Working alongside specialist partners, the WSA provides co-ordinated, trauma-informed support to women, children, young people, families and male victims affected by domestic abuse, sexual violence and other forms of VAWG.
While the Women's Safety Alliance is a newly commissioned service, you'll be joining Bede, a trusted Southwark charity that has been supporting local communities since 1938. As our VAWG Service Co-ordinator, you'll be at the heart of a busy, fast-paced frontline service. You'll be the first point of contact for many clients and professionals, ensuring people receive a welcoming, professional and trauma-informed response from the moment they reach out for support.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. Alongside co-ordinating referrals, appointments and waiting lists, you'll have opportunities to attend community events, partnership meetings and networking forums across Southwark, helping to strengthen relationships and raise awareness of the Women's Safety Alliance within the local community.

Prepare and maintain an annual comms timeline – including key celebratory or significant events for example mental health week, volunteer day etc ensuring that the Trust is maximising coverage across these key dates in the year;

Job Requirements
Our work is place-based, and people focused. To be responsive to the community and to be able to support Shoreditch Trust activities, we do not offer remote working contracts. You will need to be flexible, working some evenings and weekends. Hours will be agreed on a mutually beneficial basis in line with planned activities. Project Unity provides high-quality, rights-based advocacy and intensive support to care-experienced young mothers who are pregnant or have recently given birth, helping to empower young mothers, strengthen outcomes and prevent children from entering care.
About Project Unity England
Project Unity England improves outcomes for care-experienced young mothers and their children through collaborative, multi-agency working, delivered through cluster-based areas bringing together local stakeholders for coordinated, community-focused support. Cluster one is based around London and cluster two around Yorkshire, with a third cluster area to be identified in year three. Travel between cluster areas is expected, particularly from year two onwards.
As Project Coordinator, you will support delivery and development of Project Unity within your assigned cluster areas, working closely with partners and internal teams. Key responsibilities include:

You are passionate about supporting vulnerable young people and families, confident leading teams within a trauma-informed environment, and able to balance operational oversight with a person-centred approach.
You will have experience working with vulnerable young people or families in a social care, advocacy or support setting, alongside experience managing or supervising staff and/or volunteers, plus a strong understanding of safeguarding frameworks and relevant legislation. About the Role
As a Support Caseworker, you will provide timely, compassionate and person-centred support to individuals and families referred to our services. It's a Tuesday afternoon in a school hall in Luton. Multiple Year 9s are sitting in a loose circle, arms crossed, faces doing that thing teenagers do when they've decided nothing is going to impress them. Twenty minutes later, one of them- a boy who hasn't said a word in class all term, according to his form tutor- is on his feet, mid-sentence, telling the room what he actually wants to do with his life. That shift has happened because his Yes Futures coach believed in him, and in turn he now believes in himself.
Who we are
Yes Futures is a youth coaching charity. We put professional coaches in front of young people who would otherwise never get that kind of one-to-one belief and challenge: leadership coaches, life coaches and executive coaches, the kind normally hired by boardrooms. Our flagship programme, Rising Futures, works in secondary schools, where teachers choose the students they believe will gain most from it. That looks different in every school. It might be a student whose confidence has dipped, or one who has never once put their hand up in class. What we give them is the same: someone whose whole job is to believe in them, and the tools to start believing in themselves.
The programme combines one-to-one coaching with experiential learning days: from pitching product ideas inside a real company on a World of Work day to raft building and rock climbing on an Into the Wild day; experiences many of our students would never otherwise get.

Introduction to the role
- Reporting to: Director of Programme
- Contract Type: Fixed term (6 months, with a genuine prospect of extension into a longer or permanent role, based on performance and demand)
- Start Date: 1st September 2026 or sooner
- Salary: £33,500-£37,000 (negotiable within this range) +5% employer pension contribution
- Working Hours: Full-time preferred; part-time considered depending on location and travel (see below)
- Location and working pattern: Hybrid (Roughly 20% home-based, 10% office-based, 70% travel across partner schools)
- Travel: The role will require travel across our partner schools and colleges in London and the South East. Currently this is as far west as Reading, south as South London, north as Luton, east as Essex.
- You don't need to be able to cover the whole patch. If you can only serve some of these areas, apply anyway. Depending on where our strongest candidates are based, we may take on more than one person, including part-time, to split the geography between them.
This is not term-time only. It runs across the full contract, not just school terms.
Role purpose
The Programme Delivery Coordinator will be the person on the ground making Rising Futures actuallyhappen: in the room with young people, out on the experiential days that take the programme beyond the classroom, alongside our coaches, and in the relationships with schools that keep everything running. You'll combine direct delivery with the coordination and follow-through that turns a good session into a programme that holds together over months.
There will also be ad hoc demands beyond the core programme- this is a role for someone comfortable with a bit of unpredictability, not a fixed routine.

