A little about the role...

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Retail eCommerce Executive who is after an opportunity to progress to help Samaritans grow its online shop following our successful prototype this year.

The post holder will be responsible for;

1) Managing the shop, liaising with our internal and external fulfilment teams and partners.

2) Ownership of its development, including testing, supervising or uploading and maintaining website content, troubleshooting website issues, reporting website sales and behavioural statistics

3) Overseeing the marketing of the shop, liaising with our digital and retail teams and external suppliers.

4) Opportunity to contribute to the development of our retail strategy so that Samaritans is optimising its offer across all relevant ecommerce channels.

The role will require flexibility, as demand for the shop grows and the ability to manage internal and external relationships.

The successful candidate will have previous demonstrable experience in a Retail eCommerce role.
