The Supporter Relations Team plays a pivotal role in building relationships with our supporters and assisting our fundraising team to raise vital funds that will support our mission to beat blood cancer within a generation. The main purpose of this role is to lead and develop the Supporter Relations Team to deliver excellent customer service to our supporters from the beginning of their journey with Blood Cancer UK. Our processes need to be as efficient and effective as possible to get the best from our supporters.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with great communication, organisation and interpersonal skills. The post holder will take responsibility to help build lasting relationships with our supporters through written and verbal communication and ensure efficient administration of donations and maintaining accurate data on our CRM system. As a Senior Communications Officer with Clean Air Fund you would help to support the Clean Air Fund’s communications and engagement with our key audiences of governments, funders, businesses, researchers, civil society organisations and campaigners. Bid Writing and Management
- Lead in all elements of the bidding process which includes writing competitive bids within strict deadlines.

KEY CRITERIA
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar role with similar responsibilities, this includes a track record of securing new bids and/or retaining existing contracts
- Previous experience in bid/proposal writing, reviewing, and editing
- IT Proficiency, ability to learn new software programs, experience in Microsoft, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability and willingness to travel and attend market engagement events and to visit services to gain greater understanding of what SIG offers and to inform teams of relevant tender responses
- Ability to create and write engaging content, with proofreading skills
- Proven ability to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks and competing priorities within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral and ability to build relationships

Delphside Limited is entering an exciting phase of change, but is mindful of the challenges the mental health care and charity sector as a whole is facing.

The role is a temporary role (6-12 months) to help direct and support changes of financial systems, data control processes and to help ensure the current team, including our current Finance Manager, are supported with the implementation of a more up to date and effective way of working.
Ideally you will be a fully qualified accountant, but equally we would welcome applications from individuals who are qualified by experience or accredited qualification (e.g. AAT Level 4, ACCA/ACA qualified etc.) It is essential you have proven experience of delivering strategic leadership in finance, preferably (but not essentially) in the charitable sector and that you can deliver changes of processes and systems.
Knowledge of Sage and also XERO systems would be beneficial.
Main Responsibilities :
· Provide full review of current financial controls, identify and implement a new financial I.T./software system suited to service needs.
· Oversee the procurement, implementation and transition to the new financial I.T./software system once it is identified.
· The post holder will assist with the strategic planning and budget preparation for the organisation as well as maintaining the charity's financial accounting systems.
· To provide support to the Finance Manager by overseeing the preparation of the organisation’s accounts for audit in accordance with current accounting good practice and Charity Commission’s Standards of Recommended Practice (SORP)
· Lead, develop and support a small dedicated finance and administration team
· Long term financial planning and assisting the CEO with succession planning in the finance area of the service, including creation of a financial risk register.
· Assist in setting the annual budget and report on performance.
· Oversee timely production by the Finance manager of monthly management accounts and the annual statutory accounts.
· Ensure a robust financial control environment and ensure all treasury and Financial Governance management are in place, suitable and effective.
· The post holder will have responsibility to ensure the organisation is compliant with legal and financial duties associated with those of a Charitable Company reporting directly to the CEO and Board of Trustees.
· Provide proactive assessment of opportunities to deliver efficiencies in collaboration with department heads where necessary.
· Undertake internal audit of systems and processes in place to ensure good financial Governance.

About the role
Are you an experienced corporate fundraiser with an interest in working in the international development sector? Are you creative, strategic, highly organised, a confident and effective communicator and strong team player?
We are looking for an experienced Senior Corporate Fundraising Manager to work closely with the Head of Programme Funding to drive new donor engagement and secure sustainable, multi-year funding. If you are seeking a dynamic and engaging fundraising role which offers you the chance to play a pivotal role within a small but ambitious organisation, then this could be the job for you.
You will be an exemplary relationship builder and have experience in developing multi-faceted corporate partnerships (ideally with experience and success in employee engagement, corporate sponsorship, and/or operational partnerships).
The role also line manages the Senior Fundraising Officer post, a position that provides administrative and fundraising support across the whole fundraising team. Please note that we are a small team and so you’ll need to be comfortable rolling up your sleeves to help out team members and to support new business across other restricted income streams.

