Summary of the role
The Individual Giving Fundraiser will be at the heart of our fundraising efforts, driving digital fundraising, managing multi-channel appeals and designing and implementing donor journeys to increase engagement, retention and income.
Main purpose of job
Working with the Head of Fundraising the Individual Giving Fundraiser will lead on developing and delivering strategies to grow income from individual supporters through acquisition, retention, and stewardship. This role focuses on building long-term, meaningful relationships with donors, delivering compelling fundraising campaigns, and enhancing the donor experience across digital and offline channels.
The Role Responsibilities
· Maintain and grow ADSS’s income from individual supporters with a focus on digital platforms.
· Lead on the delivery of acquisition and retention campaigns and optimising supporter journeys.
Fundraising Strategy and Planning:
· Work with the Head of Fundraising to develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies, including regular giving, to support ADSS’s mission, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
· Plan and deliver fundraising campaigns and events, including individual giving and online fundraising efforts.
· Develop project plans and assist in setting KPI’s.
· Craft compelling appeals that resonate with donors and reflect the organization’s mission.
· Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
· Prepare and present detailed reports on fundraising progress to leadership and maintain an accurate pipeline.
· Monitor expenditure for individual events and campaigns to ensure a profitable return on investment.
· Support the team to identify and develop new revenue streams to increase support for ADSS programmes and services.
· Keep up to date with industry developments to contribute to the overall development of the fundraising department. Continually monitor digital trends and be willing to adapt to this quickly changing area.
Donor Cultivation and Stewardship:
· Design and implement donor journeys to increase retention and engagement
· In collaboration with the Communications Team, increase our geographical area of reach and influence, across Kent, to grow our donor base.
· Work with families and the wider ADSS team to support the development of case studies to tell donors the stories of ADSS’s work.
· Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with current and prospective donors, ensuring their continued support.
· Implement strategies for donor recognition and retention, including personalised outreach, acknowledgements, impact reports, and engagement opportunities.
· Develop and maximise communication tools and materials to keep all donors updated with our key messaging and impact.
· Engage with the community through various communication channels, promoting the organisation’s mission and fundraising opportunities.
· Manage online platforms and income pages of our website to maximise the potential channels for donation.
Corporate and Community Partnerships:
Work with the Corporate and Community Fundraisers to:
· Develop Individual Giving programmes within Corporate and Community partnerships
· Ensure that digital platforms support their efforts to cultivate relationships with local businesses and community groups to secure sponsorships, partnerships, and in-kind donations.
· Engage community leaders and influencers to increase visibility and support for ADSS’s fundraising efforts.
· Explore the role of digital platforms in new partnerships to diversify revenue streams and enhance community engagement.
Donor Database Management:
· Maintain and update our donor database, ensuring accurate records of donations, communications, and engagement history.
· Analyse one-off and regular giving performance and optimise programmes based on insights
· Manage the Membership recruitment process
· Track progress towards fundraising goals, preparing regular reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Manager of Philanthropic Fundraising will serve as the cornerstone of administrative support for ULI’s philanthropic fundraising initiatives in Europe. The role will report to the Vice President, Business Development & Membership on a day-to-day basis and work closely with the Chair of the ULI Charitable Trust and CEO ULI Europe.
The role will have a functional reporting line to the Chief (Philanthropic) Fundraising Officer. This position requires excellent relationship management, organisational and communication skills.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative and management support to the philanthropic fundraising initiatives of the ULI Charitable Trust (and the CT Board of Trustees / ULIF Europe Committee) and ULI Europe, including fundraising campaigns, processing collections (through ULI CT or ULI Europe) and preparing donor reports in cooperation with the ULI Finance team in the US.
- Oversee and coordinate design and development of marketing collateral, presentations supporting fundraising campaigns, in collaboration with the ULI Europe Marketing and Communications team.
- Collaborate closely with team members of the ULI Europe business Development and Membership team, in addition to ULI’s country directors and governance director to support the planning of, and coordinate the implementation of the European philanthropic fundraising strategy determined by ULI Europe (namely by the CT Board of Trustees / ULIF Europe Committee), focusing on both donations from individuals based in Europe and donations from European philanthropic foundations and government programmes;
- Work with and manage relationships with individual and institutional donors, in close collaboration with the corporate accounts team, CEO, ULI Europe and the Chair of the Charitable Trust / Chair of the ULIF Europe Committee;
- Work in close collaboration with Research & Advisory Services and ESG Programmes colleagues, to identify and research (third party) philanthropic funding and grant opportunities and assist in the preparation of applications for philanthropic funding from (third party) foundations and government agencies;
- Coordination of proposal writing for potential foundation funding, in close collaboration with the research, marketing communications and legal and compliance teams.
- Set up and implement application, reporting and compliance process for philanthropic gifts for ULI Europe.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- At least 6-8 years’ experience working in a similar role.

