Job Description
The Head of Delivery & Partnerships is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the
successful implementation, quality of outcomes, and retention of DFN Project SEARCH programmes
across the UK, the Republic of Ireland and Iberia, in line with our franchise agreement from Project
SEARCH . This role leads the Delivery & Partnerships team, ensuring strategic alignment, excellence
of delivery, and sustained impactful partnerships.
You will play a pivotal role in driving programme quality, ensuring retention, maintaining model
fidelity, and ensuring high-quality outcomes for interns. Additionally, you will oversee the growth of
our number of programmes, in line with our strategic regional and national plans. You will also
contribute to the strategic direction of the organisation, working closely with cross-functional teams
to maximise DFN Project SEARCH’s impact.
Regular travel throughout the UK will be required, with occasional travel to other areas of our delivery.
In addition, occasional international travel may be required, for example to the annual conference in
the United States.
Essential Experience and Skills
• A passion for changing the lives of young people with learning disabilities and / or who are

• Educated to degree level or relevant Professional Qualification

Cerebra understands that if you have a child that doesn’t sleep, the whole family suffers. Many children with neurological conditions suffer from disrupted sleep. Our sleep advice service provides bespoke advice and support so that everyone can get a good night’s sleep.
Legal Rights Service
Our Legal Rights Service provides help and support to families of children with neurological conditions when they are faced with barriers and difficulties in accessing statutory support services they are entitled to. The service provides information on their legal entitlements.
Book and Toy Library Service
Our specialist postal lending library contains a wide range of books for both adults and children, plus a selection of sensory toys specifically chosen for children with a neurological condition.
Innovation and Product Design Service
Our Innovation Service designs and builds bespoke products that cater to the specific needs of children with neurological conditions. The aim of the service is to make products that are desirable and exciting, therefore promoting social inclusion, peer acceptance and enabling children to participate in everyday activities that are so often close to them.
Information Products
Cerebra publishes different information products to help families with a child with a neurological condition. Our information products offer comprehensive, up-to-date support and research-driven strategies to assist families with a wide range of issues.
Buzgi and Toy Adaptation Service
Cerebra designs and builds bespoke assistive equipment for disabled children, this includes creating custom mobility aids, switch‑adapted toys, and other innovative solutions to help children access play, learning, and independence.
The Bugzi - a mini powered wheelchair for children offers many children their first experience of independent mobility. It uses either a joystick or switches and adaptable seating for complex needs, and helps develop spatial awareness, confidence, and early mobility skills. The Bugzi is available through a national loan scheme.
Additionally, we operate commercial services (including a web shop) to supplement our income to support children and their families.

Job Purpose
The weekend Hospital to Home Project Officer is responsible for responding to referrals received over the weekend from both Royal London Hospital & Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. You will work with the manager on Friday to deliver services and plan visits on the weekend for you to attend.
The service supports people returning after a stay in hospital, helping them to settle back at home, regain confidence and support with some practical tasks, e.g. shopping/cleaning. You will manage referrals, carry out assessments, and in liaison with the manager, allocate service users to Hospital to Home Outreach Worker caseloads. You will provide direct frontline support and co-ordinate visits to the service users’ home in preparation for their return home. You will work collaboratively to lead and manage the weekend service to support the smooth transition from hospital to home for service users. The service is time limited, up to 4 or 6 weeks, to adjust, build confidence, and settle back in their homes.
You will also be required to undertake community-based outreach as part of service delivery, including visiting service users in their homes both pre-and post-discharge. This includes conducting access visits, welfare checks, and providing practical support such as shopping assistance to ensure a safe and sustainable transition from hospital to home. Over the weekend you be based in the hospital, with lone working visits to client’s properties for support.
Key Tasks
Act as the first point of contact for all referrals over the weekend across both hospitals.
Meet with patients in the community and/or hospital and carrying out assessments and risk assessments.
Enter referrals on to AUKEL’s case management system Salesforce in accordance with GDPR guidelines.
Allocate referrals to Hospital to Home Outreach Workers using tech available Field Service App, training will be available.
Collect feedback from service users and upload to case management system.
Deputise for the manager at discharge planning and other meetings as required.
Monitor the case loads of each of the Hospital to Home Outreach Worker (HHOW) to ensure they are evenly and fairly balanced.
Work collaboratively with other agencies providing support services.
Work with people with a range of needs, dealing with issues ranging from social isolation and keeping people engaged in their community, to prevent unnecessary readmission to hospital.
Plan and develop person centred interventions to provide short term support for people after hospital discharge.
Deliver the front-line support services over the weekend such as:
Undertake home visits to service users pre- and post- discharge to support safe and timely hospital discharge.
Provide welfare checks to monitor service users’ wellbeing during post-discharge period.
Deliver practical, person-centred support during visits, including shopping assistance and other essential tasks to aid independent living.
Identify and respond to risks within the home environment, escalating concerns where appropriate
Provide occasional cover for the A/L of other Project Officers
Work with people with a range of needs, dealing with issues ranging from social isolation and keeping people engaged in their community, to preventing unnecessary admission to hospital.
Supervise, support and develop HHOWs and volunteers in your service.
Liaise with the handyperson service about referrals and jobs for service users.
Ensure HHOW are resourced to sign post service users to other services when the home and settle service intervention ends.
Administration
Keep AUKEL’s case management system up to date, input all data, and ensure all referrals, interventions, time spent with service users are recorded.
Allocate referrals to HHOW using tech available Salesforce ‘Field Service’ App.
Ensure data collected meets the requirements of the service’s contract monitoring and key performance indicators.
Ensure service user feedback questionnaires are sent at the end of each intervention and record returns.
Ensure admin tasks relating to service users, HHOW or general admin is carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
Quality
Be familiar with and to implement AUKEL policies and procedures in line with our Values.
Ensure the service is delivered in accordance line with Care Quality Commission principals.
Ensure integration with other AUKEL projects, and service users are referred and/or sign-posted to appropriate support services available to them.

