You'll work with colleagues across all teams to ensure opportunities to influence Lancashire Mind's work are promoted to everyone who uses our services.
Lancashire Mind aims to be a great place to work for all our staff, regardless of background or characteristics. One thing we can do to work towards that goal is to ensure that our staff team is representative of the diverse communities across Lancashire.