It is Baca’s mission to serve young people who have been forced to flee their home countries – offering safe homes and holistic care to inspire hope and enable them to develop independence and build a better future.
The Head of Fundraising & Communications will operate as an effective member of the Leadership Team, reporting directly to the CEO and acting as the strategic lead for Baca’s fundraising and communications activity.
Given the fluctuating nature of statutory income (currently c.75% of total income) it will be the responsibility of the Head of Fundraising & Communications to develop and implement a fundraising strategy that enables the organisation to diversify its income portfolio, ensuring a sustainable funding model that spreads risk and allows for greater donor engagement.
There is a blank canvas to be creative and try new things, with lots of scope for the successful applicant to determine where the network opportunities might lie, build long term relationships and develop an exciting programme of external communications and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate as an effective member of the Leadership Team, working collaboratively to ensure the delivery of organisational objectives.
- Develop, lead and deliver the fundraising strategy – focused on diversification and sustainable income whilst remaining hands on in the establishment of new income streams.
- Establish clear stewardship plans for all supporters, maximising their engagement with Baca.
- Develop and implement the communications strategy – utilising external comms to engage supporters and underpin income generation whilst raising awareness about the issues faced by unaccompanied child refugees.
- Oversee the generation of tailored, multimedia content that raises awareness of Baca and drives increased support.
Person Specification:

- Proven expertise of fundraising across different income streams (e.g. trusts and foundations, community, regional, philanthropy). Expertise of developing new income streams from scratch/a low base would be beneficial but not essential.

- Experience of working in a communications role/closely with communications teams to maximise the opportunities to engage externally and increase support/awareness.

About the Team
This interim role reports to the Director of Communications, Policy and Campaigns (CPC), alongside other Assistant Directors.
The CPC team drives Shelter's campaigns for social housing and renters' rights, supporting our services and income generation efforts.
You'll manage heads of important content and engagement teams, driving strategic direction and collaboration across functions.
About the Role
As Assistant Director Communications and Content, you'll lead Shelter's communication efforts, ensuring impact, reach and a coherent organisational voice.
You'll oversee media teams, drive cross-channel campaigns, and develop ambitious communication strategies. With your experience in matrix management and project/change management, you'll guide teams to achieve our strategic goals amidst organisational change.
About You
We're seeking candidates with extensive experience leading and managing media and communications teams, along with a track record of developing impactful cross-channel campaigns. ROLDA (Romanian League in Defence of Animals) is a small animal welfare charity working to improve the lives of dogs, cats, and other animals in Romania and internationally. Since its establishment in 2006, ROLDA has become a beacon of hope for the millions of vulnerable stray animals in Romania – one of Europe's economically poorest nations. Our mission is to manage the homeless animal population, estimated to be millions, through six key focuses: rescue, rehabilitation, sheltering, sterilisation, and education. Within our shelters, inspired by British kennel design and maintained to meet EU animal welfare standards, we can house up to 700 stray dogs at a time. Here, they receive complete veterinary care, rehabilitation, and preparation for rehoming. Since 2006, we have helped over 48,000 animals (primarily dogs and cats) and built two shelters for dogs and one for disabled and senior cats. We also distribute support, primarily through small grants, to six other charities in Romania and over 40 shelters in Ukraine. We rehome mainly in Switzerland, Sweden, and the UK. In addition to our efforts in rescuing and rehoming animals, ROLDA tackles the root cause of Romania's homeless animals through comprehensive neutering programmes and educational initiatives. Since 2006, we have successfully neutered nearly 20,000 cats and dogs, significantly impacting Romania's severe overpopulation of animals.
Job Overview:
As the Country Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the growth and impact of ROLDA in the UK. This is a remote position (for now) that requires strategic thinking, people management skills, financial acumen, and a commitment to achieving our organisational objectives.
