Spectra are looking for an experienced Therapeutic Services Manager and Clinical Lead to lead, develop, coordinate, and represent Spectra’s counselling services internally and externally at Senior Management level. You will ensure delivery of consistent, high-quality counselling across all of Spectra’s teams (Young People, Sexual health, Trans and Non-binary (TNB) people), supporting and empowering our service users, whilst ensuring clinical work is carried out in accordance with ethical guidelines and Spectra’s protocols. You will also conduct some clinical assessments and provide some weekly 1-to-1 counselling/group therapy sessions.
You will be confident working with diverse and intersectional groups who face social exclusion and inequalities around access to appropriate health care, wellbeing and holistic support. You will be able unequivocally to respect, support, promote and work within LGBTQ+ and other diverse communities.
£42,000 - £45,000 FTE per annum according to experience, pro rata for 4 days per week (£33,600 to £36,000). Hybrid working (office in Ladbroke Grove) with 25 days holiday and bank holidays (pro rata), plus a pension scheme.

Just Like Us is the LGBT+ young people’s charity and works with thousands of schools and young people across the UK through its programmes.
Our Education Programmes are focused on engaging primary schools, secondary schools and sixth form colleges across the UK to take part in our programmes and ensure LGBT+ young people can thrive. Just Like Us has already worked with thousands of schools and gained recognition for our Growing up LGBT+ report (2020) and our Positive Futures report (2023). By 2025, we aim to reach more than 60,000 school pupils annually through our programmes.
This role is critical to the delivery of this mission and will support the Head of Education Programmes to meet the needs of our several thousand-strong school network so that we can reach even more LGBT+ young people across the UK. This role will be working across School Diversity Week and the Pride Groups programme.
This role is an entry-level position and will provide the successful candidate with a strong foundation for a career in the voluntary sector. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, with strong organisational and administrative skills, and good communication skills to join a friendly, driven Programmes Team.

Job description
Programme delivery:
- Support the Programmes Team to deliver our programmes, including Pride Groups, School Talks and School Diversity Week
- Manage the administration of Education Programmes
- Act as a first point of contact for schools on our programmes, answering questions, sharing new resources and encouraging participation. This includes engaging with new schools to increase our networks and managing a busy inbox
- Engage new schools to increase our networks, including representing the charity at conferences and events
- Maintain good relationships with school contacts, lead on liaising with school staff to confirm bookings, monitoring invoices, membership and renewals
- Work collaboratively across teams to manage logistics and ensure the smooth running of Just Like Us programmes throughout the academic year.
- Support the delivery of our education programmes, including delivering talks, and training for teachers and other education stakeholders on LGBT+ issues

The role
As Forward Action’s Partnerships Officer, you’ll support the Partnerships Director to build and maintain strong relationships with our partners, so we can help them achieve change on everything from climate change to refugee rights.
In this fast-paced role, you’ll manage the administration side of our partnerships, from initial contact and briefing, through proposal management, all the way to issuing contracts and drafting scopes. About the role
The Director of Finance and Corporate Resources holds a key role in our organisation and is core to the senior management team. Reporting to the Chief Executive, the Director of Finance and Corporate Resources is responsible for finance, HR, facilities, and governance.
Managing a team of four (comprising a Financial Controller, Finance Services and Business Support Manager, HR Manager, and an Administrator) they are responsible for all ‘back office’ operations, providing the supporting infrastructure to ensure quality delivery of our work and mission.

Investing in the right technological and finance infrastructure for The Young Foundation is overdue, and we are looking for a self-starting candidate with proven experience in digital transformation and change to increase efficiency, knowledge management, and reporting of vital management information. The assessment of business needs and analysis of possible solutions has been undertaken and the successful execution of this transformation is a key deliverable in the first 12 months of the role.
We are a charity earning our income through commissions, grant funding, and by responding to tenders. As such, we need to think and act as a consultancy, supported by our Finance team. Fundraising
- Support the setting of the charity’s fundraising targets through the research and review of both external and internal fundraising activities.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of the charity’s fundraising activities and campaigns.
- Collate the agreed metrics (including income and expenditure) and report on a weekly basis.
- Participate fully in the generation of fundraising ideas and activity selection.
- Design, prepare and implement the agreed activities and campaigns, which are likely to be varied in nature and might include dedicated fundraising events, grant applications to support families in disadvantaged socio-economic groups, and legacy generation.
- Recommend changes and updates to the activities and campaigns based on testing and evidenced data.

