You will be contracted to our London Hub, Haig House. About the role

We are seeking to recruit an advocate for adults and young people (17+) with learning disabilities, who will:

• Deliver 1-1 advocacy casework on a broad range of issues that enables people with learning disabilities to express their views and wishes, understand their rights and options, communicate with professionals and address issues they face.
• Coordinate Speak Out’s Drop-in advocacy service, providing time limited 1-1 advocacy within drop-in sessions.
• Develop peer advocacy at drop-in sessions.

About you

The successful candidate will need excellent communication and organisational skills. They will be able to manage a complex workload and work independently within a framework of supervision. Experience of advocacy or work with vulnerable clients is essential. Experience of working with people with learning disabilities and knowledge of learning disability services is an advantage. A full induction and training will be provided as well as ongoing peer mentoring and support. It would be desirable for the successful candidate to hold the national qualification in independent advocacy, however this can be undertaken once in post.

The role:
The Learning and Teaching Manager will play a key role in this team, managing and supporting Learning Coordinators to manage our projects. This role will not involve leading workshops with students or teachers directly. Instead, you will be responsible for developing our products, the strategy behind them, and ensuring that they are delivered to a high quality by the Learning Coordinators who manage them and freelance theatre practitioners engaged to deliver them. You will have management responsibility for 3 to 4 people and, with the support of the Senior Learning Manager, will help them to develop and deliver their best work.

You will also contribute to new projects by working closely with the Senior Learning Manager and Director of Education on bespoke requests from new partners (we get a lot of interesting organisations reaching out to us!) and helping to shape new mission-led initiatives, both in the UK and worldwide.

About the Development Operations & Stewardship Manager role:

This job sits within the Museum’s Development Team, supporting a team of fundraisers to build philanthropic relationships, corporate partnerships and run National Museums Scotland’s Membership programme. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Development and be a senior member of the Development team. The post holder will bring experience and knowledge of best practice across the full Development Operations function, including CRM and supporter insight, prospect research, and financial reconciliation and reporting. They will be excited by the opportunity to embed new ways of working within the Development team and to contribute to National Museums Scotland mission.

As Development Operations & Stewardship Manager at National Museums Scotland you will:

• Ensure that the CRM system(s) support fundraising objectives, processes and reporting requirements, maximising opportunities for actionable insights that enable fundraising growth
• Analyse and use supporter data to advise the department on strategic decisions, as well as preparing financial reports and forecasts
• Devise and lead a strategic prospect research plan, aligned with strategic funding priorities
• Oversee the accurate and timely reconciliation, recording and tracking of pledges and gifts across multiple income streams and three organisations

About the opportunity

We are now recruiting for a Programme Coordinator for our schools in the North West.

• The North West Programme Coordinator oversees a caseload of up to seven partner schools. They manage the logistics and organisation of each school’s tutoring programme, working closely with the schools and pupils and managing the pool of volunteer tutors. They attend the weekly tutoring sessions at each school, as well as overseeing the quality of face to face and online tutoring, always working to deliver a great impact.
• The North West Programme Coordinator supports the recruitment of volunteer tutors, manages the tutor sign up process, develops relationships with schools including their Senior Leadership Team and subject teachers, collects data for monitoring and evaluation purposes, and works with other internal teams on business development opportunities.

Duties and responsibilities

• Responsible for the delivery of Action Tutoring’s tutoring programmes in partner schools, whether online or face to face. This includes working closely to manage all key stakeholders: schools, pupils and volunteer tutors; regularly attending weekly tutoring sessions; leading on reviewing and improving programme delivery, using data to reliably assess programme performance.
• Responsible for overseeing the quality of tutoring, engaging in quality assurance processes, and providing feedback to volunteer tutors to ensure effective and impactful delivery. Provide regular check-ins with tutors to ensure ample support and guidance is given to provide targeted tuition to pupils.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders in partner schools, including members of the Senior Leadership Team and subject teachers. Maintain clear and timely communication with relevant school staff, offering regular check-ins with key school stakeholders, and contribute to impact reporting to schools. Supporting the Programme Manager with strategies to retain and sustain school partnerships.
• Update and accurately maintain Action Tutoring’s database, including collecting timely data for monitoring and evaluation purposes, such as attendance records, baseline and interim assessments and pupil surveys. Reporting regularly on key performance indicators to key stakeholders and using them to enhance programme delivery. Work with the Programme Manager on business development, approaching new schools that might be interested in working with Action Tutoring.
• Proactively report to the Programme Manager on the details of Action Tutoring’s operations in their partner schools.

The nature of this role will also require you to demonstrate adaptability, resilience and the ability to cope with some uncertainty. 

This position would suit you if you’re looking to develop your experience in the education or charity sectors. Existing experience of working with young people and/or project management in a charity or education setting would be an asset. About Woman's Trust

Woman’s Trust was established almost thirty years ago and is the leading specialist in mental health services for women. Led by and for women, it aims to ensure that women affected by domestic abuse can live a safe and healthy life, free from further harm. Our approach is trauma-informed and person-centred, empowering survivors on their journey to recover from the trauma. We support 900 women and children annually, with an income of £1.3m and 40 staff. · An honours degree level or equivalent in physiotherapy, Healthcare Professions Council (HCPC) registration and membership of Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).

· Significant post-graduate experience across a range of physiotherapy specialities.

· A patient-centred and holistic approach with a passion for palliative care.

