The Welcome Directory is a multi-faith charity working to empower faith and belief communities to offer safe and lasting welcome to prison leavers. Our national directory is a list of faith/belief communities who are committed to welcoming prison leavers – the directory is used in all prisons across England and Wales. This resource is a lifeline for those leaving prison and seeking to find connection and community where they can belong and practice their faith/belief.

We are currently recruiting for an Operations Officer to lead on administrative support to the charity under the direction of the Project Manager, supporting on engagement with various stakeholders and networks. The goal of the post is to ensure that The Welcome Directory can effectively develop the reach of our work and achieve exponential growth, by maximising administrative efficiency.

Whilst this is a 6-month contract, there is the potential to extend where funding permits.

This will include, but may not be limited to:

Operations

• Engaging with interested faith/ belief communities/ networks, processing registrations and maintaining directory records
• Leading the co-ordination and delivery of the annual Affiliates Scheme
• Supporting the production and logistics of annual resource mail-outs
• Engaging in periodical team email campaigns for intentional growth
• Supporting the annual data refresh and survey, including follow-up, in collaboration with the Monitoring & Evaluation Officer

Events

• Provide administrative support in preparation for the online Prison Awareness Course (PAC) and other webinar events
• Provide technical support (e.g. Zoom hosting etc) for the delivery of the PAC and other webinar events
• Planning bi-annual team days and any one-off events, in consultation with the Project Manager
• Representing The Welcome Directory at selected events (as required)

Administration

• Answering email enquiries
• Editing recordings/ videos and updating resources in Canva
• Collating routine data and creating/ updating trackers (as required)
• Supporting processing expenses and issuing internal invoices
• Paying-in cheques and sending thank you cards
• Obtaining Gift Aid declarations and submitting claims
• Purchasing stationery supplies and dispatching resources
• Leading on quarterly team password management

Job Title: Church Engagement and Events Officer

Salary: £29,706 – £31,908

The Job 

Reporting to the Senior Fundraising Manager, this role sits within the Communications, Engagement and Fundraising team. The Church Engagement and Events Officer will play a key role in building relationships with churches, supporters and volunteers across Britain, Ireland and Europe, helping them engage more deeply with USPG's vision and mission. 

You will lead the planning and delivery of USPG's events programme, including the USPG Conference, Founder's Day, In Conversation Dinners and the annual Carol Service, as well as supporting the organisation's presence at festivals, synods and other national events. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you will help create inspiring and engaging experiences that raise awareness of USPG's global mission. 

As the first point of contact for many church supporters, you will provide excellent stewardship, support and resources that inspire churches and communities to engage through prayer, giving and action. You will also contribute to the development of USPG's church engagement activity, helping to strengthen supporter relationships and increase engagement across the church year. 

About You  

You are a confident and proactive relationship builder with experience in planning events and working with churches, supporters, volunteers or Christian organisations. You are passionate about helping people engage with mission, justice and the global Church. 

An organised and effective communicator, you can manage multiple projects and events, build strong stakeholder relationships and work independently while contributing to a collaborative team. You are comfortable engaging with clergy, church leaders, volunteers and supporters, and are motivated by USPG's mission and Christian ethos.

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Lead for Engagement who is, first and foremost, a strong analyst. Someone who's built propensity models, next best action logic, or lifetime value analysis, and who understands how to turn that thinking into segmentation, selections, and audience strategies that improve engagement and fundraising outcomes. You will lead a team and shape how we understand our audiences, turning that understanding into action.

