A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join Westway Trust as a Team Administrator, providing efficient and responsive administrative support to the Property Department, playing a key role in ensuring the annual cycle of organisational requirements in terms of administration are well planned, on track and delivered by the relevant part of the team.

Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
- Provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Head of Property and the Property Managers, including the scheduling of team meetings.
- Initial point of contact for enquiries to the Property team.
- Manage routine office duties such as invoice requests and expenses.
- Schedule in key team tasks within the peaks and troughs of the range of team activities.
- Schedule Committee Meetings and attend in the capacity of the minute taker. Work with the team to prepare and collate the papers. Follow-up on actions for timely reporting.
- You will ensure time is set aside by the whole team to meet organisational goals, such as performance reviews, work to achieve the organisation’s annual audit, service charge reconciliation, and contractor reviews.
- You may be asked to commission regular cyclical reports from external providers and ensure they are delivered on time ready for upward reporting.
- You may be asked to organise emails, create presentations, and work within the teams filing system.
- You will receive reports from key team members and ensure they are ready to present through the Governance.
- You will co-ordinate and collage high level data collection provided by others for upward reporting.
- You will ensure key project information regarding estate development is circulated to the lettings and leasing side of the Property Team’s operation. This may involve calling on others in the organisation to assist.

Essential Experience, Skills and Attributes
- Minimum 5 years’ administration experience working in a busy office, with strong organisational and time management skills.

About the role:
As a Team Leader you will be:

Hospitals need to free up beds by discharging patients who do not need to remain in hospital. Despite the pressures we want discharges to be safe, successful and as painless as possible for patients. The Hospital Discharge Community Support Coordinator will match Age UK Lambeth (AUKL) volunteers and partner organisation volunteers to support a patient's discharge. Volunteers could provide support with transport, practical support such as food shopping or completing home safety checks. Upon discharge volunteers may continue supporting patients for up to 4 weeks, providing support in person (at the individual's home or in the community) and over the phone, linking them into support services and helping them access the community to prevent hospital readmission.

IPSEA is the leading charity in the field of SEND law in England, and we provide free and independent legal advice and support to families of children and young people with SEND. We also provide training on the SEND legal framework, and we influence policy at both a local and national level.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Community Project Lead to join our team and lead the development of our advice services for under-served communities. This two-year, fixed-term role is a key part of our strategy to reach groups who may not traditionally engage with IPSEA’s support - including children and families with English as an additional language, cared-for children (children in care), migrant children, detained children, and Gypsy, Roma and Traveller communities.
The project builds on a detailed scoping exercise we’ve recently completed, which involved working closely with a wide range of charities and organisations that support these communities. The resulting report outlines the barriers they face, and will form the foundation for this project and directly inform the work you will lead.
What you’ll do

Design and develop pilot advice services that are tailored to the needs of under-served communities, using findings from IPSEA’s research

Build and maintain strong relationships with community groups, charities and service providers to co-produce accessible services

Collaborate with IPSEA’s advice, legal and policy teams to address the barriers these communities face in accessing SEND legal advice

Contribute to and share outreach materials, training resources and toolkits to support families of under-served communities and empower local advocates

Plan and lead workshops, focus groups and community events to raise awareness, gather feedback and enhance service delivery

Monitor and report on project outcomes and impact, providing regular updates to IPSEA staff and stakeholders
You can work remotely or from IPSEA’s office in Takeley, with frequent travel required for essential meetings and community engagement.

Mind in Enfield and Barnet is a fast-growing charity in North London providing much needed therapy, wellbeing support and advocacy services to people with mental health problems.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Community Care Coordinators to support some of our most vulnerable users of emergency services. These roles have been developed to further support our service users alongside our statutory partners at North Middlesex NHS Foundation Trust Emergency Department, to increase their wellbeing, confidence, social integration, and independence.
The successful candidates will be responsible for working with service users during periods of crisis and support them through their journey of recovery to ensure that they are receiving the support most beneficial to them. This will be achieved through a person-centred approach to ensure that the views of service users are central to the planned support they receive.
The successful candidates will take a lead in working with service users to assess needs/barriers preventing clients from recovery, working with them to create a personal action plan, and monitoring and evaluating outcomes and progress.
Independence will be encouraged through self-management and recovery.
The roles will involve working in the community and with the wider team as well as our partner organisation North Middlesex NHS Foundation Trust Emergency Department to ensure that the community is kept up to date with the services that we are offering and the strong reputation of Mind in Haringey as a leading provider of mental health services in the borough is maintained.
This is a part-time position (20 hours per week), between the service hours of 9am-5pm (Monday-Friday)
