Job Purpose

This role plays a key part in the delivery of Operation Smile UK’s retention programme, generating income and retaining existing cash and regular giving donors. The Giving Engagement Officer (Retention) will support the Giving Engagement Manager to implement multi-channel (mail, telemarketing, web and email) donor retention campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, creative accuracy, and effective stakeholder coordination.

You will be responsible for managing campaign schedules, supporting the creative and data processes, and ensuring delivery partners are aligned. Key Responsibilities

Campaign Delivery & Coordination

· Deliver cultivation and retention campaigns, setting up and developing schedules in Asana and coordinating all required stakeholders.

· Manage timelines to ensure all activity is delivered on time and to plan.

· Compile campaign costs and track expenditure against budgets, flagging issues as they arise.

Creative, Data & Fulfilment Management

• Develop campaign briefs for creative, data output, print and fulfilment for review by internal teams and suppliers.
• Manage the creative sign-off process: collate feedback from stakeholders and ensure briefing accuracy to suppliers.
• Proof all campaign materials to maintain brand integrity and accuracy.

Digital & Email Communications

• Support the development of donor emails in line with agreed campaign structures.
• Coordinate the production and scheduling of email content in collaboration with the communications and data and tech team.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Compile campaign results for analysis and provide reports to inform future activity.
• Work closely with data teams to ensure appropriate segmentation and tracking.

Donor Stewardship

• Support the thank-you process, including personalising and developing donor thank-you cards as required.
• Contribute to improving supporter journeys and experiences through campaign touchpoints, especially for regular givers.

Tasks and Responsibilities

You will support the Director of Operations and the wider staff team by:

• Handling day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, booking travel and venues, ordering supplies, and keeping systems and records up to date.
• Providing operational support across the organisation – for example, setting up Zooms, responding to enquiries, keeping our staff directory current, or helping with room bookings and access.
• Assisting with HR administration such as onboarding new starters, booking training, keeping HR records, and supporting recruitment processes.
• Helping with database and records management, including updating spreadsheets or CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and pulling off simple reports.
• Supporting internal communications, such as keeping our policies and procedures well-organised, sharing reminders or updates, and circulating documents.
• Taking minutes at meetings when needed – including Board of Trustees meetings – and making sure decisions and action points are clearly recorded and followed up.
• Supporting governance and trustee engagement, such as helping to organise away days, induction processes or learning sessions for trustees.
• Working closely with the Director of Operations on other operational tasks that may arise, which could include areas like office management, HR, IT or governance – helping to make sure these run smoothly and efficiently.

Role Purpose:

The Circle is an alternative to A&E for young people and children who are finding it hard to cope with their mental health, when medical intervention might not be necessary. We provide one-off in the moment support, and we are open every day of the year with no waiting list.

Mental health advisors are part of the core team, supporting children and young people aged 5-18 and their families every day. You are expected to work within HFEH Mind’s policies and procedures, and adhere to our code of conduct/values.

This role will suit those that have worked with vulnerable children in the past, including, but not limited to, support workers, CAMHS workers and mental health workers. We work within a diverse borough, and look to reflect this in our team.

Job Summary:

The mental health advisor role is a key part of the delivery of the Circle, working on the frontline to support young people and their families who are finding it hard to cope. They will conduct hour long, one-off sessions with children and young people aged 5-18, providing: safety planning, coping mechanisms, psychoeducation, and signposting, and supporting in de-escalation. This will be delivered with a non-judgemental and empathetic approach.

As a mental health advisor, you will need to be ready to respond in the moment to presenting (often unknown) concerns. You will have to dynamically risk assess situations, and be confident in raising concerns when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Service Delivery:

• Work as part of a team to provide support to service users and their families.
• Work within the Circle framework, and follow all HFEH Mind’s policies and procedures.
• Develop an understanding of the local area, and other services, to effectively signpost to.

Whilst support and administration are at the heart of this role, you will play a key role in supporting the team across all fundraising areas and could be a great opportunity for someone looking to take their first steps into fundraising and/or administration. Cherry Trees provides home from home care for children with complex disabilities and a meaningful break for their families across Surrey and the surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities

1. Fundraising

• To be the first point of contact for all fundraising enquiries that come in by telephone, email, post, and in person.
• Support the team by recording and sending fundraising materials to those raising money for us through events and challenge event.
• Ensure communications such as letters, certificates and emails are processed in an appropriate and timely manner.
• Provide support to the events, community, partnerships, and individual giving teams and their programmes of activity.
• To develop a good understanding of fundraising activity and to maintain the processes behind registration and online giving platforms such as JustGiving, Benevity, CAF, MuchLoved etc.
• Monitoring and replenishment of office supplies.
• Help to actively promote participation in our fundraising events and activities.

