The ideal candidate

To be considered for this role, you should be able to:

• Navigating the London Borough of Tower Hamlets, working with people who have a higher complexity in substance use and need additional support from multiple services.
• To work in a trauma informed and person centred way, empowering the client to make informed choices around their care and support
• Conducting street outreach with partner agencies to identify and locate people on your caseloads, who are sleeping rough.
• Managing a caseload of clients
• Attending partner agency meetings relating to rough sleeping & hotspots in the borough.
• Providing targeted harm reduction advice and information to individuals around the risks associated with drug or alcohol use and supporting people to improve their health and wellbeing.
• Signposting individuals to other support services inclusive of substance use, based on individual need.
• Removing the stigma of homelessness and for those who use substances and/or alcohol
• Breaking the barriers of which people experiencing homelessness face, when trying to access needed services

We are looking for someone with knowledge and understanding of Mental Health conditions and their impact on daily living and a strong track-record of working with individuals and their families to deliver positive outcomes.  You will work within the team to prototype new ways of supporting individuals, and contribute to the ongoing development of the team by sharing learning and by listening and responding to feedback from people who use the service

Main Responsibilities:

· You will carry a caseload of clients, working with individuals and their families to plan, support and achieve goals and outcomes that are important to them.

· To Develop trusting working relationships and provide practical and emotional support to individuals accessing the Living Well service.

· To develop and maintain positive professional working relationships and referral pathways to local statutory and community-based services which support adults

The Senior Evidence & Evaluation Manager sits within the Impact & Evidence directorate at the heart of Youth Futures Foundation.

You will play a central role in building the evidence base on what works to support young people into good jobs.

Working with three Heads of Evaluation, the Deputy Director and the Director, you will help ensure our evaluations are designed to generate credible evidence of what works.

• You will work closely with independent evaluators and delivery partners and colleagues in our Programmes & Grants and Policy & Communications directorates, you will assess the evaluability of interventions, and lead the design and delivery of large-scale, complex impact evaluations.
• You will manage a portfolio of projects, leading some directly, and overseeing others while supporting more junior colleagues.

The Role

As one of two Finance Business Partners, the postholder is responsible for ensuring that Royal Museum Greenwich’s strategic ambitions are correctly planned for and that adequate financial resources are in place to achieve them.

Key elements of the role involve advising and supporting all staff with financial responsibilities to ensure that financial decisions are optimised and to keep relevant staff informed of key financial updates and changes, and to communicate any relevant changes to the rest of the Finance team.

Further core responsibilities include supporting assigned Heads of Departments and directors on all financial matters, advising on budgeting and forecasting, monitoring of actual results and ad hoc queries, and working as a team with the other Finance Business Partner, lead on the production of the monthly management accounts pack, ensuring timely and accurate reporting and incisive analysis and commentary.

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) with a demonstrable track record of working with non-finance managers to achieve high quality reporting, budgeting and forecasting, ideally within government bodies or heritage/cultural/charitable organisations. Excellent analytical skills, the ability to communicate financial concepts effectively to non-financial stakeholders and solve problems are also essential.

This is a permanent full-time in Band 3 - Senior Management. Core hours of work will be 36 per week, working Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am-5pm, although due to the nature of the work, some flexibility may be required.

Salary: £51,500 per annum

About the Role

We're looking for a compassionate and driven Service Manager to join our residential service based in Havering. This role supports residents in temporary housing who are facing challenges with substance use. As a Service Manager, you’ll lead a dedicated team, making sure we deliver high quality support, performance and improvements across our service whilst representing values of the organisation. You'll play a hands on role in supporting individuals facing addiction, homelessness, and complex needs guiding them towards stability, independence, and brighter futures.

The service focuses on providing a 24 hour, 25 bed accommodation service to residents who are deemed to be high risk. They support those who are experiencing homelessness. All admissions are jointly agreed, and placements reviewed at a weekly Complex Needs Panel chaired by the local authority. Residents are agreed on the basis that they are: 

The role includes:

• Overseeing support related to substance misuse, ensuring effective interventions and pathways for service users
• Line Management and Leadership, supporting your team providing advice, guidance and support throughout their employment lifecycle
• Support the Service Manager in leading the day to day operational delivery of the service
• Risk Management ownership, ensuring processes and policies are followed
• Property and Housing Management, ensuring the accommodation meets our requirements, and repairs and maintenance are regularly reported and completed

The Grants and Foundations Manager position is ideal for someone with previous experience of income generation and a proven success in securing funding from trusts and grant making bodies. You will prepare grant applications and maintain a comprehensive database of funders, opportunities and grant applications, in addition to managing and evaluating bids to ensure optimal outcomes.

