Role Brief:

This is an exciting new role for an enthusiastic and innovative professional seeking to further their career in the training and youth development field. The post holder will be responsible for  delivering a range of workshops, seminars and accreditations as part of our cross-border PEACE Academy programme in Belfast and Sligo, funded by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB)  

The aim of this new three-year programme, is to deliver and evidence a PEACE Academy pathway of engagement, learning, social action and employability that will inspire young people from communities in Northern Ireland and Ireland to create shared experiences and build a long-term response to sectarianism, racism and hate on a cross community and cross border basis. 

We are seeking an experienced training professional who can lead on delivering our training offer for young people across these regions; supporting our youth workers to progress them from grassroots activities delivered in community settings through workshops, training, and accreditation and into onward career initiatives and pathways offered by our partners.

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Planning and administration of a range of workshops, seminars, and accreditations for young people in Sligo and Belfast in line with agreed targets. 

• Working with our regional coordinators on arranging suitable venues, support staff, resources and materials required for each workshop/seminar/course. 

• Delivery and assessment of training courses through Open College Network including internal verification. 

• Maintaining our iPads and online learner portal, ensuring e-workbooks are completed and uploaded and devices are wiped clean after each use.

• Working with our wider project team on the administrative training function ensuring all e-workbooks are submitted in a timely manner, certificates distributed and invoices are sent to our Finance Officer marked clearly for this programme. 

• Working with regional Coordinators on the development of careers events and initiatives alongside a range of partner organisations and employers. 

• Collating and sharing key quantitative output data and qualitative feedback and case studies with our regional Coordinators and Monitoring Officer enabling them to track progress against targets and upload dedicated learner information to our VIEWs monitoring software in a timely and efficient manner.

Person Specification/Key skills: 

• QTS status or min. Level 3 Award in Education & Training 

• Experience of designing workshops and training materials

• Experience of delivery and verification of OCN accredited courses

• Experience of working with employers to create youth progression pathways

• Youth work qualification or relevant experience

• Ability to prioritise and manage workload in a fast-paced environment 

• Competent working independently as well as part of a small team

• A confident communicator with good written and spoken English

• IT skills including Microsoft office (essential), creative media skills including Adobe CC (desirable) 

• Experience in writing reports to meet agreed deadlines

• Experience in monitoring outcome driven projects

• Positive and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude.

The Rio Ferdinand Foundation are recruiting to 5 new roles for an exciting new cross-border PEACE Academy programme in Belfast and Sligo, funded by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB)

We are seeking an experienced administrative professional who can lead on the operational and back-office administration of this programme.

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role will:

§ Work with the Programme Manager to devise appropriate administrative processes to support the regional delivery teams together with senior management.  

§ Work with our regional Coordinators on the administrative function of sessions and events i.e., booking and risk assessing suitable venues, disseminating promotional materials, booking travel arrangements, arranging refreshments for young people, equipment orders etc.

§ Work with our Training Officer on administrative function of workshops and training course delivery including course paperwork, learning materials and resources, venues, certificates distribution etc.

§ Work with our Finance Officer on the financial administration of the programme.

§ Organise and order any staff kit required from our approved suppliers.

§ Disseminating project materials as well as communications outputs circulating to the wider team and partners as required.

§ Attend partnership meetings to take minutes and follow up on any key actions.

§ Input to funder reports and attending meetings as and when required.

Person Specification/Key skills:

§ Degree level education or similar experience

§ At least two years administrative experience

§ Experience of administrative support for diverse and complex projects

§ Willingness to support wider programme deliverables including attending events.

We are looking for someone to take an active lead in setting up the new Shed and working with our wider staff team and volunteers. You will be able to promote the project to encourage participation by giving talks, arranging taster sessions and using social media. The Resident Engagement Manager will be the organisational lead in a new and exciting lottery funded project leading a small team and overseeing the design and delivery of the LEAP service at Homeless Oxfordshire and with wider partners.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Provide leadership across the organisation on resident engagement, learning and skills, co-production and activities.
• To promote the active involvement of the resident’s experience and voice in the delivery, development and monitoring of LEAP service.
• To provide support and line management supervision to the engagement team, ensuring they meet all aims, objectives and outcomes, according to the lottery bid.
• Lead on monitoring, data collection and impact measures for all resident engagement work.
• Lead on the design of the peer mentoring training and traineeship programmes.

About LEAP

LEAP is built on the foundation of strong, supportive relationships that empower residents to move towards stable, independent living. Through one-to-one key worker support, trauma-informed care, and community engagement, residents rebuild trust, form friendships, and gain confidence. Activities like gardening, arts and crafts, and creative writing foster connection and personal growth, while group involvement helps residents feel part of a wider community. LEAP also supports residents to take steps into peer mentoring, volunteering, and training, helping them build positive networks beyond their immediate circle and develop the skills and confidence to thrive independently.