4. Information Management and other

The Operations Administrator will work closely with the broader Operations team to provide centralised communication and administrative support, and effective coordination across all aspects of the work of the Operations team.

Role: Finance & CRM Administrator

Reporting to: Financial Controller, with a dotted line to the Directors/Fundraising team

Purpose of job: To work with the Finance and Fundraising teams to provide excellent finance, CRM & other systems administration. This will support income generation, research, data capture and information security throughout the Museum. Responsibilities include maintaining financial records, managing and maintaining a CRM database of contacts, supporting other digital systems, and some general administrative duties including IT support.

Working pattern: 35 hours per week, usually worked from 10 – 6pm. Flexible/hybrid working offered for up 40% of hours to be worked from home.

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £28,000-£30,000pa depending on experience

The Foundling Museum is transforming how digital systems underpin the foundations of this small but mighty Museum and charity. The position of Finance & CRM Administrator sits at the heart of this continued transition, following the successful implementation and migration to Shopify, Xero & Beacon CRM which began in 2023.

This new role is essential to the success of the Finance & Fundraising teams, in providing effective finance and CRM administration support. The Finance and CRM Administrator will support income generation activities including fundraising and venue hire, as well as playing a vital role in keeping the Museum’s accounting systems working effectively.

This includes processing all types of financial transactions on Xero and maintaining records on Beacon. You will work as a key part of both teams supporting the Museum’s strategy through the provision of high quality financial & other data, and the maintenance of the underlying systems.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised individual with strong financial skills, an attention to detail, and a flair for collaborative working and information management. You will be looking to expand your skillset and make a tangible impact on our work,

through the effective use & development of the main systems underpining our financial strategy & income generation.

Key objectives

· Supporting the Finance team with accurate & timely processing & reconciling of all types of Museum transactions & ledgers including sales, purchases, banking & cash.

· Continue ongoing migration of supporter and customer data to Beacon CRM, working with all teams

· Support all staff with SharePoint migration project ensuring effective record management

· Continue seeking opportunities to improve the use of our digital systems to increase organisational efficiencies & income generation

Key responsibilities

Finance

· Monitor data quality by regularly creating and executing processes to cleanse and standardise data in the CRM

· Lead on development of improving existing CRM systems within Beacon CRM

· Assist in data capture and gathering to support fundraising compliance & applications

· Training in and promoting use of CRM to staff including building reports.

Admin support

· Basic IT support working with outsourced IT contractors and the Operations team

· Manage the ordering of office items

· Facilitate the use, internal awareness and confidence with digital systems, creating and managing logins

Person specification

Essential

· Excellent financial, administration & analytical skills

· Experience of financial systems such as Xero, Sage or QuickBooks

· Good understanding and experience of Excel

· Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively in writing, over the phone, and face-to-face with the Museum’s different stakeholders

· Solid experience working with not-for-profit databases, such as Beacon CRM

· The ability to also work independently and take initiative within a small team

· Proven, excellent organisational skills, with close attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and prioritise responsibilities

· Excellent IT skills including in depth knowledge of financial systems, CRM, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and other cloud based digital systems

· An enjoyment of and willingness to engage with a wide variety of people and organisations

· Able to act with discretion and maintain professional confidentiality at all times

The Foundling Museum tells the compelling story of Thomas Coram’s Hospital for foundlings, the UK’s first ever children’s charity, now named Coram, and its first public art gallery, now the Foundling Museum.

The post-holder will offer specialist legal advice services and provide representation for residents of the London boroughs facing eviction and homelessness. They will ensure that services are delivered to the highest standard, quality assured, delivered in accordance with funder requirements, and under Legal Aid funding for clients who are eligible for Legal Aid.  The post-holder will work in partnership with advice agencies, IKWRO and provide outreach services where required. 

IKWRO - Women’s Rights Organisation is a registered charity (number 1151507) which supports Middle Eastern women and girls living in the UK who are facing “honour” based violence, forced marriage, domestic violence or female genital mutilation.

As well as providing support to individual women and girls, we run training for professionals and campaigns for better laws and policies to protect women’s rights. We are recruiting a housing case worker/solicitor, who is able to model skills in safely engaging women based on mutual collaboration, trust and empowerment.
