Job description

Partnerships Officer

Oxford

£28,296 - £31,125 (+ £750 Car Allowance) per annum – depending on skills and knowledge

About the role 

They now have a part time Partnerships Officer position available in Oxford. This is a customer facing role that will liaise and work with other agencies including County Council Social care, NHS, DWP and a range of support providers.

You will deliver a high quality intensive housing management service, focussing on resident satisfaction and value for money; and provide a high quality intensive housing management service to residents in supported projects managed by the Company or jointly with external support provider. 

In the role you will also oversee compliance with a range of Service Level and management agreements, including collection of voids payment. 

About you 

It is essential that you have knowledge and experience of housing and tenancy law and demonstrable experience of managing properties, especially those used for shared and supported housing and a knowledge of best practice in housing management.

Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate with a variety of audiences including an ability to deal empathically and effectively with vulnerable residents and their families and in difficult situations is also required. 

You must be a competent user of Microsoft including Word, Excel and Outlook. 

There will be the occasional need to travel within this role so a full clean, valid driving licence is essential as well as access to a vehicle for work purposes.
