Role Overview
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and delivering the day-to-day operations of the Schools Consent Project across England and Wales. In particular, this involves booking and coordinating the delivery of workshops across all educational settings; acting as the first point of contact for legal queries, feedback and safeguarding issues from volunteers and service users; and fostering strong relationships with our schools and partner firms.
Key Responsibilities
Operations and Programme Delivery
- Manage and coordinate the booking of workshops with schools and partner organisations.
- Oversee the scheduling and delivery of workshops, liaising with schools, volunteer lawyers, and internal stakeholders.

JOB TITLE: Grants & Charitable Partnerships Manager

JOB FUNCTION: To lead the day-to-day delivery and development of the Foundation’s grant-making and charitable partnerships portfolio, acting as a key relationship owner for grantees and charity partners. The role will ensure high-quality stewardship, support, governance and impact reporting across existing grants, while also playing a key role in the design, development of new grant programmes aligned to the Foundation’s strategic priorities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Grant-making & Portfolio Leadership
- Support the delivery and oversight of the Foundation’s grants portfolio, acting as a key point of contact for funded organisations and ensuring high-quality stewardship.
- Lead on the organisation of regular review meetings, check ins and programme visits where appropriate.
- Help to identify where Chelsea Foundation can support partners beyond funding by identifying opportunities for added value including visibility, in-kind support and shared learning.

Charitable Partnerships & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with charity partners across priority themes and geographies.

- Explore opportunities for new charitable partnerships to augment and support Foundation delivery programmes.

- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Foundation (e.g. Programmes) and wider Club to ensure grant-making complements and strengthens wider activity.

Experience
- Significant experience in grant-making and/or charitable partnerships roles.

Purpose of the Job
The Impact and Evaluation Manager plays a key role in ensuring (FELIX) can robustly measure, evaluate and communicate the social and environmental impact of its work. The role supports an evidence-based culture across the organisation, embedding evaluation and learning into service development and delivery.
Working with colleagues across (FELIX) and its network, you will lead qualitative and quantitative research and evaluation projects, generating insights that inform service improvement, fundraising and public affairs. You will ensure that impact evidence is translated into clear, engaging outputs for internal and external audiences, helping to build compelling narratives about the difference FareShare makes. Ultimately, this work supports FareShare’s mission to deliver more food to charities and community groups across the UK.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the development and ongoing refinement of FareShare’s Theory of Change and Impact & Evaluation frameworks, ensuring they remain relevant and are embedded in impact measurement and evaluation activity
- Design and deliver impact measurement tools and evaluation projects that generate robust evidence on [Felix’s] social and environmental impact, including surveys, research studies and external evaluations.
- Analyse and interpret impact data and research findings, producing clear, accessible reports and insights for internal and external stakeholders, including producing the Annual Impact Report and Internal Stats House.
- Work collaboratively across FareShare teams and with Regional Partners to implement impact measurement approaches, support evidence-informed decision making, and strengthen the organisation’s approach to measuring and communicating impact.
- Manage research activity and partnerships, including coordinating external evaluations, engaging academic partners, supporting evidence for policy and public affairs work, and line managing the Impact and Insights Officer.

About the role

About the role
Khulisa has invested heavily in the development of its monitoring and evaluation framework, alongside augmenting its evaluation capacity and capability through innovation. This role brings together the synergies between systems and evaluation developments to support the organisation to grow both its impact and its reach through efficient ways of working and clear narration of its impact. This role will involve:
- Managing the day-to-day maintenance and smooth running of Khulisa’s main CRM and reporting systems, including – but not limited to – Salesforce, PowerBI, FormAssembly and Wonde.
- Leading the change management of system development work, supporting colleagues to engage with systems changes and achieve greater results for the young people we serve.
- Ensuring the day-to-day operating of Khulisa’s data recording, processing and reporting processes.
- Continually refining and improving Khulisa’s internal MEL capacity including our evaluation systems; organisational and programme Theories of Change; evaluation indicators; data collection tools and define system improvements.

