About CoppaFeel!

CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.

We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.

Breast cancer does not need to be detected late, and as long as we are here and continue to be supported by people like you, we will do all we can to make sure this doesn’t continue to happen.

The Role

The Bespoke Challenge Events Manager maternity cover is crucial to ensure a smooth delivery of our trek programme in 2026. You will manage our flagship ‘CoppaTrek!’ events, which will include five treks in 2026, with a total target of £2.3m. There will be three multi day treks – one in the UK and two abroad. There will also be two One Day events held at weekends in the UK. All five of these events span June – September. You will also be required to support the Senior Manager in the launch of the 2027 programme.

Line Managing two Assistants, the Bespoke Challenge Events Manager will need to hit the ground running to manage all events booked in with their support, getting totally stuck in. Unusually, the Senior Challenge Events Manager (the line manager for this role) will also be a maternity cover role for the same period of time. This elevates the need for clean, organised and focused delivery of our events.

In addition to the delivery of 2026, the Bespoke Challenge Events Manager will need to support in the preparation for 2027, and work with other teams to successfully launch them towards the end of 2026. You will be required to contribute to the budgeting for 2027’s events.

This role does require some evening and weekend work - although not behind the laptop (unless it’s a zoom call to excite all the fundraisers)! You will be lacing up your walking boots, and walking and talking, alongside our CoppaTrek! participants. Therefore, please bear in mind that as part of this role, you will be expected to travel and stay away from home for up to 9 days at a time. The benefit being you get to see some incredible parts of the world and meet amazing people. TOIL is awarded for out of hours work according to our policy.

In terms of the office, it is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office two days per week.

This is a fixed term contract for 14 months. 

Duties and Responsibilities

Event Delivery

• Lead the design, planning, and delivery of CoppaTrek! events, ensuring each trek meets the charity’s goals and provides an exceptional participant experience.
• Manage each event budget, with support from the Senior Challenge Events Manager.
• Coordinate with external suppliers and partners to ensure smooth operations before, during, and after the event.
• Attend CoppaTrek! events through the year.

Manager Key Stakeholders

• Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, sponsors, colleagues, volunteers and fundraisers.

Stewardship

• Ensure excellent stewardship of participants, sponsors, and donors throughout their engagement with the CoppaTrek! programme.
• Provide ongoing support and communication to participants pre- and post-event, including training resources, fundraising guidance, and event-day logistics.
• Acknowledge contributions and achievements of participants and supporters through thank-you gifts, social media shout-outs, and other recognition methods.

Celebrity Liaison 

• Support with celebrity involvement in the CoppaTrek! programme, from initial outreach to event participation.
• Ensure celebrities are well-informed and supported throughout the process, with a focus on creating a positive experience for them and our trek participants.

Marketing & PR

• Follow and deliver a marketing plan for the year to ensure the CoppaTrek! programme remains relevant and popular.
• Work in collaboration with marketing team to lead the acquisition for new challenge event participants, ensuring we grow the number of supporters year-on-year.
• Support on website and social media content.
• Work with the PR and marketing team to maximise celebrity involvement.

This dual role is split approximately 40% fundraising and 60% project leadership and partnership development. The Initiatives and Partnerships Manager plays a key role in the Trust’s Initiatives and Partnerships Team. The post holder will support the development and implementation of the Trust’s projects, manage team members and on occasion support external and partnership projects. Our work is varied, ranging from early-stage feasibility planning, partnership development, fundraising, business planning and design development, as well as supporting our conservation team who lead construction phase oversight. 

This role builds on the successes of the Trust’s longstanding Regeneration programme, which has undertaken pioneering Regeneration projects addressing some of our most pressing conservation needs, as well as developing new operating models for some of the churches in our care. The job will support our regional teams in developing and implementing projects to deliver a range of conservation, social and regeneration benefits; with the balance of each responding to local need, demand and opportunity.

• Support the Marketing Manager to develop messaging, materials and campaigns that encourage sustained support.

