Job description

The Limbless Association is seeking an enthusiastic and tenacious Fundraising and Communications professional who is looking to advance their skills while supporting a longstanding, ambitious and respected small charity.

This role will be key in supporting the growth and sustainability of the Limbless Association by coordinating fundraising activities, supporting donors and growing multistakeholder engagement through creating relevant and compelling content across a range of communications medium

We operate in a multistakeholder environment and we love our work and our mission. The postholder will turn ideas into actions, motivating and inspiring our community and beyond to support our work and cause. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible and measurable difference to the lives of those we exist to support. You’ll meet and work with some amazing people with lived experience of limb loss and the incredible professionals who enable their recovery and rehabilitation. It’s a truly inspirational sector to be involved in.

We’re looking for someone who:

· Is passionate about raising funds and realising income generation opportunities that in turn ensure the delivery of vital services and support.

· Has recent fundraising and communications experience.

· Understands how to engage and motivate volunteers.

· Has up to date knowledge of regulatory requirements in fundraising practice.

· Is energetic, resourceful, creative and yet practical

· Understands the importance of lived experience and co-production

· Wants to make a genuine difference
