South East London Mind is working with Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust and Bridge Support to deliver the Greenwich Mental Health Hub. This will form part of the new transformation of mental health services in the Royal Borough of Greenwich under the NHS Long Term Plan. The service will bring together the expertise of local primary, secondary and voluntary sector mental health care providers with the aim of providing flexible, holistic, and integrated services for adults with mental health problems.
Unpaid carers in our communities are supporting relatives, friends and neighbours, often with limited or no support, to live the best lives they can. The support of people with dementia, learning or physical disabilities, mental health difficulties or substance misuse problems by unpaid carers has been estimated to save the government close to the equivalent expenditure for the whole NHS.
We are looking for a Mental Health Carers Advisor who possesses an understanding of the challenges of unpaid caring and whose experience of working within mental health services includes support, prevention, recovery, and self-management. Applicants should possess effective skills in communication and have experience of completing assessments, managing a diverse caseload and working in a busy work environment. An ability to work independently but collaboratively, to be proactive and to show initiative is essential for this role.

Summary
Greenhouse is a national Church of England programme that supports churches to grow new disciples by starting new worshipping communities. The programme works with and through dioceses to support small teams from parishes and other contexts to grow their church.
Greenhouse is moving into the Lay Ministries Team for the next three years, and we are looking for someone to lead this programme within the team. Through Greenhouse we aim to continue to support parishes to grow new worshipping communities through local teams that include confident lay leaders. General Overview of Role
The post-holder will be responsible for writing bid applications within Combat Stress. This will include:
- Support the development and delivery of Combat Stress's bid writing under the leadership of the Director of Fundraising (DoF) and Head of Trusts and Foundations (HTF), in order to support our role as a specialist UK-wide provider of mental health services to veterans with complex mental health needs.
- With guidance and support from DoF and HoTF contribute to the various stages of a bid or tender process.
- Support the team in managing service contracts.
- Ensure compliance with the business development framework and governance processes - with support from DoF and HoTF.
Main Duties and Key Responsibilities
- Complete bid writing in support of the business development agenda of Combat Stress, working with all departments in promoting our services to attract new business and supporting cost-effective service delivery.
- Contribute to our revenue generation agenda by owning and contributing to bid documents such as mobilisation or communication plans.
- Support the assessment of the healthcare market within which we operate, to ensure we are best placed to achieve growth and have the appropriate strategies to mitigate risks
- Support the development, monitoring and delivery of business developments plans, systems and processes in line with our strategy and targets
- Work across departments in order to adhere to the full service specification of the bid or tender.
- Work with the DoF to develop existing partnership arrangements and to develop the case to support new service and business partnerships, commercial ventures, and creative contract solutions to further our strategic aims.
- Manage the "bid/no bid" process to lead our responses to ITTs, lead on bid writing and project management of bid submissions
- Produce reports and proposals, including spreadsheets, involve bids for additional funding from commissioners.
- Review and refine all business development processes and templates to maintain "fit for purpose"
Contract Management
- Assist with the development, monitoring, management, and review of contracts.
Communication
- Contribute to the communication strategy within and external to the Charity
- Support the team on any other projects as requested by the DoF

This is a new, pivotal strategic role to shape future policy and practice in how faith communities support social prescribing for the benefit of local communities. Building on the emerging body of research around the connection between faith and health, this role will take the lead at a national level influencing, shaping and convening partners to unlock and unleash the significant resources of faith groups in contributing towards holistic healthcare delivered within the community.

You will work remotely or a hybrid of remote and working in our collaborative, modern office space in Haywards Heath, which is open Tuesday – Thursday and is a short train journey from Brighton, or a 45-minute train journey from London. You will be expected to attend the office for monthly team meetings and there may be a small amount of other ad-hoc travel within the UK.
Responsibilities
- Managing digital fundraising projects, working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and alignment with objectives and budget.
- Oversee digital fundraising projects, to ensure they meet objectives, remain within budget, and achieve set targets
- Collaborate with fundraising teams to integrate digital content and messaging into offline campaigns
- Oversee the full lifecycle of email campaigns, including planning, execution, analysis, and reporting
- Develop engaging onboarding experiences for new supporters to encourage long-term engagement
- Support the Digital Manager in expanding international fundraising through a range of digital channels

- Proven experience in managing digital fundraising projects with timely delivery, adherence to briefs and budgets, and effective results reporting.
- Experience and understanding of key digital marketing or fundraising platforms and disciplines - such as content management systems, email marketing, social media platforms, search and display advertising and ideally experience with GA4.