At LEAP, community involvement is at the heart of their work. Empowering residents through co-production is a key organisational goal. LEAP offer a range of inclusive engagement methods—from informal gatherings like group breakfasts and creative activities, to structured sessions such as support needs mapping and Residents’ Forums. These forums provide regular opportunities for feedback and co-design, with input reaching senior management and trustees. They are enhancing resident engagement by developing a mutual support network for staff with lived experience of homelessness and/or addiction. LEAP also collaborates with local partners like RAW, a social enterprise offering training and employment to those with lived experience, and strengthens ties with adult education providers such as Abingdon and Witney College. LEAP empowers people with lived experience of homelessness and/or addiction, helping them build the confidence and skills needed to move towards independent living and employment. Over three years, the project aims to support 750 individuals. Through a wide range of engaging and meaningful activities, residents will experience positive outcomes such as increased confidence, self-esteem, and a sense of inclusion. They will build supportive networks, learn key life skills and access training, volunteering, and employment opportunities. Many will gain qualifications and secure long-term accommodation. The project strengthens peer support and enables residents to shape services through formalised Residents’ Forums, ensuring their voices influence senior decision-making. For Homeless Oxfordshire, LEAP enhances our capacity to deliver peer-led support, builds staff knowledge, and informs service improvement. The role

As Senior IT Manager, you will lead on all things IT across CSE and our subsidiary, Retrofit West CIC. From supporting staff day-to-day to managing our infrastructure and external support partner, you will ensure our systems are secure, fit for purpose, and evolving with our needs.

You will sit within the Finance & Operations team and be part of CSE’s Senior Management Team (SMT), working closely with our Director of Finance & Operations. · Managing our internal IT systems, tools and infrastructure.

· Being the main contact for our external IT support provider.

· Acting as CSE’s effective Data Protection Officer (training provided).

· Maintaining cyber security and overseeing our Cyber Essentials compliance.

· Supporting our bespoke in-house databases and CRM systems.

* The salary for the post will be on Scale I (£47,508– £55,953). Starting salary is expected to be at the lower end of the range with precise level depending on skills, relevant experience, and qualifications.  A suitably qualified and experienced applicant should expect to find themselves closer to the middle of the range following successful completion of their 6-month probationary period.  Subsequent movement is dependent on annual appraised performance against the defined job description for the post.

This year, we’ve embarked on a bold, strategic initiative to enhance our data capabilities.

We’re aiming to improve our data use, integration and analytics to increase engagement, maximise impact and drive forward our strategic goals. Our Senior Business Intelligence Analyst – Digital and Engagement sits within the Business Intelligence – Engagement team.

This role is focused on providing advanced data analysis and strategic support to enhance the MS Society’s marketing, engagement, and fundraising efforts, with a focus on digital and content optimisation.

This role involves utilising advanced analytical techniques, managing complex data projects, and developing insightful reports and dashboards.

The role will work closely with our Digital, Content, and Marketing teams, in leading data initiatives that improve data-driven decision-making and optimises engagement, marketing, and content across all channels.

Additionally, this role provides mentorship and guidance to colleagues in the wider organisation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data excellence.

This role is responsible for:

• Analysing audience behaviour, campaign, channel, and content performance, and engagement trends to support decision-making. Using advanced techniques like predictive analytics to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Working closely with the Digital and Content team to develop data analysis strategies that align with our goals.
• Creating and maintain dashboards and reports, using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Power BI to track and present analysis clearly to stakeholders.
• Guiding and mentor colleagues, sharing knowledge and best practices in data analysis to enhance team capabilities.
• Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data by conducting regular audits and supporting data cleansing efforts.
• Contributing to continuous improvement efforts to improve analysis and reporting, staying up-to-date on the latest tools and practices in digital data analysis.

For this role we’re looking for:

• Experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles,
• Experience with digital channel analytics (social media, websites, email) and content optimisation e.g. through A/B testing and conversion analysis.
• Experience in advanced analytics techniques to optimise engagement and marketing strategies.
• Technical expertise in data analysis, manipulation, and visualisation using tools like Google Analytics, SQL, Power BI
• Knowledge of data governance and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Halton Haven Hospice as one of our Fundraising Managers, leading our fundraising team to achieve ambitious targets through a diverse portfolio of income streams.

We are looking for an experienced fundraiser who can develop and grow our income streams, including running successful events and campaigns, building and maintaining relationships with corporate partners and working closely with our community supporters and organisations.  You will jointly manage our fundraising team and support them to deliver targets, provide excellent stewardship and raise awareness of our work in the local community.

Demonstrable experience of event management and working with budgets and financial targets is essential, as is the ability to confidently communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Previous experience of leading a team and managing volunteers would be desirable but not essential, however you must have a positive attitude, be highly motivated, enthusiastic, and friendly.

Main Activities

Income Generation:

• Recruiting event participants and supporting their fundraising activities and developing a Hospice events programme that focuses on return on investment.
