We are seeking a dynamic individual to coordinate a multi-year racial equity partnership programme called “Leadership Lighthouses”.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with partners, participants, and a team of skilled facilitators to coordinate programme planning, logistics and successful delivery, ensuring a high quality experience for all involved.

The key responsibilities of the role are to:

• Lead day-to-day programme coordination, ensuring milestones are met, project plans remain live and up to date, and risks or delays are proactively identified, communicated, and mitigated to support timely delivery.

• Act as the key operational contact for the programme, coordinating task allocation and communications with the programmes team, steering group, and wider stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality information flow aligned with project milestones.

• Coordinate monitoring and evaluation schedules and data collection.

• Coordinate communications and agreements with facilitators, programme contributors, partners and venues.

We are recruiting a Grants Support Administrator to join our dynamic Grants and Programmes team. This role is key to ensuring the smooth running of our grants processes (both applications and live grants management) and to provide general administrative support to the Grants and Programmes team and its Directors.

In the role of Grants Support Administrator, you will be responsible for responding to general enquiries from potential and current grantees and developing and maintaining FAQs for responding to applicants and grant holders. You will work with the Grants Coordinators in processing grant applications through to award or rejection, with managing and processing live grants, and updating records on Salesforce (the Foundation’s applications and grant management CRM). You will also assist with the processing of invoices and expense claims, keeping communication materials up-to-date, and supporting Grants Coordinators with grant-holder events and meetings at the Foundation’s offices. 

As a member of the wider Foundation administrative team, you will also provide ad-hoc support to Office Services and the Nuffield Foundation’s Leadership Team when required, including supporting Trustee and Committee meetings when needed. 

We are looking for someone with excellent administrative and coordination skills, strong communication and liaising abilities, and a problem-solving mindset. You will have experience of previously working in administrative roles, and have knowledge of office systems and processes. You will enjoy working with teams and be comfortable of working with a range of people across multiple workstreams. Experience using Salesforce or working in a grant-making environment is highly desirable, but we welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds who are ready to learn and grow in the role. About You

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and organised candidate to join Clinks and play a key role in delivering our annual programme of events and training. 

The Events and Training Officer will lead on the planning, coordination and delivery of Clinks’ busy calendar of member engagement activity, including online and in-person events, training sessions, and our flagship annual conference. 

Events and training at Clinks are delivered collaboratively across teams, and the post-holder will help coordinate this programme while also taking an active role in delivery. • Manage the full event lifecycle, including planning, logistics, speaker and facilitator liaison, registration, delivery support and follow-up. 

• Act as the main point of contact for all events and training enquiries, providing excellent support to members, delegates and partners.

About the Role

As the Project Coordinator for the Next Steps Drop-down Service, you will oversee a team of volunteer mentors who provide ongoing emotional and practical support to women who have experienced domestic abuse, and previously accessed crisis services. Within this service, you will help cultivate a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment where women can rebuild confidence, reduce isolation, and progress in their recovery journey.

This role is rooted in lived experience and/or a deep sense of empathy and understanding, and is delivered through a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach.

Job Summary 

The post holder provides support to the Head of Chancery, ensuring the delivery of high-quality ceremonial events that reflects the values, traditions and customs of the Order of St John. The role contributes and support the charity’s strategy as an enabling function in line with our ‘Thriving People’ aim, through the delivery of events which celebrate our people and their achievements and help to foster a sense of belonging. 

This role supports the planning, management and delivery of a range of events from our annual St John’s Day celebrations, Investitures, other services held in the Priory Church and our involvement in national ceremonial occasions (such as Remembrance).

This role demands a strong attention to detail, ability to manage and prioritise complex workloads and excellent communication skills. You will have experience in event planning and delivery, preferably with a background in managing ceremonial events, and a proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.   

About You

You will be educated to Educated to GCSE level or equivalent (Grade C) including Maths & English, you will have experience of planning and delivering highly complicated ceremonial events, experience of planning and delivering highly complicated ceremonial events in the context of an Order of Chivalry and excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence effectively at all levels.

This position includes two office-based days per week. There may be times when flexibility is needed, including occasional weekend work, to support our events programme.

 About the Role

• Working closely with the Head of Chancery and key stakeholders to plan, manage and deliver a range of ceremonial and formal events.
• To support the Head of Chancery by undertaking detailed planning, preparation and delivery of the Priory’s major ceremonial occasions and other occasions (such as memorial services) as necessary. This will include diligent preparation of event plans and order of service, management of invitation lists and attendance, liaison with venues and external partners, budget management and delivering briefings.
• To support the St John International Office, the dependent Commanderies and the other UK Priories with the planning and delivery of their ceremonial occasions as required.

Product Marketing Coordinator

This role is critical in ensuring Dot Dot Dot’s property offer meets market demand, business needs, and our social mission.

You will manage key parts of the property product lifecycle - from defining value propositions and preparing properties for launch, through to marketing, viewings, and quality control. Working closely with Marketing and Services teams, you’ll help ensure our properties are well‑positioned, well‑presented, and successfully filled.

This is a varied, hands‑on role combining strategic thinking with operational delivery, and desk‑based work with regular visits to properties. You’ll be supported in role by our senior marketing coordinator and head of marketing and business development.

The fundamentals of the role

Marketing and sales enablement

• Develop property messaging, value propositions, and supporting materials.
• Ensure each property has strong visual assets, including photography, video, and written content.
• Create and maintain property information sheets for internal and external use.
• Coordinate property‑related communications, including Mailchimp viewing emails and location‑based social media content.
• Work with the Marketing team to deliver campaigns, promotions, and go‑to‑market activity.

Viewings organisation and coordination

• Plan, schedule, and continuously improve the property viewings process.
• Supervise and support a small team of property viewing assistants (PVAs), including training, quality oversight, and timesheet approval.
• Ensure PVAs have accurate, up‑to‑date product information, sales guidance, and customer engagement support.
• Occasionally attend viewings to assess quality and gather feedback.

Go-to-market planning and execution

• Visit properties to understand condition, local context, and customer appeal.
• Support property launch planning, including pricing, audience targeting, and marketing tactics.
• Coordinate with Marketing to implement campaigns that attract high‑quality guardians.
• Track and report on the performance of property launches and viewings.
• Work cross‑functionally to ensure alignment between product, marketing, and service standards.

Product vision and positioning

• Support the definition and development of clear, compelling property value propositions.
• Ensure property products align with business objectives, customer needs, and market trends.
• Work with Marketing and Services to connect operational quality with external positioning.

Market and customer insight

• Research market needs, pricing, locations, and competitor activity.
• Develop and refine guardian personas to support effective targeting and communication.
• Share insights across the business to inform marketing, sales, and product decisions.
• Handle applicant information responsibly, ensuring personal data is recorded, stored and shared in line with GDPR requirements and Dot Dot Dot’s data protection policies.

Product lifecycle management
