exciting engagement techniques
* Working with a friendly, supportive team

This role would suit either a fundraiser with existing corporate or major donor skills, or a sales/business development professional experienced in building partnerships with decision-makers and looking for a change of direction.

Most importantly, you will have a genuine passion for hospice work and meeting the needs of existing and new supporters; you will be committed to putting the patient at the centre of everything that the hospice works to achieve.

Flexible, life and family-friendly. Hybrid working in place, open to 1-2 days from home and office base in York.

If this sounds like a job where you could add value and be happy, then please get in touch with a copy of your CV to our Yorkshire consultant, Ellen Drummond.

Deadline: 30th November, but please do get in contact ASAP so that we can get the ball rolling!