Providence Row Housing Association has been helping homeless people in East London since 1860. We provide social housing along with excellent services that aim to support homeless people with complex needs and enable their recovery. Our Senior Substance Misuse Worker works alongside members of the support team to create a safe and welcoming environment within a psychologically informed environment. You will contribute to the development of the recovery hub, by providing expertise in alcohol and drug misuse. Taking a lead role in delivering training/ advising staff on substance misuse issues, liaison with substance misuse agencies, facilitating multidisciplinary case conferences and negotiating access to detox and treatment services. Carrying out assessments of drug and alcohol usage with key clients, delivering brief and extended interventions, outlining risks, advice on harm minimisation and refer to specialist agencies.
You will also conduct surveys of residents view and opinions, assist with audits and reporting on the service, help to ensure compliance with regulation and best practice, and work with a Support Team which promotes person centred coproduced approaches.
You need to have experience of working with homeless people with complex needs, have a good understanding of strengths, needs, and risks they experience. Based in Lewisham in South-East London, Sydenham Garden is a unique wellbeing centre utilising its gardens, nature reserve and activity rooms to help people living with and recovering from mental and physical ill-health. We provide nature and arts based creative, social and therapeutic activities for co-workers (the name we give to our primary beneficiaries).
About the role
Our Director has been in post since November 2021 and on returning from maternity leave in January 2026 she will be working 3 days a week. We are seeking a Co-Director to jointly lead the organisation going forwards as we have made a positive decision to move towards a co-director model. This is an exciting opportunity which can have benefits of increasing capacity, efficiency, and transparency and allow for a broader range of identities both to better reflect the diverse populations they serve and as a way to include more diverse leaders. It is a model that can also reduce burnout, build equity, and support flexible working.
As Co-Director you will be jointly responsible for leading and manage the day-to-day running of Sydenham Garden for the benefit of our co-workers. Action for Refugees in Lewisham (AFRIL) are recruiting for an Expert by Experience Coordinator to join our supportive and growing team. The Expert by Experience Coordinator is a new role in our small dynamic charity. The postholder will work to ensure the voices and perspectives of individuals with lived experience of asylum and forced migration are integrated into the design and delivery of AFRIL services and policy work. This role involves facilitating communication, promoting co-production, and empowering individuals to share their expertise to improve services and guide policy priorities.
The post involves coordinating our monthly Members Forum, and working with the core team to feed this into policy and service development, alongside thematic and sometimes practical support to our Allotment Steering Group, Rainbow Club Youth Council and Asylum Hotel Residents Forum. The postholder will develop the AFRIL ambassadors scheme, creating opportunities for former clients to continue to be involved in shaping AFRIL, and work with the Director to develop a governance level co-production structure as agreed with the Board of Trustees.

This is a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic and inspirational individual to join Keychange in an important new role. We are looking for a candidate who is excited about delivering high-quality management information and helping to drive forward efficient and effective data management. The successful applicant will collaborate with the finance team at Keychange to provide comprehensive financial data to community managers, the senior leadership team and trustees. The role

We are seeking a Philanthropy Officer to play a key role in supporting and delivering excellent stewardship for our Patrons and most generous individual donors. From dance and film, to music, theatre and visual arts the Philanthropy team works across the whole of our ambitious and joyful cross-arts programme, giving you the chance to share the best of the Barbican with our closest supporters.
The Philanthropy Officer will be the main point of contact in the Philanthropy team, primarily account managing our lower-level Patrons and supporting the stewardship and recruitment of higher level donors. Alongside the delivery of our Patrons scheme, they will lead on all individual giving events and manage the philanthropy team’s participation in Development-wide events such as exhibition private views. The Philanthropy Officer also provides key administrative support to the Philanthropy team, keeping track of financial reconciliation, preparing invoices, and managing accurate income data in our CRM Spektrix.

Salary: £26,000 - £32,000

About the role
This is a great chance to be a part of a service working alongside the Healthcare & Education Department within HMP Bronzefield to identify and support women who are identified as being neurodiverse or presenting with symptoms of neurodiversity and will be returning to the community. The Neurodiversity Lead will focus support on women with a neurodivergent need and improve their transition into the community, with ongoing community support; including collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop their support plans.
The Lead will work in a multi-disciplinary way, including attending the weekly complex case meeting and/or the Safety Intervention Meeting (SIM) as appropriate, they will act as a specialist member of the wider Advance Criminal Justice Service - London team, to facilitate a pathway for women with complex needs including mental health and neurodiversity needs. The Neurodiversity Lead will accept referrals from the Advance Criminal Justice Community team and prison services, and will create a link between prison and the community, helping women to navigate support services and to positively re-integrate into their community upon release. They will co-design a person-centred support and action plan with women accessing support, enabling to support them to address their needs and any risks. The role will combine a casework- based approach, along with a signposting and advice service for the women.
The Neurodiversity Lead will be based in the community and will provide a drop-in service (1-2 day per week) in HMP Bronzefield to support women who are close to release.
A car may be desirable for this role, though not essential
About You
To be successful as the Neurodiversity Lead you will need the below experience and skills:
An excellent understanding of mental health, neurodiversity needs violence against women and girls and its links to women in the criminal justice system
You will have the ability to complete trauma informed, support and action plans in collaboration with the woman; to support in addressing their multiple and individual needs and enable them to engage with services, which will result in timely and prescribed outcomes being achieved.
You will possess excellent organisational skills, excellent communication skills and be able to work in a prison environment whilst remaining calm.
