Fantastic opportunity at Age UK for an experienced direct marketing professional! Based in the Loyalty Team, this Direct Marketing Manager role will be responsible for stewarding donors by delivering excellent supporter experiences on a mass level across a number of channels. Working with a range of stakeholders, you'll bring project management skills, data fluency and a strategic mindset to design journeys which deepen Age UK's relationships with our charity audiences, growing income across cash, regular giving and in memory support.
We operate a hybrid-working model, a blend of home and office working. This role will include regular days working from our London office (EC3N 2LB) - currently once a week on a Thursday and may involve occasional travel, including some overnight stays. Travel costs to the London office are the responsibility of the postholder and are not covered by the charity.

The post-holder collaborates with individuals to develop person-centred recovery plans focused on social goals and community integration, building therapeutic relationships through trauma-informed, strength-based approaches. About the job
We are seeking a passionate and proactive Campaigns and Community Organiser to join Arts SU's Democracy and Influencing team. This role is pivotal in driving community organising initiatives and supporting the strategic development of student campaigns across UAL. You will support and empower student campaign groups by delivering training, developing resources, and fostering engagement with student voice initiatives. You will play an essential role in creating an inclusive and supportive environment where student leaders and campaigners can thrive and lead impactful change while also contributing to wider Union objectives and events.

Membership Support
- Manage membership enquiries (average across team of 25 emails daily).
- Manage membership - using, inputting, and reporting via our CRM.
- Facilitate and coordinate faith and membership resources and content delivery.
- Support the charity’s Communities of Interest (representative membership groups).
- Lead the administration of national and regional events.
- Support national programme and membership engagement activities.

- To produce and provide reports and resources as required for the Director of Membership
- To work across the charity on supporting the incorporation of membership outputs and content in relevant areas of the wider work of the global charity.

Work Location/Hybrid Working Pattern
This role will be based at our Head Office in central London. Mothers’ Union operates a hybrid working model. Staff are required to work an aggregate minimum of 90 days per calendar year (pro rata for part timers) at our Head Office, Mary Sumner House in central London. Tuesdays are our anchor days where every staff member is expected to be at the office. The 90 days includes anchor Tuesdays. In addition, Thursday is a core working day where part time staff are expected to work, either at home or from the office as needed.
