Title: Legacy Marketing Manager

Key responsibilities
These include but are not limited to:
- Develop and manage our legacy fundraising, setting and achieving agreed targets to help us to grow our long-term legacy income.
- Plan, develop and implement high impact, audience-centric legacy marketing campaigns to attract new legacy pledgers, considerers and enquirers. This includes activity across a range of channels from social media, digital, telemarketing, direct mail and events.

Established in 1997, Jigsaw4u provide a range of services for children, young people and families experiencing complex social and emotional difficulties in South West London. Jigsaw4u has experienced considerable growth and development over the past several years, and this new role has been identified by the Board of Trustees and Chief Executive Officer to support Jigsaw4u’s position and aspirations for the future.
As a member of our Senior Management Team (SMT), you will help to deliver and shape Jigsaw4u's vision and strategy. It will be your responsibility to ensure that Jigsaw4u’s services achieve their goals, meet their strategic objectives and achieve our growth targets while being delivered to Jigsaw4u’s exceptionally high standards.
Under the direction of the CEO, the postholder’s areas of responsibility will be to:
- Line Manage the Service Managers, ensuring that their teams are high performing, reporting and data collection is of a high standard and relationships with funders and other stakeholders are outstanding.
- Ensure that the structure of all Jigsaw4u services are optimised to allow for growth and support staff and volunteers (including trainee counsellors/therapists) to develop key skills.
- Maintain knowledge and awareness of best practice within the charitable sector (and other sectors where relevant), to inform and update Jigsaw4u so that we take advantage of the latest approaches to change, innovation and development which can have a positive impact on children, young people and families affected by complex social and emotional difficulties.
- Work proactively and collaboratively to identify innovation and business improvement within the Service Management Team to define and agree Target Operating Models and oversee implementation and ongoing review. Use insight, evaluation and analysis to continually inform and refine practice.
- Play a full part in the development of the SMT and deputise for the CEO as required. Work closely with the Service Management Team to develop and deliver an outstanding approach to people management, building a learning culture that delivers high quality, extensive support enabling people to achieve their best as a team.
- Represent Jigsaw4u at formal meetings with funders and other stakeholders and through submission of reports and data requests. Establish new, and strengthen existing, external relationships to promote Jigsaw4u’s profile, influence and reputation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements, and adherence to relevant professional codes and standards of good practice.
- Support the CEO in funding and tender applications
- Support the CEO and fundraising team in generating income
As a member of the SMT you will be expected, with training and support, to take an active part in supporting the whole organisation. Experience and aptitude to provide calm leadership and a supportive problem-solving approach to practical problems and judgements involving risk is necessary.

We are looking for two individuals to help deliver an impactful GOALS service across London and build effective networks of support for people before, during and after treatment.
A main aspect of the role will be to support and work closely with individuals presenting with lived experience of gambling harm issues and/or people affected by this issue. The GOALS Supporter will understand gambling related harm and dependency issues and be able to ensure safe working environments and take a robust lead on safeguarding and harm minimisation procedures and policy.
The post holder will work with the Director of Support Services and GOALS Coordinator to support the development and maintenance of the systems and structure of the service, ensuring that governance and polices are implemented, safeguarding and safe working practices are systematic and develop a clear understanding of how the service integrates with the national gambling treatment service.
Other support activities will be developed, such as group support and weekly meet ups.
The post holder will develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, deliver presentations and other promotions within community, education and health centres to help grow and develop the service.

The Head of High Value Operations role is central to our bold fundraising ambitions. Establishing and leading a team of operations professionals encompassing research, data and insight, case for support, special events, and supporter care, the Head of High Value Operations will drive income growth by embedding best practice in fundraising operations, developing the processes and systems which support fundraising, and building strong networks across Anthony Nolan in support of fundraising. Reporting to the Chief of Fundraising, and part of the Fundraising SLT, we’re looking for someone who is a natural relationship builder, someone who understands the key components of an operations team in a fundraising context, and someone who is excited to build a team and programme from the ground up, using their skills and experience in this field.

Purpose of job:
As Senior Fundraising Strategist you’ll play an integral role in defining the fundraising strategies for cross organisational campaigns and targeted fundraising and engagement activities. Working as a senior fundraising strategist within our Campaign Strategy & Planning team, you’ll direct cross-disciplinary project teams from across all levels of the business to deliver target beating initiatives from Red Nose Day to new product development initiatives that drive new revenue streams. You’ll help establish data and insight led planning processes, ensuring strategies are well informed and robust. You’ll ensure test and learn is embedded in any project and that rigorous analysis is built into measurement and evaluation processes.
Key responsibilities:
· Work with the Head of Campaign Strategy & Planning and key colleagues across the Fundraising team, to support the development of annual fundraising and engagement plans, establishing planning; monitoring and evaluation processes for agreed activities, specifically but not limited to organisational campaigns and new income driving initiatives.
· Directly lead agreed cross-organisational multi-disciplinary project teams to robustly plan, deliver, monitor and evaluate agreed campaigns and projects.
· Support the Head of Campaign Strategy & Planning to roll out an agreed fundraising planning process, ensuring campaigns and project strategies are developed using internal and external knowledge, data and insight; are planned in good time to deliver maximum impact and are responsive to audience and market requirements and trends.
· Support Head of Campaign Strategy and Planning to embed new ways of working within team and across Comic Relief, working with the core campaign planning team, the wider fundraising team and colleagues particularly in Production and Funding to continually improve processes
· Inspire and facilitate creative and innovative thinking and action, working with colleagues, including our Fundraising Innovation Lead, to ensure our fundraising campaigns and projects represent our disruptor brand and speak to new external innovations appropriate to target audience segments
· Devise and / or make use of a suite of data and insight tracking and reporting tools that are leveraged to drive optimisation and efficiency as well as informing new approaches to maximise supporter acquisition, development and retention and associated income opportunities
· Work closely with audience teams and activity owners to measure performance and to assess and communicate the results of campaigns and projects including retrospectives to aid continuous improvement.
· Working with the Creative Fundraising Strategy Lead, support the roll out of training and ongoing development of best practice planning and strategic development approaches.

Person specification
Essential criteria
· A working understanding of fundraising, having recently devised and implemented successful fundraising strategies and initiatives
· Experience of analysing data and insights to inform decision making; with proven abilities in financial modelling and interpretation of data and insight into actionable plans and initiatives
· Knowledge of segmentation and audience targeting strategies, including experience of using audience listening and audience targeting tools and services to define an audience first approach to planning initiatives
· Experience of planning; monitoring and evaluating major campaigns or projects, incl financial modelling, objective and KPI setting and preparing relevant documentation that underpins the delivery of activities
· Experience of working as part of project teams, taking the lead where appropriate
· Knowledge of fundraising and project management methodologies and experience of working with different approaches to project planning and delivery
· Experience of monitoring and evaluation of programme performance, including objective setting, developing toolkits, reporting and driving the learning process with stakeholders to achieve ongoing effectiveness
· Ability to understand risks, issues and dependencies within a project / campaign and to synthesise this information to provide accurate and timely advice to drive decision making