What you will be doing

• Applying advanced analytical techniques e.g. propensity modelling and next best action, to understand audience behaviour and inform engagement and fundraising strategy
• Overseeing selections and segmentation for income and engagement activities and journeys, ensuring they are accurate, timely, and grounded in real analytical insight
• Leading a team of analysts, developing their skills in advanced analysis as well as delivery
• Partnering with fundraising, marketing, communications, and digital teams to embed data-driven decision-making
• Building dashboards and reporting that go beyond tracking KPIs to actively changing how decisions get made
• Contributing to our wider data maturity journey as we build out the Data and BI function

What we are looking for

• Significant, hands-on experience designing, building, and applying advanced predictive analytical techniques that directly inform engagement and income decisions
• Strong hands-on experience with CRM systems, FastStats, and Power BI, together with proficiency in SQL
• Experience developing and managing a team, providing data and advisory services across an organisation
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills — able to make complex information accessible to a range of stakeholders
• Experience in a data-driven marketing, engagement, or fundraising role

Role Purpose 

The Chief Executive Officer will provide strategic, operational and values-led leadership for Home-Start Norfolk, ensuring the charity delivers its mission, supports its families effectively and remains financially sustainable. About the Role

As our Community and Events Supporter Engagement Officer, you will be the driving force behind our digital supporter journeys. Who we’re looking for

We are looking for a target-oriented, passionate team player who is excited about digital fundraising trends and loves connecting with people.  You will also need to meet the following essential criteria:

• Proven experience in digital community fundraising and volunteer management.

• Effective project management experience

• A strong demonstrable understanding of relational fundraising and supporter journey principles.

• Hands-on experience using digital fundraising platforms (including Facebook, Enthuse, JustGiving, Give Panel, etc.).

• Experience of copywriting and editing skills to write compelling, high-quality content.

• Great collaboration skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a dynamic team to reach targets.

• Experience of using Dot digital, Hootsuite, Power BI, or CRM and fundraising databases 

• Flexibility to travel throughout the UK and work occasional evenings/weekends to support our events.

MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY 

• Identifying training, learning and development opportunities or needs 

• Developing learning resources, including e-learning and guidance documents

• Managing MA learn, the MA's learning management system (LMS)

• Coordinating MA input into wider magistrate training, both nationally and through representation on local training committees. 

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES 

Policy committees 

• Support the MA’s training, learning and development committee by organising regular meetings, sharing minutes and actions. 

• Propose priorities and manage programmes of work for the committee 

• Provide high-quality information to ensure that committee members and other interested parties are up to date with relevant information 

• Ensure agreed actions and decisions of the policy committees are implemented 

• Build and maintain excellent relationships with committee members 

• Provide support to committee members to enable them to effectively contribute to the work of the MA 

• Assist in the training and development of committee members 

• Agree and implement committee working practices. 

• Contribute to supporting the MA's other policy committees 

Volunteer support 

• Support  representatives in post 

• Work with magistrates to develop and coordinate learning materials 

Learning 

• Develop and upload learning resources to our learning platform. 

• Be the first point of contact for member queries about our learning platform and other training related matters 

• With the membership team, liaise with external stakeholders to plan and deliver the MA's webinar series

• Edit webinar footage and create transcripts to upload to MA learn

• Monitor learner behaviour on the MA learn and use this to inform learning development plans. 

Policy and research 

• Provide input to proposed policy and research work 

• Work with policy colleagues to translate research and policy into learning materials. 

Communications 

• Work closely with the communications team to support the delivery of the MA’s learning communications, both for members and externally 

• Ensure the accuracy of training information contained in MA communications outputs 

• Contribute to our Magistrate magazine, newsletters, website content, social media and press releases. 

Membership 

• Support the work of the MA’s membership team to recruit and retain members

• Assist in responding to members’ queries and provide up to date information about training and learning issues. 

Other duties 

• Contribute to team meetings, organisational strategy and priorities 

• Be proactive in keeping up to date with developments affecting the role 

• Contribute to other organisational tasks, such as support for our webinars and events on occasion.

We are looking for a Supporter Engagement Officer to join INF’s small, passionate UK team. The Role

As Supporter Engagement Officer you will play a key role in the stewardship of INF supporters. Reporting directly to the Head of Fundraising and Communications, you will support the team to deliver the highest level of supporter engagement.

1. Working closely with the Head of Creative Engagement to deliver HOME’s year-round Creative Engagement offer for young people, schools and communities.

The Outreach Officer plays a key role in raising awareness of services, strengthening community
