The Corporate Partnerships Manager will play a crucial role in the future growth of our charity and the impact that we achieve through partnership for people with sight loss. We are looking for an experienced new business fundraiser with a solid track record of growing income generating partnerships, donations and sponsorship from companies.
This role will lead on identifying and initiating relationships with prospective corporate donors and nurturing existing relationships to grow income significantly. You will line manage a Partnerships Officer and have support from a shared Partnerships Assistant.

Role Responsibilities
Priorities include:
· Developing and delivering a corporate fundraising income plan across, Corporate Donations, Corporate Grants, Charity of the Year, Sponsorship, Cause Related Marketing, Payroll Giving, Gifts in Kind and Pro Bono relationships.
· Develop and implement inspiring stewardship events.
· Work closely with High Value Team and Retail Partnerships colleagues to maximise cross team opportunities.
Income growth:
· Grow the corporate new business pipeline with a balanced focus on long term income generating partnerships.
· Develop and implement new fundraising products, especially hybrid, to drive income from existing partners and new prospects. This will include challenge events and employee-led fundraising opportunities.
· Maximise income from existing corporate partners (and links through trustees, vice presidents, community, and major donors) through a clearly defined programme of research, networking, applications and excellent stewardship.
· Along with senior colleagues, represent the new organisation at virtual/ face-to-face meetings with existing partners and prospects, successfully engaging them with our emerging aims and objectives.
· Involve senior colleagues, trustees and other key stakeholders to open networks and support cultivation plans to ensure that peer-to-peer approaches are maximised.
· Using a wide array of digital and traditional channels to steward through storytelling and to thank.
Research:
· To direct the work of the shared Partnerships Assistant in researching, identifying, and maximising the potential of new corporate prospects using information held within the supporter databases as well as external sources such as LinkedIn, and business press.
Relationship building:
· Ensure all corporate relationships receive exceptional stewardship and that appropriate cultivation plans are developed, maintained and implemented – in particular, quality and timely reporting of impact achieved against funding provided.
· Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within current and potential corporate partners to embed the organisation as a charity with a strong reputation for meeting the needs of corporate supporters.
· Plan and organise opportunities for funders to view the impact of their funding first-hand, ensuring all safeguarding procedures are followed and met.
· Support the Chair, CEO and Director of Development to develop senior relationships with funders where appropriate, including support with arrangement of cultivation events, project visits and meetings through excellent research and timely briefing.
Collaboration with colleagues across the organisation:
· Facilitate and encourage new leads by building warm links with colleagues and coordinate relationship management between teams to ensure most appropriate relationship for the donor.
· Work with fellow fundraisers to run virtual and face to face events throughout the year to provide opportunities to thank our current corporate supporters and engage new prospects.
· Collaborate with other members of the department to ensure corporate work is integrated across fundraising with all opportunities maximised.
· Work closely with the Marketing and Communications team to create toolkits and materials for corporate relationships to maximise fundraising opportunities.
· Work with the Marketing and Communications team to develop on brand presentations for prospective and existing partnerships.
· Work with the Grants and Impact team to identify projects that would be of interest to current and prospective corporate donors in order to prepare high-quality tailored proposals.
Reporting:
· Compile comprehensive and compelling progress and impact reports to feed back to donors in a timely fashion.
· Monitor income and expenditure to ensure sound ROI on all activities.
· Ensure accurate records of all relationships are maintained on the supporter database.
· Regularly report to senior leadership on agreed KPIs and income achieved and forecast.
Leadership & management:
· Work as part of the fundraising management team, alongside the Director of Development and other high value team colleagues to deliver and implement the strategy.
· Seek out opportunities within the for profit and NFP sectors to raise awareness of our cause and aims.
Other:
· Become fully conversant with the aims and objectives of the charity.
· Keep up to date with developments in the sector, business industry and key new initiatives in our field.
· To always work in compliance with the Fundraising Regulator’s Code of Practice and data protection legislation.
Person specification
Desirable skills, knowledge & experience:
· Strong evidence of experience and success of corporate fundraising or within a face-to-face sales role
· Proven track record of securing gifts/ sales more than £50,000.
· Liaising at all levels with the ability to motivate and inspire others to support financially.
· Matrix managing colleagues to achieve collectively.
· Experience of designing and delivering high impact stewardship programmes and delivering high value corporate partnership events.
· Demonstrable success in writing successful funding proposals and reports.
· Proven experience of devising budgets and project plans whilst also delivering and reporting against them.
· An effective and confident networker, with an ability to build high level relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
· Track record of managing complex relationships with funders/ clients, involving sophisticated reporting and stewardship.

We are seeking a Fundraising Executive to join our London team on a 12 Month Contract.
The Fundraising Executive is responsible for supporting participant registration and income growth within Endurance Events and Friends and Family fundraising.
They will deliver Endurance Stewardship Journeys and represent Movember at third-party endurance events, providing hands-on support to inspire and engage participants. They will also support both acquisition and retention of Friends and Family Mo’s leading up to and including the Movember campaign.

