About the Role

Executive and Finance Officer
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Executive and Finance Officer to play a vital role in the operations of Centre for Mental Health.
This varied and interesting role supports our CEO and Board, managing day-to-day operations and taking on key finance and HR responsibilities. This will include financial support: reconciling accounts, processing invoices, supporting our Board by organising meetings and helping with many aspects of recruitment, onboarding and assisting our staff team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our team’s success.
You will need to bring outstanding organisational skills, strong IT ability, and experience in financial processes (with knowledge of Sage 50). Experience of working in a charity is desirable.

Scotland’s Charity Air Ambulance (SCAA) exists so nobody in Scotland suffers or dies because medical help cannot get there in time. People can get sick or have accidents anywhere and anytime. The Role
Our donors are vital to delivering our mission and we are looking for a motivated, empathetic, and creative individual to help ensure every person who chooses to support our life-saving service feels valued and knows the impact of their support. This is a new and strategically important role, created to help us build stronger, longer lasting relationships with donors. Reporting to the Individual Giving Manager the successful candidate will support in the delivery of the Individual Giving strategy, programme and associated campaigns. They will play a key role in shaping and delivering personalised supporter journeys that foster loyalty, increase lifetime value, and strengthen the emotional connection between our supporters and our mission. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to use their creativity and drive to make a real difference to the people of Scotland.
This role will work alongside the fundraising and marketing and communications teams, and engage with the wider organisation — including pilots and paramedics — to share the story of SCAA and ensure our supporters feel connected to our mission.
This is a full-time role based either in Perth, at Scone Airport, where SCAA headquarters are located, or at our Aberdeen base at Aberdeen Airport (if based in Aberdeen there will be the requirement for the successful candidate to attend our Perth base on an occasional basis). About You
You will be a highly organised and confident individual, with experience in customer service or supporter care roles, with a passion to make a difference by engaging with and acknowledging supporters who choose to donate to or fundraise for our charity.

We're looking for a Finance Officer to join our Finance team to drive the delivery and management of our cashflow forecasts to support central and operational teams with their financial budgets and controls to manage and maximise funds. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver stewardship calls to Challenge Event Fundraisers - welcoming them to the team upon sign up, wishing them good luck before their event, or offering them fundraising guidance and support

Support on the maintenance of relevant pages on the CALM website