· Support the Academic Experience Manager in booking and coordinating SU induction talks for the start of each Semester.
· Deliver engaging induction talks and sessions to help new students understand how they can get involved and shape their academic experience.
· Ensure students are aware of key opportunities such as becoming a Student Rep and how to share feedback with the SU.
· Collect feedback on induction sessions and use this to improve content and delivery for future students.
Student Representation Support
· Support the delivery of Student Representative recruitment & training, helping reps understand their role and how to represent student views effectively.
· Work with Reps throughout the year to keep them engaged, confident, and active in their role, by hosting drop-in sessions and forums.
· Support the administration of Student Representation, helping students share feedback and ensuring it is used to inform improvements.
· Support the planning, organisation and delivery of School Student Forums and attendance at Programme Academic Experience Groups (PAEGs).
· Support the Academic Experience Team with day-to-day administration, including monitoring shared inboxes, responding to student queries, and helping ensure timely communication with Student Representatives.
Communicating Student Voice
· Work collaboratively with the Marketing Team and Representation Coordinator to develop and deliver regular reporting on student voice activity, including showcasing the impact of work led by Student Reps and SCOs
· Work in partnership with the Advice and Insight teams to support the effective use of student feedback mechanisms, including:
o Coordinating the collation and organisation of student submissions
o Assisting in the analysis and interpretation of feedback data
o Ensuring timely and meaningful reporting back to students and stakeholders on key themes and outcomes
Supporting The Wider SU Team
· Harness and maintain good working relationships with all colleagues across the SU, working as collaboratively as possible on all projects where appropriate.
· Support with the delivery of larger events like Freshers Week, Refreshers Week, the Students’ Union Awards and Elections (this is not an exhaustive list).

As a Nightstop Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of a life-changing service—assessing referrals, coordinating emergency placements, supporting young people into longer-term accommodation, and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of guests and volunteer hosts.
We're looking for a proactive and compassionate professional with experience supporting vulnerable people, strong safeguarding and risk assessment skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with partners, volunteers, and young people. You'll also recruit, train, and support volunteer hosts while promoting the service across local communities.

Supporting Young People

About Working Well Trust
Working Well Trust is a mental health and employment charity in London. All of our projects share the aim of improving the lives of people with mental health support needs, learning disabilities and/or complex issues through training and employment.
We are expanding our team of IPS Employment Advisors in our IPS service in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. You will be based in one of NHS mental health treatment teams in Bethnal Green, Isle of Dogs or Stepney and Wapping areas, working 35 hours per week. This IPS services at Working Well Trust has been awarded the IPS Grow quality mark and adheres to the principles of the IPS model in supporting people in to employment. This role will be working with clients who have mental health support needs, wanting to gain paid employment.
Experience of employment support is not essential, it is more important that you share our passion and commitment to employment as an integral aspect of wellbeing and supporting people to find the right job for them. You will receive training on the IPS model and in supporting people with mental health issues. We welcome applications from people with lived experience of mental health, either personally or through a close contact.
You need to have a desire to support people to achieve their employment goals, and the ability to multitask and manage your workload effectively. Good organisation skills are essential for this role, in addition to an interest in mental health, and the role it plays in the workplace. What you’ll be doing
You will work with clients (managing a caseload) who have mental health support needs, to assist them in securing sustainable paid employment in line with their preferences. You will deliver the IPS approach (for which training will be given); providing person centred support and guidance to clients, whilst building positive relationships with local employers to enable clients to move into suitable employment.
You will work as part of a mental health team (NHS Trust) maintaining positive and integrated relationships, fostering a holistic approach to recovery through employment. You will work closely with clinical teams, providing a coordinated approach that always remains client led.
You will spend up to 65% of your week working in the community of Tower Hamlets to provide localised support to residents of the Borough.
