In 2024, a staggering 4.1 million UK women experienced economic abuse at the hands of their current or former partner. The rising cost of living has only exacerbated the devastated impact of this form of domestic abuse.
Surviving Economic Abuse (SEA) is the only UK charity dedicated to raising awareness of economic abuse and transforming responses to it.
Since our founding in 2017, we’ve proudly campaigned successfully for the recognition of economic abuse in UK law and influenced wide-ranging systemic change to transform responses to it. We're now entering an ambitious new phase, and we’re seeking a dynamic, strategic and values-led Head of Income as part of the Senior Leadership Teamto help drive it forward.
This is a critical time for SEA. With a bold three-year strategy now in place, we’re looking for an experienced income-generation leader to oversee and diversify our income streams — across high-net-worth giving, corporate partnerships, trusts and foundations, and earned income through consultancy and training. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Head of Income will play a vital role in shaping the future of the organisation and enabling us to scale our impact.
The Head of Income will lead a talented team, including our Senior Fundraising Manager (trusts and foundations) and Corporate Development Manager (strategic multi-stakeholder partnerships), and collaborate closely with our CEO, Trustees and earned income delivery teams (consultancy and training) whilst also being hands on in relationship development. Your approach will be collaborative, survivor-centred and driven by SEA’s values. We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with strong experience in high-value fundraising and/or commercial income generation.

We’re looking for a Data and Evidence Officer to support our work on the Gower Landscape Connections project and across the wider Association. If you’re passionate about using data to tackle the climate and nature crises, and can turn complex information into powerful insight, this could be the role for you.
You’ll be responsible for sourcing, analysing and mapping ecological, climate and socio-economic data to inform practical conservation planning. Working closely with the Gower team, as well as the Association’s Nature-based Solutions programme, you’ll help develop systems that drive landscape-scale action. You’ll also play a central role in maintaining and evolving our GIS tools, supporting bids for major nature recovery funding.

The opportunity
The Partnerships Lead will act as Project Manager for the community strand of Together for Tomorrow, a five-year National Lottery-funded programme supporting grassroots climate action across Devon. Working in close partnership with Libraries Unlimited, you will coordinate delivery across libraries and grassroots groups, supporting communities to develop practical climate initiatives and helping libraries become active sustainability hubs.
You will lead on toolkits, training plans, outreach and focus groups, while also supporting monitoring and reporting. The role blends strategic coordination with hands-on delivery, ensuring the programme is inclusive, locally rooted, and aligned across all partners.
This role sits within the CAG (Community Action Groups) Devon team, a network that supports community groups to take action on reuse, repair, food waste, composting, biodiversity and wider sustainability issues. CAG provides the tools groups need to thrive, including training, resources, and opportunities to connect with others.
What you will be doing
Project, people and partnership management
- Acting as project manager for the community strand of Together for Tomorrow, overseeing planning, coordination, and delivery.
- Building and maintaining partnerships with libraries, grassroots groups, and underrepresented communities.
- Recruiting and line managing the Project Officer, who will be supporting project delivery. Working closely with the CAG Devon team to align community support and delivery models across the network.
Community development and delivery
- Helping new community groups to form and supporting existing ones to grow, diversify, or expand their climate action work.

We are now seeking a strong project manager with great people skills and an eye for detail to join as our Head of Operations. Join The Fore, the UK’s only venture philanthropy fund dedicated to backing the best small charities, and play a key role in achieving our goal of getting the most innovative solutions from grassroots to nationwide impact.
Reporting into the Director of Operations, you will lead the delivery of The Fore’s grant rounds, which are the core engine of our impact. You’ll oversee our Programme Team and pool of Strategic Applicant Consultants (SACs) and will make sure the strongest proposals reach our funding panels. The role is a key part in achieving our goal of getting the most innovative solutions from grassroots to nationwide impact.
You’ll drive our workshops and peer learning programme, enabling small charities to develop the skills and networks to take their solutions to the next level. You will also take forward newer strategic initiatives, including our scale-up funding rounds and the launch of high-profile charity showcases that connect our most impactful organisations with government, funders and policy influencers.
Alongside this, you’ll own our impact and learning work, ensuring we capture and communicate the difference our work makes. You’ll work closely with senior colleagues and be supported by the small but mighty Programme Team (a Programme Officer and Programme Assistant) who you will also be line managing.
Key responsibilities
- Grant-making: Lead the end-to-end delivery of our core funding and scale-up programmes, from shaping programme design to ensuring the strongest applications reach our funding panels. You’ll keep the process running smoothly, support and steer our SACs, and maintain a strong focus on quality and impact. This includes oversight of our Salesforce grants system, working with specialised contractors to ensure it supports effective delivery.
- Strategic Applicant Consultants (SACs): Lead the recruitment, training, support and retention of our SAC pool, making sure they’re equipped, motivated and connected. You’ll foster a strong sense of community and shared purpose across this talented group.
- Impact and monitoring: Lead The Fore’s impact and monitoring work, including producing our annual impact report and sector insights, and commissioning external contractors for deeper analysis when needed. You’ll also ensure our portfolio is on track to deliver its plans, and support organisations to adapt and thrive when challenges arise.
- Charity showcases: Spearhead our new high-profile showcase events, connecting outstanding small charities with policymakers, funders and influencers.