About the role:
We are seeking a highly organised and driven Project and Operations Manager to help streamline processes, deliver key initiatives, and support our continued growth in our Training team. In this role, you will bring together complex communications, requests, and ideas, translating them into clear plans, structured workflows, and effective processes that ensure the successful delivery of multiple projects. You will combine strong planning and organisational expertise with a practical, hands-on approach to implementation. Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead the project management of all training programmes and services, ensuring effective planning, coordination, delivery, evaluation, and reporting

Provide day-to-day coordination and effective leadership, including clear direction and support to the training team (currently three reports)

Oversee all aspects of contract delivery, including project planning, timelines, budget management, communications, and reporting to clients, partners and internal teams

Working with managers and team in Training, oversee the Assistant Trainers (freelance trainers) communications, allocations, contracts, feedback and allocation of work

The Trusts and Foundations Manager will lead the development of a new income stream that supports the organisation’s future growth and strategic ambitions. With no current active grants or established project portfolio, the postholder will build the foundations of a strong trusts and foundations programme, developing a robust pipeline, shaping emerging ideas into fundable opportunities, and securing long-term income to enable new services.
Working collaboratively across the organisation, they will help colleagues understand funder expectations, develop compelling cases for support, and build the systems required for sustainable, high-quality grant fundraising. ROLE OVERVIEW
The Trusts and Foundations Manager will develop and grow a new trusts and foundations income stream from the ground up. They will build a pipeline of prospective funders, shape emerging ideas into fundable opportunities, and lead on high quality applications that support the organisation’s future projects. Working collaboratively across directorates, they will cultivate strong funder relationships and establish the systems needed for sustainable, long‑term income growth.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning and Strategy
- Lead the development of a new trusts and foundations income stream, building a sustainable portfolio of prospective, warm, and active funders.
- Create and maintain a structured pipeline that clearly maps cultivation, application, and stewardship stages.
- Establish effective systems, processes, and tools for researching, tracking, and managing all funding opportunities.
- Work with colleagues across the organisation to identify future fundable projects and shape them into compelling propositions.

Prospecting and Research

The Individual Giving Manager will lead the development of RLSS UK’s first comprehensive individual giving programme, building all activity from the ground up. This includes designing compelling supporter propositions, establishing donor journeys, and creating engaging campaigns that drive acquisition and long-term support.
A key part of the role will be scoping, procuring, and managing external suppliers, agencies, platforms, and partners required to deliver individual giving products and activity. This includes the development and future launch of new income streams for RLSS UK, such as a charity lottery, as well as regular giving, legacy marketing, and in-memory giving opportunities.
The postholder will play a central role in shaping the future of supporter engagement at RLSS UK, introducing best practice, ensuring strong stewardship, and embedding a supporter‑centred culture across the organisation.
JOB PURPOSE

- Develop and deliver RLSS UK’s first corporate partnerships strategy, setting clear priorities and income targets for year one and beyond.
- Lead the development of a corporate partnerships income stream, building a sustainable portfolio of partnerships and relationships.
- Create the foundations for growth including a case for support, stewardship framework, pitch decks and templates and KPI and reporting tools.

Partnership Development
- Build and actively manage a new business pipeline from scratch, ensuring consistent prospecting and follow up.
- Conduct in-depth prospect research to identify target companies, align commercial priorities, and map key decision makers.
- Develop compelling, tailored proposals, pitches, and partnership packages that clearly articulate impact and mutual value.
- Secure a diverse portfolio of partnerships including multi-year strategic, six-figure, Charity of the Year, cause-related marketing, and sponsorship agreements.
- Create cultivation journeys for high-value prospects, maintaining momentum from first contact to close.
- Represent RLSS UK externally at meetings, events, and networking opportunities, confidently positioning the organisation with senior stakeholders.

Account Management
- Provide effective day-to-day relationship management to ensure partners feel supported, informed, and engaged with RLSS UK’s mission.