Additionally, you will have strong relationship building skills, with the ability to engage and grow income from a wide range of supporters.

Keychange is a Christian charity with over 100 years of experience supporting people facing vulnerability. Today, we provide specialist housing for women and young people experiencing homelessness, alongside residential care for older people across the South and Southwest of England.

We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to join our specialist women’s homelessness service, Wayside Community in Reigate. This community is a 19 bed, 24-7 supported housing for women experiencing homelessness. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong frontline experience who is ready to step into management within a highly supportive and mission-driven team.

About the Role
The Deputy Manager plays a key role in the leadership of Wayside Community, supporting the Women’s Homelessness Lead in the day-to-day running and development of the service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting the Women’s Homelessness Lead in Surrey in ensuring the smooth daily running of the Service at all times and deputising in her absence for all matters relating to the management of the Service.
• Ensure that Wayside Community complies with all statutory regulations relating to supported housing, health and safety, fire precautions etc.
• Working with the Women’s Homelessness Lead to develop performance targets and quality control measures for the benefit of the team, and monitoring team members’ work to ensure that these are met.
• In conjunction with the Women’s Homelessness Lead ensure that effective assessments and action plans are updated for all residents through a key worker system and on case files.
• In conjunction with the Women’s Homelessness Lead ensure that all safeguarding concerns, incidents and complaints are managed robustly.

About the role

The Centre Manager - Retail and Café Operations will drive commercial performance, manage staff and volunteers, ensuring profits contribute to and support our mental health and wellbeing initiatives.

You will be responsible for and oversee the Retail and Café operations at Mayfield Garden Centre and line management of the Horticulture, Retail, Gifting and Café Teams.

About you

You will have extensive experience and insights in the garden centre industry, in retail management and horticulture as well as experience managing café or food service operations.

You will need a strong commercial record of meeting sales targets that can be evidenced.

You will need to have knowledge of buying, stock control, understanding health and safety and food safety regulations.

You will have excellent communication skills, ability to provide key and timely content for marketing and line management experience.

Rare Dementia Support (RDS) is a UCL-led collaborative service offering specialist social, emotional, and practical support services for individuals living with, or affected by, a rare dementia diagnosis. Our vision is for all individuals with, at risk of or supporting someone with one of these forms of dementia to have access to information, tailored support and guidance, and contact with others affected by similar conditions.

RDS is provided by the UCL Dementia Research Centre (DRC) within the Department of Neurodegenerative Disease at the Queen Square Institute of Neurology and the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery.

This is an essential, on-site post within the new Rare Dementia Support Centre (RDSC). You will be involved in the management and smooth running of all aspects of the Centre. You will report directly to the Centre Director, Professor Sebastian Crutch and will work closely with other members of the RDS/RDSC Executive team (Head of Support Services and Governance Lead).

The post is available immediately and funded by a donation from the UCLH charity until 31 October 2026 in the first instance.

As Visits Centre Assistant you will provide support to families visiting loved ones in the Visitor Centre, visitor centre services include play and children’s services, and a catering service. Our members are looking for an enthusiastic indovidual to join our Network Hope Activities team as staff cover for 9 months.

You will work under the direction of the Project Manager and alongside, tutors to deliver activities, support networks, health and wellbeing and training support to beneficiaries and to recruit, train and support a network of volunteers to facilitate the support groups. 

The role will involve collaboration with other local businesses and third sector organisations to deliver the activities. This Project’s aim is to support vulnerable disabled people (including those with learning disabilities, autism and those affected by mental health issues and their families) through consistent provision of health and wellbeing activities, pathways into employment training, sport and social activities, advice, signposting and peer support based both at our Resource Centre in W10 and out in the community.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  
 
1. Supporting Tutors, volunteers, senior staff and beneficiaries 
 
Utilising EPM’s resources to lead in locally sourcing beneficiaries and volunteers from the local community. Liaise with the NHS and Social Services, partner providers and schools, colleges, community centres, voluntary organisations and referral agencies. 

· Facilitate and support local support groups, 

· Plan, arrange and run a variety of activities and training programmes. 

· Recruit and support a network of volunteers to co-facilitate support groups and activities 

· Under the direction of The Project Manager conduct home visits to assess the needs of the families and inform them of support available through Network Hope. 

· Arrange the selection and delivery of healthy food and drinks and running the catering and gardening training groups. 

· Work with sports and fitness tutors to ensure all equipment used in sports/fitness sessions are secure and meet health and safety standards. 

· Coordinate and oversee respite and peer group support to the families. 

· Develop, monitor, update and review individual action plans for all beneficiaries. 

· Conduct evaluation reports (including case studies) and work with senior management to collate the information. 

· Assist senior management in leading  advisory group meetings and lead/facilitate local support group meetings.