What the job involves
This is a unique chance to play a pivotal role in driving impactful external communication strategies that support High Value, Philanthropy and Partnerships teams. As a key player in the Strategic Communications, Campaigns and Brand team, you’ll enable the integration of high value fundraising activities into wider organisational communications, inspiring action to fund life-saving initiatives that help men navigate prostate cancer.
Supporting the Head of Strategic Communications, Campaigns and Brand and our senior Business Partner in embedding and developing our business partnering model. A major part of the role will be enabling the integration of High Value Fundraising activity into the wider communications plan to enhance results from our communications.
You’ll work closely with our Philanthropy, Corporate Partnerships and Appeal teams to help plan and deliver inspiring communications that support our fundraising strategy. From pitching proposals and event promotion to major appeal campaigns, you’ll help build strong relationships with major donors and partners. Team Leadership and Coaching

The Living Wage Foundation is part of Citizens UK – a community organising charity which works with a broad base of institutions across the political spectrum. At the Living Wage Foundation, we take a deliberately broad-based approach and accredit all organisations who pay the real Living Wage to their directly and indirectly employed staff and are committed to tackling in work poverty. As a team we work across a range of industries and sectors to achieve this mission. We seek pragmatic coalitions in order to progress specific campaigns, and partnership around a particular issue such as Living Wage, does not imply an endorsement of broader purpose and policies.
Purpose
At Citizens UK, our organisers and project staff work within communities to develop leaders, strengthen organisations, campaign for change and organise across difference. There are various project roles and operational, communication, finance and HR roles that support the organisation and project staff and organisers to deliver on this mission and work. The Living Wage Foundation has an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Operations and Data Officer. We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to help maintain, develop and continuously improve our data and systems. The role will be an integral part of the Living Wage Operations and Insight Team, providing technical support to ensure the integrity of our systems, and supporting with development projects.
The Operations and Data Officer will need to be highly numerate and have great analytical skills to support our monitoring and evaluation functions, working with the Head of Operations and Insight on financial and budgeting management, reconciliation and forecasting for the Living Wage Foundation. The suitable candidate will be detail-oriented, be able to demonstrate their ability to seek out improvements and problem solve creatively and have experience working with Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems.
Main Responsibilities
Working as the Operations and Data Officer– LWF for Citizens UK, reporting to Senior Data & Operations Manager, LWF, your main responsibilities will include:
Project Management
Deliver work targets on time and to standard to support the Foundation’s data and systems: :

Support the day-to-day operations and management of all systems within the Living Wage Foundation designed to enable the functioning of Living Wage accreditation schemes.

Proactively seek out systems improvements to make our processes more efficient so the Living Wage Foundation continues to provide an excellent service to the Living Wage network.

Provide operational support for all aspects of the accreditation and recognition systems, including identifying and fixing errors.
-
Maintain integrity of Salesforce database; identify and source incomplete information within the database; take responsibility for tidying, cleansing and backing up existing data.

Support maintenance of integrated systems, including syncing data to Act-On and the website.

Work with Operations and Data Manager to keep templates, forms and related communications materials up to date

Manage merchandise administration including email inbox, day to day queries, and Shopify administration.

Support Operations and Data Manager to manage budgets for external contracts (e.g. with developers and suppliers).
Learning and expertise

Keep up-to-date with functional good practice and technical updates to all our systems, including within the third sector.

Support with network data enquiries, including analysing data, creating Salesforce reports and dashboards for colleagues.

Work with colleagues to identify learning & development needs and support Operations and Data Manager to develop and deliver inductions, training and guidance to meet requirements.

Keep internal training manuals up to date to ensure the Foundation’s team can access clear and consistent information about our systems and processes.

Support Operations and Data Manager to monitor the impact of internal trainings, support, resources and guidance – update and improve internal support offer as required.
Communications

Create and write dashboards and reports to support the analysis of our performance.

Champion systems throughout the organisation and advocate for systems-based solutions. Offer ad hoc guidance to the team and help communicate any changes to systems.

Run systems surgeries for colleagues to answer ad hoc enquiries and support learning.
Develop and manage external relationships

Communicate effectively with our external contractors (e.g. merchandise suppliers) to ensure contracts are fulfilled in a timely manner.

Help identify suitable new suppliers to meet organisational need.
Develop and manage internal relationships

Support Operations and Data Manager to identify technical solutions to meet organisational requirements.

Monitor and respond to operations and data enquiries from colleagues. Work effectively with colleagues across Citizens UK, actively participate in the team and organisational wide events.
Income and resources
-
Maintain Salesforce data integrity to support accurate and timely invoicing. Help ensure the integrity and safety of our data advising wider organisation on best practice where appropriate.

Support Operations and Data Manager to track expenditure for Shopify and merchandise suppliers.

Contribute to plans and proposals to grow sources of income or resources.
Contribute towards Citizens UK’s strategic objectives