About the Role
This role will lead Trase’s Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning agenda. Working as part of Trase’s Impact Team, you will strengthen our evidence base on how Trase influences decisions of governments, businesses and civil society on commodity trade, building credibility with external stakeholders, including donors, and supporting the ongoing development of our theory of change.
Trase has made a significant investment over the last decade in developing an initiative-wide culture for learning and knowledge-based decision making including an established and regularly reviewed Monitoring Evaluation and Learning (MEL) function and annual plan.
As we enter a new strategic period (2026 – 2030) we are seeking to further strengthen the MEL function and invest more in understanding how our data and intelligence influences decisions and the role of transparency in driving change.
Our work spans 6 outcomes with a focus on influencing decisions, priorities and building capacity of civil society governments and the private sector in key producer countries and export markets for forest risk commodities.
Responsibilities
1. Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) strategy and implementation (20%)
- Lead the development and implementation of MEL strategy and annual work plan
- Quality assurance and coordination of MEL inputs from across the team.
- Review and maintain MEL data collection and knowledge management tools.
- Build awareness and motivation for effective MEL across the team.
- Support the role of MEL in influencing the development of Trase’s theory of change, strategy and planning.
2. Monitoring and reporting (30%)
- Strengthen Trase’s monitoring framework including using new approaches to integrate qualitative data and better understand the significance of Trase’s contributions (including change stories and outcome harvesting) across our intermediate outcomes, long-term outcomes and impact goals.
- Quarterly progress reporting of outcomes and outputs for internal management.
- Support on donor reporting including drafting narrative reports and updating results framework.
3. Evaluation and learning (50%)
Oversight of biannual external evaluations and annual review of effectiveness questions across sustainability, impact, relevance, effectiveness and efficiency.
- Support internal reviews and evaluations across Trase teams and partners.
- Strengthen Trase’s learning culture, supporting team leads on facilitating learning sessions, retrospectives and thematic evaluations on key topics and applying these lessons in planning and decision-making.
- Bring evidence and insights for proposals and the development of Trase’s theories of change.

This is a global recruitment with visa sponsorship available for relocation to the UK for candidates that do not already have the right to live and work in the UK. Salary & Benefits
Salary: £55,000 full time equivalent (note: salaries in Brazil and Switzerland will be benchmarked to local teams). This role sits within Band D on Global Canopy’s remuneration framework.
Nature of contract: Full time or Part Time (60 – 100% FTE). Permanent contract. We are a flexible employer and welcome candidates wishing to work flexibly.
Base: In the UK our office is in Oxford, with flexible home-working arrangements in place. In Brazil and Switzerland we are fully remote working. We will support visa sponsorship to the UK for this position. Candidates wishing to work in Brazil and Switzerland will need right to work in these countries.

We’re looking for a Senior Impact and Learning Manager to help us provide effective impact measurement and learning support for London Sport’s Place Universal Offer (PUO) programme funded by Sport England. The work will also support the delivery of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) in three Place Based delivery areas (Enfield, Lambeth, and Newham).
In the role, you’ll report to the Head of Impact and Learning, and work alongside Insight and Impact colleagues to take ownership of four main workstreams:
- Development, championing and delivery of the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) of the PUO programme. (Workstream 1)
- Oversight and project management of delivery of MEL supporting the roll out of the expansion of place-based working in three areas – Enfield, Lambeth and Newham. (Workstreams 2-4)
About You:
- You have excellent understanding and evidenced experience of delivering impact measurement and evaluation practices.
- You will be able to evidence your experience in designing and applying appropriate and proportionate MEL approaches, tools and methods to embed project impact measurement and evaluation to maximise learning.
- You will have significant previous experience of independently commissioning and managing external contractors.
- You have a strong understanding of, and high-level skills in, qualitative and quantitative research and analysis techniques with the ability to synthesise data from a range of sources.
- You will have strong experience of coaching/teaching others to support the development of MEL leads.