About the role
As Digital Fundraising Executive, you will manage specific digital campaigns to drive supporter acquisition, engagement, retention and income. You will play an important role in ensuring we provide the best possible online experiences for supporters, and that our content and journeys are as effective and engaging as they can be.
Contract
This role is available full-time (35 hours per week, Monday – Friday) with some flexibility around hours worked, or part-time (at least 28 hours per week). You will work remotely or a hybrid of remote and working in our collaborative, modern office space in Haywards Heath, which is open Tuesday – Thursday and is a short train journey from Brighton, or a 45-minute train journey from London. - Collaborate with fundraising teams to integrate digital content and messaging into offline campaigns
- Oversee the full lifecycle of email campaigns, including planning, execution, analysis, and reporting

Essential:
- Proven experience in managing digital fundraising projects with timely delivery, adherence to briefs and budgets, and effective results reporting.
- Experience and understanding of key digital marketing or fundraising platforms and disciplines - such as content management systems, email marketing, social media platforms, search and display advertising and ideally experience with GA4.
- Excellent writing skills, with experience in writing strong fundraising copywriting.
- Competence in data analysis, reporting, and tracking progress against KPIs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Project management skills involving coordination with multiple teams and external agencies to achieve organisational goals.
Desirable:
- Experience in international fundraising.
- Understanding of various individual-giving fundraising disciplines, such as mailings, inserts, and TV advertising.
- Experience in orchestrating virtual mass participation events.
- Strong editing and proofreading abilities.

Role Purpose:
The Social Change Nest is going through a very exciting growth period and since our Head of Development is going on maternity leave for 4 months from September we are looking for somebody who can join our growing team as soon as possible. The Senior Development Manager will contribute to our FY25/26 income targets and cover part of the functions of the Head of Development while she’s on leave. The Head of Development manages the Development team, which covers the business development, marketing and communications functions, and works with the CEO to ensure that the organisation grows in a strategic and balanced way.
The Social Change Nest is onboarding and supporting hundreds of new groups every year and we are working closely with funders across the UK and worldwide, helping them move large amounts of funding to unincorporated movements at the frontlines of social change. We are spending more time than ever raising awareness on how capital flows impact the ability of communities to create change, and how we can hack the system to enable more money to flow in an equitable way to unincorporated movements.
We are looking for somebody who is excited about all this and ready to hit the ground running. We are in the middle of a large capital raise, so we would like the ideal candidate to join the team as soon as possible to work closely with the Head of Development and the CEO, as well as the rest of the Development team, for 3 months, before the Head of Development goes on maternity leave. The Senior Development Manager will then take over part of the team support responsibilities of the Head of Development and share responsibility for the income targets with the CEO for the months that the Head of Development is on leave.

- You’ll help deliver an ambitious programme of digital campaigns and appeals, oversee strategies for organic and paid media and ensure our activities and campaigns achieve against objectives and KPIs.
- Collaborating with colleagues across the digital and content team, you’ll commission or create engaging content and ensure best practice and our accessibility standards are followed.
- Acting as a champion for our brand, you’ll also oversee moderation across our channels and lead on crisis and reputation management, ensuring all appropriate escalation processes are followed.

Meet your Manager
In this role you will be managed by Sebastien De Menthon who is a Philanthropy Manager and joined ClientEarth in 2022, based in London. Sebastien discovered ClientEarth while studying anthropology and law at university. The high-leverage legal approach to achieve tangible progress on the climate and biodiversity crisis was immediately appealing. Since joining ClientEarth as a Philanthropy Officer, Sebastien has progressed to the Philanthropy Manager position where he supports and oversees two members of the Philanthropy Team. He has found that working in the Philanthropy Team has been a fantastic way to support ClientEarth's mission while learning about the world and developing skills in relationship management and communication.
Main Duties
- Actively manage donor relationships across assigned portfolio of largely UK supporters with first class stewardship and reporting to secure renewals and uplifts of approximately £1m per annum.
- Develop the pipeline of new donors through effective prospect research, network mapping and connecting with new contacts at external and internal events as a representative of ClientEarth
- Support the Philanthropy Manager, Philanthropy Lead for Europe and all the Philanthropy team to create the conditions for success in the European Philanthropy Team. Collaborating with colleagues across Europe inclusively to achieve shared goals, strengthen processes and model ClientEarth’s core values of courage, collaboration, integrity and care
- Keep up to date with fundraising trends and ensure these are worked into internal activities and planning
- Build a strong network of internal relationships across programme teams to facilitate engagement between legal staff and donors

Role requirements
- Experience of providing best practice donor stewardship and relationship development with demonstrable evidence of securing or managing five and six figure gifts (essential)
- Experience of identifying, cultivating and soliciting prospects (essential)
- Experience of raising funds from donors in different geographies (desirable)
- Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders to achieve fundraising objectives (essential)
- Ability to represent ClientEarth with a range of external stakeholders both in-person and online (essential)
- An interest and understanding of environmental issues (desirable)
