We are looking for an excellent administrator to contribute towards an effective Health & Safety team.
As a Health & Safety Administrator, you’ll play a pivotal role in dealing with the day-to-day administration of the BHF's online incident/accident reporting system (Alcumus) and ensure that all case workflows are escalated when necessary and followed through to completion.
You'll be the team’s first point of contact answering health and safety enquiries whilst also supporting the wider health and safety team on other administrative projects as and when required.
You'll also be responsible for ensuring that the Health & Safety Teams Safety Management System is maintained and updated where necessary.

Working arrangements
Please note this is a fixed term contract for 18 months.
This is a home-based role, with occasional travel to our sites across the UK. There will also be a requirement to travel to BHF offices where necessary for team events and meetings.

Kairos Women Working Together (Kairos) was founded in 1999 by a group of women in Coventry who recognised that those facing multiple disadvantages, and therefore most at risk of sexual exploitation, were falling through the cracks of existing services. From grassroots beginnings, Kairos has grown into a respected, feminist led, specialist women’s organisation rooted in the community it serves.
Over the next 5 years, Kairos will strengthen our new Women’s Hub as a safe, accessible, trauma-informed women’s centre delivering best practice responses, expand our services to meet women’s needs, strengthen partnerships, and influence systems so that no woman is left behind.
To do this we are seeking an organised, empathetic, and proficient individual to ensure the smooth operation of our hub.
This part-time role provides essential front-of-house support—greeting and assisting women arriving at the hub with sensitivity and professionalism —while also handling a broad range of administrative duties. Purpose and responsibilities of the post
Reporting to the DARE UK Director, the Deputy Director is a senior strategic leader responsible for shaping and delivering the programme’s next phase of impact.