About The Drive Partnership
The Drive Partnership, established by Respect, SafeLives, and Social Finance in 2015, is working to end domestic abuse and protect victim-survivors by disrupting, challenging, and changing the behaviour of those who are causing harm. The Drive Partnership does this through the development of innovative perpetrator responses and advocating for systems and policy change to develop sustainable, national systems that respond more effectively to all perpetrators to increase the safety and freedom of all adult and child victim-survivors.
Purpose
Following a four-year investment from the Home Office announced in July 2025, the Drive Project – the Drive Partnership’s flagship intervention for high-risk, high-harm and serial perpetrators of domestic abuse – will expand across all areas in England and Wales, with the vast majority of funding flowing directly to local perpetrator services and victim-survivor services by nature of the Drive Project’s model.
To support the safe implementation of the expansion of the Drive Project intervention, we are seeking a proactive, solution focused individual to work with Drive Partnership and SafeLives, and our delivery sites to ensure our Data Protection policies and practice are up to date, and being consistently adhered to.

The NSPCC’s mission is to end cruelty to children. Today, the NSPCC lobbies government on child welfare issues, leads national campaigns and offers front line service support for thousands of vulnerable children. Salary: £40,000–£42,000 FTE
Hours: 30 hours per week
Location: Remote, with regular travel to FitzRoy services, team and stakeholder meetings as agreed. The role requires attendance in London once per month and applicants must be able to commute to services in Norfolk, Nottingham and Hampshire.

About the role
As External Communications Manager, you will help build FitzRoy’s profile and reputation by identifying the stories, insight and opportunities that show what good support looks like in real life.

Pay range: £42,000 to £47,000 full time equivalent. £33,600 to £37,600 actual salary, dependant on experience.
Working hours: 28 hours per week within normal operating hours (35 hours full time equivalent). Normal operating hours are 8.00am - 6.30pm, Monday – Friday. Lunch and other breaks are unpaid.
Special conditions: Some evening and weekend work may be required for which time off in lieu (TOIL) will be granted. Some travel will be required which may entail some overnight stays.

JOB PURPOSE
The postholder is responsible for securing, managing, and growing commercial partnerships with organisations that support AdviceUK’s mission, values and strategic priorities. These partnerships should significantly increase AdviceUK’s commercial income, extend AdviceUK’s reach, and achieve measurable social impact. The postholder will ensure that commercial partnerships both comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements and contribute positively to AdviceUK’s reputation and influence.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Partnership development
Identify, research, and secure new commercial and corporate partnership opportunities aligned with AdviceUK’s strategic and income generation priorities.
Identify and develop new products and services that benefit members, grow income, and support member recruitment and retention.
Shape new products and services with user and sector insight, applying structured approaches to testing, evaluation and scaling. Ensure that pricing, return on investment and other financial modelling is completed to demonstrate how new products or services deliver agreed objectives.
Bring external market insight into AdviceUK’s strategic planning and decision making, ensuring that commercial partnership propositions are clearly differentiated in the markets they are targeting.
Work with the Head of Membership and Services, other colleagues at AdviceUK, and AdviceUK’s existing commercial partners to develop a commercial partnership strategy, business plan and pipeline.
Lead negotiations and contract discussions in partnership with the Head of Membership and Services, Finance and where relevant, AdviceUK commercial partners and subsidiaries.
Ensure all partnerships align with the charity’s mission, values and ethical standards.
Carry out appropriate due diligence and risk assessments on commercial partners
2. Partnership management and growth
Act as the primary relationship manager for AdviceUK’s current commercial partners and subsidiaries to ensure they feel valued, informed, and engaged throughout the partnership lifecycle.
Maximise the value of established partnerships through renewals, extensions, upselling opportunities, and agreed new income generation activity. Support cross‑team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Identify opportunities for innovation and growth within AdviceUK’s commercial partnerships portfolio.
Support the communication of impact to partners, including reporting on outcomes enabled by their support.
Represent AdviceUK at events, conferences and networks relevant to the commercial partnerships portfolio.
3. Income generation and performance
Ensure all partnerships deliver against agreed financial and non‑financial objectives. Contribute to departmental budgeting and forecasting.
Monitor partnership performance and provide accurate reporting on partnership income, engagement, and impact.
Contribute to the ongoing review of existing commercial partnerships and service level agreements, making recommendations for change as required.
Share learning, insight, and good practice to continually improve commercial partnership approaches.
Ensure compliance with Charity Commission and Companies House guidance, relevant fundraising regulations, and internal governance policies.
Work closely with AdviceUK colleagues to deliver integrated partnership activities.
4. Data and evidence
Support the delivery of performance reports as required to evidence the extent to which commercial partnerships are achieving required KPIs.
Work with colleagues to ensure that partnership datasets are accurate, timely and support decision making.
Ensure any partnership activity that requires data sharing adheres to data protection and cybersecurity requirements.

The role
We have a vacancy in the South & Southwest Region for a Regional Administrator, 28 hours per week. You will be joining a dedicated and friendly team of regional staff and volunteers.
