The Resident Engagement Manager will be the organisational lead in a new and exciting lottery funded project leading a small team and overseeing the design and delivery of the LEAP service at Homeless Oxfordshire and with wider partners.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Provide leadership across the organisation on resident engagement, learning and skills, co-production and activities.
• To promote the active involvement of the resident’s experience and voice in the delivery, development and monitoring of LEAP service.
• To provide support and line management supervision to the engagement team, ensuring they meet all aims, objectives and outcomes, according to the lottery bid.
• Lead on monitoring, data collection and impact measures for all resident engagement work.
• Lead on the design of the peer mentoring training and traineeship programmes.
• Develop and maintain key relationships with key stakeholders including education, employment and third sector partners.
• Develop and maintain strong internal working relationships to ensure managers and teams deliver high quality services that are reflective of Homeless Oxfordshire’s values and address local needs.
• Lead on the development of a mutual support network for staff with lived experience
• Comply with Homeless Oxfordshire’s policies and procedures
• Contribute to a positive working environment in which equality and diversity are valued and staff are enabled to do their best.

About LEAP

LEAP is built on the foundation of strong, supportive relationships that empower residents to move towards stable, independent living. Through one-to-one key worker support, trauma-informed care, and community engagement, residents rebuild trust, form friendships, and gain confidence. Activities like gardening, arts and crafts, and creative writing foster connection and personal growth, while group involvement helps residents feel part of a wider community. LEAP also supports residents to take steps into peer mentoring, volunteering, and training, helping them build positive networks beyond their immediate circle and develop the skills and confidence to thrive independently.

LEAP also collaborates with local partners like RAW, a social enterprise offering training and employment to those with lived experience, and strengthens ties with adult education providers such as Abingdon and Witney College. We also create pathways to volunteer with cultural institutions like the University of Oxford Museums.

LEAP empowers people with lived experience of homelessness and/or addiction, helping them build the confidence and skills needed to move towards independent living and employment. Over three years, the project aims to support 750 individuals. Through a wide range of engaging and meaningful activities, residents will experience positive outcomes such as increased confidence, self-esteem, and a sense of inclusion. They will build supportive networks, learn key life skills and access training, volunteering, and employment opportunities. Many will gain qualifications and secure long-term accommodation. The project strengthens peer support and enables residents to shape services through formalised Residents’ Forums, ensuring their voices influence senior decision-making. For Homeless Oxfordshire, LEAP enhances our capacity to deliver peer-led support, builds staff knowledge, and informs service improvement. Wider community benefits include reduced stigma around homelessness, stronger partnerships with employers and organisations, and improved understanding of the issues faced by our residents—ultimately contributing to a more inclusive and compassionate society.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to join our team in Stoke. This role is offered as office based. Regular travel will be required throughout the area. The role is full time working 37.5 hours per week usually Monday to Friday but 1 in 3 Saturdays are required on a rota basis with a alternative day off in lieu.

About the role:

As an Operations Manager (with allowance), you will be leading several services working to support victims across Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent. Currently these include the Staffordshire Victim Gateway, Harmony ASB and Mediation service and the Restorative Justice service. You will ensure the provision of these high-quality services, maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, and work alongside the Area Manager to promote and develop our victim services in the area.

You will:

• Lead the service teams to deliver excellent and high quality support to victims of crime and major incidents
• Directly manage service leads/team leaders and have oversight of volunteering activity across the services
• Prepare and deliver reports for contract monitoring, helping to retain and improve current commissioned contracts, ensuring all KPIs are met and effective case studies provided
• Co-develop and implement business plans and ensure team aware of each service's mission and vision
• Monitor local opportunities to build and maintain relationships with funders and all stakeholders. Represent the services in external forum and be proactive to advocate for victims needs
• Work closely with other Victim Support services in the county and beyond
• Promote and lead innovative approaches to improve support for victims.
• Raise the profile of the services and ensure they are accessible and inclusive
• Contribute to the wider work of Victim Support, shaping our campaigning and service design.

About You:

Ideally, you will have proven experience in a similar organisation, demonstrating proactive, innovative, and effective management skills and the ability to secure high levels of performance, motivation, commitment, teamwork, collaboration, and trust from colleagues.

Experience in effective partnership working is essential. Strong communication skills are required, including the ability to deliver presentations, and raise awareness for the services.

Ideally you will have:

• Proven service delivery success
• Leadership of diverse, multi-site teams
• A good understanding of the Criminal Justice system and issues arising for victims of crime

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Procurement Administrator to support the procurement function within Harris Federation. This role is essential in ensuring that all goods and services are sourced efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with public sector procurement regulations and institutional policies.

You will play a key role in supporting the Procurement Team by ensuring timely delivery of resources and services, providing administrative support to the Team and having responsibility for procurement processes and policies.

MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Procurement processes and files

• To maintain and have responsibility for the Procurement Team’s eFiling system/SharePoint folders.
• Responsibility for overseeing the registration of new suppliers onto the Procurement Team’s e-tendering portal.
• To issue, collate and consolidate information requests from stakeholders at various levels.
• Requisition and reconciliation of purchase orders with invoices and liaise with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate payments.
• To manage low level categories where appropriate.
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual procurement reports and spend analysis for the Procurement Team and Senior Leadership.

Administration and diary management

• To provide administrative support to the Procurement Team; team calendar management, scanning, shredding, downloading and filing documents.
• To arrange and co-ordinate supplier presentations; organizing meetings rooms, receiving guests, taking meeting notes etc.
• To deal with day-to-day enquiries from internal and external stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist academies with their requests relating to the scheme of delegation, approval thresholds, purchase requests, conducting benchmarking exercises and in some instances obtaining competitive quotes via our frameworks or recommended suppliers to ensure best value.

East End Homes are partnering exclusively with Robertson Bell in their search for a permanent Financial Controller. East End Homes, is a locally based and community-led housing association in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. This year East End Homes is celebrating its 20th anniversary. In 2005 residents of five estates across Tower Hamlets voted for their homes and communities to be transferred to the newly established social landlord.  Today, its 120-strong team manages over 3,900 homes with local offices in each neighbourhood. 

The newly created Financial Controller position offers a rare opportunity for a technically strong, ambitious, and commercially aware finance professional to play a key role in reshaping East End’s finance function and influencing decision-making at a senior level. The Financial Controller will be a member of the Senior Management Team and this role is seen as a natural stepping stone toward Finance Director level within the sector.

The Role:

• Work closely with the Finance Director and Executive Team to support strategic planning and organisational transformation.
• Oversee the development and delivery of Eastend Homes’ long-term financial plans, annual budgets, and business modelling (including BRIXX).
• Deliver and embed a proactive finance business partnering approach across the organisation, influencing decision-making and performance management.

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA).

Together we are piloting a psychologically-informed, trauma-responsive model with an embedded specialist NHS psychology team. This means you’ll receive high-quality training, 1:1 consultations, and reflective practice to enhance your skills, and to support you and your team to pioneer best practice in homelessness services.

You will be managing a multi-disciplinary team that is dynamic, creative and focused on building trust through relationships. Supporting the team to identify, engage and provide harm minimisation whilst promoting a sense of belonging. Providing rapid interventions for new people who may not need the service, alongside offering sustained support for the people who need it most.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join CSW, a Christian organisation working for religious freedom through advocacy and human rights in the pursuit of justice. We are seeking a Finance Officer with a keen eye for detail, and an aptitude for learning new skills, to take on purchase ledger and payroll administration duties in our Finance Department.   You will have either begun on the path of attaining a financial qualification or had some experience in a similar role.  The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all purchases, payments and returns, including supplier invoices, staff payments (salaries, expenses and advances), project and contractor payments and credit card transactions.  Responsible for project reporting against budget.

Key responsibilities (full responsibilities listed in the application pack):

• Ownership of the purchase ledger system, administering the entire process of invoice receiving, checking, coding, distributing for approval, posting to the accounts software (currently Sage), setting up domestic and international payments for authorisation, and electronic filing of documents.
• Administering all credit card returns including distribution of statements to colleagues, checking and coding returns, collating documents, submitting for line-manager approval, posting to Sage and following up on outstanding items.
• Administering staff and contractors expense claims, advances, returns and funds transfer requests, including checking and coding, submitting for budget-holder approval, arranging payment both domestic and international, and electronic filing of documents.
• Recording project expenditure against budget and drafting project financial returns to meet funder deadlines.

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

Join the Harris Federation as a Primary Operations Manager and lead on statutory compliance across a group of primary academies. This is a key role ensuring excellence in areas such as health & safety, GDPR, safer recruitment, asset management, and funding compliance.

MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Leading with the central finance team any independent audit on FSM by any external agencies and to ensure that process and procedures are EFA compliant
• Ensuring and approving that each academy has recorded FSM and PP correctly on their termly census return and have the evidence to support the numbers claimed
• Being the lead across the primary academies on any new statutory developments and ensure that schools fully implement any new guidance

The Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospital Charity supports the Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospital for Wales in providing world class care, helping to ensure the best outcome and experience possible for children and their families.

Scope of the role

Our mission as a charity is to create brighter todays and better tomorrow for the children and families of Noah’s Ark. The Sparkle Fund plays a vital role in the first part of that mission, creating brighter days for inpatient families by delivering our ‘over and above’ service on the wards. Due to the popularity and success of this project and following a very successful The Big Give campaign in December 2024, we are looking to expand the team.

There are many ways in which you will be providing joy, fun and moments of sparkle to the patients and families in the hospital. The role is very varied, and no two days are the same! In any given week you could be organising hospital wide activities for Easter, celebrating a birthday with a long-term patient, arranging for a massage therapist to provide a break for parents, and distributing essentials packs for a family arriving to hospital in an emergency.