· Experience in palliative care or transferable skills suited to this specialist field.

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

· A UK driver’s licence, business insurance cover and access to a car for work purposes is essential to this role.

Like many mission organisations, in recent years CMS has gone through a process of decentralisation and localisation, resulting in the establishment of CMS-Africa and Asia-CMS within their respective regions. In addition, while CMS once worked primarily through placing people from the West in cross-cultural contexts, we’ve broadened our approach to include supporting local mission organisations and their mission personnel, partnership grant-making and network-building. We are seeking a capable and proactive Operations Assistant to help deliver this ambition. This is a varied and fast-paced role that sits at the heart of our organisation, supporting the smooth running of our core business functions, including HR, IT, systems, finance, recruitment, team events, and workspace coordination. Reporting to the Head of Finance and Operations, and working closely with the HR Manager, you will engage with colleagues across the organisation to ensure our operations are well organised, responsive, and people-centred.

You will be responsible for a broad range of activities, including managing shared systems and records, supporting recruitment and onboarding, coordinating team events and workspace logistics, and providing day-to-day support with IT and organisational platforms. You will also contribute to finance administration, business development processes, and support initiatives that strengthen team culture and employee experience.

This role requires proven experience in administration, operations, or HR support, ideally gained within a consultancy, charity, or purpose-driven organisation. You will be confident using systems such as Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and demonstrate the ability to learn and use new platforms effectively. You will be expected to manage tasks independently, apply sound judgement, and deliver work to a high professional standard.

You will need to build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, associates, and suppliers, and work effectively across a range of internal functions. This will require excellent communication skills, strong organisational ability, and the flexibility to adapt when circumstances change. A high level of discretion and care will be essential, particularly when handling sensitive information or supporting compliance processes.

Timeline:

 About you 

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and motivated Project and Programme Manager with experience of delivering complex and multi-stakeholder programmes on time, and within budget.

You will oversee a portfolio of internally and externally-funded projects focused on the delivery of Ukie’s Supercharged mission. Initially, this is likely to include Ukie’s successful Raise the Game initiative alongside a number of smaller skills-related projects. 

Ideally you will bring: 

• Strong organisational skills with the ability and experience to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and competing priorities. 

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including the ability to build strong and collaborative working relationships across teams and with external stakeholders

What you’ll be doing 

As a Programme Manager, based primarily within the Education team you will also be responsible for leading on the delivery of a range of funded partner projects. Working with colleagues across teams, you will support funding bids for new education and social impact based projects. Should these be successful then you will hold lead responsibility for co-ordinating work with colleagues to ensure successful delivery. 

Key responsibilities  

As Programme Manager you will: 

• Provide programme leadership for our Raise the Game (RTG) initiative. Oversee the end-to-end delivery, ensuring the programme meets its objectives and delivers measurable impact across the UK video games industry.

• Shape the programme’s strategy and roadmap, aligning activities with Ukie’s wider mission and priorities.

• Stakeholder engagement and partnerships. Build and maintain strong relationships with partner organisations, industry leaders, educators and community groups. Act as the key point of contact for all programme stakeholders, championing diversity and inclusion in every interaction. 

• Establish the RTG small grant funding pot and oversee its process for distribution. 

• Plan, co-ordinate and deliver key programme activities, including the annual Festival of Food event. 

• Manage programme budgets and resources effectively, ensuring value for money and long term sustainability.

• Work closely with Ukie’s Communications team to develop and deliver impactful content, case studies and campaigns that amplify our initiatives and increase engagement. 

• Represent Ukie at external events, roundtables and conferences as a visible ambassador. 

• Promote good practice in diversity, equity and inclusion practices across the games sector, influencing industry approaches.

• Co-ordinate working groups and steering committees related to initiatives and projects being managed.

• Work with Ukie colleagues to seek and apply for funding opportunities related to Ukie’s social impact and education work.

• Work with colleagues to design and deliver funded projects. 

• Oversee end to end delivery of individual projects. Managing roles and responsibilities as appropriate.

• Manage project budgets, allocating staff capacity and resources whilst adapting to changing requirements. 

• Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise communication of progress and managing expectations.

• Monitor project delivery, overseeing progress and ensuring the project meets milestones and quality standards.

Ukie allows remote work, but there is an expectation of regular visits to the office.

We are looking for an experienced National Operations Manager, to manage the StreetDoctors operational delivery, quality standards and to support the organisation's strategic development to become a high performing organisation.

We are an award-winning national charity which trains over 17,000 young people affected by street violence each year in emergency first-aid through a team of 250 healthcare volunteers and youth workers. We empower young people with the skills to become part of the solution to violence by developing the skills and confidence to save lives and increasing their understanding of the medical and psychological consequences of violence.

As the StreetDoctors lead for operational delivery, the role will manage and develop the organisation's delivery capacity and implement new innovative national projects. The role will ensure the organisation's performance is managed, achieves the targets and is fit for the future. The key areas of focus include:

• Delivery & Quality Standards: To ensure the quantity and quality of training sessions and projects are nationally consistent, meet the required targets and new opportunities are maximised.

• Relationship Management: To create, develop and maintain partnerships with a range of organisations including, funders, commissioners, community organisations, criminal justice organisations, education providers and youth organisations. 

• Volunteer & Staff Management: To support the development and management of an engaged high performing staff & volunteer delivery team and ensure the volunteering journey is effective and provides the best volunteering experience possible.