Supporter Data and Income Tracking

• Monitor and report on all income and supporter engagement, using the charity’s CRM.
• Ensure all activity is compliant with Fundraising Regulator Code of Practice and GDPR requirements.
• Set and monitor targets aligned with departmental KPIs and board reporting cycles.

The role has been created following collaboration between local stakeholders working in the communities of Knottingley and Ferrybridge. The role is to be part of the delivery team for CRT Engage, a person centred programme; delivering bespoke one to one support to individuals experiencing challenges that impact on their health and wellbeing. It responds to identified gaps in provision and its core focus is to support local residents in accessing and attending local support groups within the community.

You will work on an outreach basis in Knottingley and Ferrybridge to enable services and organisations to understand the direct needs of local people. The role will involve supporting community members to take ownership of developing health and wellbeing resources, and the coordination and production of a community directory.

Role Overview

As the Social Media Manager, you will play a key role in enhancing 20/20 Levels’ digital presence by creating, managing, and growing our social media platforms. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, designing visually appealing assets, scheduling posts, analysing performance metrics, and interacting with our online community. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about using digital media to drive engagement and brand awareness.

This role reports directly to the Marketing & Communications Lead and works closely with programme teams to amplify their work.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management

● Manage the 20/20 Level’s social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube), including content creation, scheduling (using programs like Later), and engagement.

● Create compelling written, visual, and video content that aligns with 20/20 Levels' mission and brand,  including graphics, reels, captions, and TikTok posts.

● Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and mentions related to our industry and brand.

● Design materials for internal communications, including newsletters, announcements and marketing materials and team updates

● Assist in maintaining a content library, organising media assets, and archiving materials for future use.

● Collaborate with our Marketing and Communications Lead to brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and promotions.

Community Engagement

● Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner

● Foster meaningful conversations and positive online interactions to strengthen audience relationships

● Collaborate with internal teams to showcase program updates, success stories, and upcoming initiatives

Performance Tracking & Strategy

● Monitor trends and insights to optimise content strategy and maximise visibility and engagement

● Track, analyse, and report on social media performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement

● Assist in running social media campaigns and influencer partnerships

● Stay up to date with the latest digital trends and best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant

Qualifications & Skills

● Previous experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation (internships or personal projects welcomed)

● Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices

● Excellent written and visual storytelling skills

● Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain performance metrics and communicate ideas clearly and quickly.

● Graphic design and video editing skills (knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, Indesign & Illustrator)

● Ability to analyse metrics and adjust strategies accordingly

● Creative thinker with an eye for detail and brand consistency

● Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion, with an understanding of the challenges faced by underrepresented young people in the workforce

The UK Property and Facilities team is a small, high-performing team within the UK People Team. We are responsible for managing all aspects of the UK workplace, including onsite facilities and maintenance, health and safety, security, property and workplace strategy.

About the role

As our Facilities Manager (Soft Services), you will be a pivotal member of the Facilities team, helping to create and maintain a great place to work for WaterAid UK than enables all staff to be their best self and deliver on our mission.

In this role, you will:

• Work alongside the Facilities Manager (Hard Services) to ensure that the UK offices are safe, sustainable, inspiring, and provide an efficient and engaging working environment for our staff.
• Manage all Facilties soft services to enable a positive employee experience within the UK office including direct management of cleaning, security, office events, reception services (couriers, post etc)
• Be the team lead for office/workplace systems eg audio visual technology, meeting room/visitor management/desk booking software, digital signage.
• Champion WaterAid’s commitment to equity, inclusion and safeguarding.

Requirements

To be successful, you will need:

• On the job facilities management experience (minimum 3 years in a facilities manager role).
• Experience of working in a customer facing facilities team, and proven ability in providing an excellent experience for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment; with strong multi-tasking, organisational and time management skills.
• Experience of managing the tendering processes, contractor/supplier services and budget management (with a focus on value for money and quality of service). 

Although not essential, we’d prefer you to have:

• Experience of working on environmental and wellbeing initiatives. 
• Experience of management for front of house services.