The Senior Officer – Network, Partnerships and Programmes plays a critical role as the initial contact point for CSC’s global network of 200+ NGOs and delivery lead for our practice-based partnership programmes and Street Work training, working closely with a small but dynamic team in pursuit of CSC’s vision and goals.
The postholder will contribute towards CSC’s strategic goal to transform street-connected children's experience of the street, now, so that they are safer, with better access to services and a sense of belonging in their communities, by:
- Working with network partners to develop, evidence and model innovative & integrated rights-based approaches to supporting street-connected children and securing their rights
- Promoting and supporting skilled street work as the first, critical step in a rights-based approach to supporting street-connected children
Role Summary

Specific Tasks and Responsibilities
1. Programme delivery
- As the delivery lead for CSC’s practice-related partnership programmes, (including our Inclusive Education Programme), work closely with partners, working group members and other stakeholders to develop and deliver high quality programming which maximises learning and dissemination opportunities, engaging external stakeholders and learning partners where appropriate
- Manage and cultivate relationships with current programme funders, ensuring that high quality reports are submitted to deadlines
- Where required, support the delivery of other programme activities in partnership with network members

- Support the further development and delivery of CSC’s Street Work training offer, working closely with the Director of Programmes for Network, Practice and Children’s Participation, including supporting proactive efforts to secure training contracts/funding and nurturing CSC’s Global Trainer group.
3. Network development
- With the support of the staff team and Directors of Programmes, develop and implement CSC’s network approach to achieve CSC’s strategic goals
- Identify areas for collaboration with and between network members and facilitate shared learning, including via network-wide events, thematic working groups and geographic clusters within the wider network
- Be the first point of contact for reactive enquiries relating to the network and membership
- Be the ‘holder’ of network data, which will be jointly populated and maintained by the team

This is a newly created role, fully remote where you are required to come to London once a month. The role offers a salary between £32,000 - £34,000 per annum + Regional Weighting, which will be pro-ratad for three days a week.

Some of your key duties and responsibilities are;
- Project manage the implementation of all agreed technology projects e.g. migration to SharePoint (including devising a new file structure, identify files that need to be archived and deleted in compliance with the organisations data retention policy and GDPR)
- Develop, document and maintain a map of current technology systems
- Create and implement protocols for the use of IT across departments and projects (e.g. onboarding and offboarding)
- Create, implement and manage a process for internal IT support that makes cost-effective use of our external IT support supplier by being first point of contact for AUK staff for IT issues to triage requests and issues for our external IT support
- Support the Head of Systems and Technology in selecting most cost-effective systems and technology to deliver the organisation's objectives
- Devise, manage and test a backup and recovery process.
- Manage external access request to teams for project work as appropriate
- Work alongside the Data Protection + Cyber Security Officer to ensure regulatory compliance (GDPR) + cyber security standards

Main Duties
- Management Reporting - Support in the timely and accurate production of monthly management reporting from Workday Adaptive taking responsibility for running the reports for a number of budget departments.
- Budgeting and Forecasting - Support, as appropriate, with annual budget setting, entity budgets, monthly forecasting, process improvements and budget assumptions including Adaptive Planning modelling.
- Data Integrity - Ensuring accurate coding of transactions, raising and responding to queries from budget holders.

We are seeking a Psychometrician for two days per week to lead psychometric analyses and interpret the examination results of the Royal College of Pathologists.
The College is responsible for the delivery of pathology examinations for doctors, scientists, oral pathologists (dentists) and veterinary pathologists in 17 specialties – the Fellowship examinations of the Royal College of Pathologists (FRCPath). The FRCPath Part 1 is held online and is a test of knowledge while FRCPath Part 2 is held in person around the UK as well as in the Republic of Ireland and, for histopathology, in international centres such as Dubai and Egypt. The College is regulated by the General Medical Council for the medical examinations and the General Dental Council for the Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology examinations, but the examinations are open to all appropriately qualified candidates.
The FRCPath examinations are held twice a year in Spring and Autumn and attracts approximately 1,200 candidates per session across the specialties. While some examinations attract up to 200 candidates, some examinations consistently attract very small numbers of candidates, with a number of examination cohorts sitting somewhere in between. The Psychometrician will advise on the appropriate data collection methods for the examinations and undertake psychometric analyses of appropriate examination data for each examination session and will, in time, be asked to provide analysis of longitudinal data.
As the College continues to develop its examinations, the Psychometrician will possess sufficient expertise to provide advice on the appropriate psychometric tests to undertake for the specialty examinations as different formats or methods of delivery are considered.
The examinations are delivered by an examinations team in the College which sits within the Learning Directorate. Each specialty examination is supported by an appropriately qualified panel, led by a Panel Chair, all of whom are overseen by the Clinical Director of Examinations (a pathologist). The Psychometrician will be expected to communicate with a wide range of individuals regarding the College examinations, with varying levels of knowledge about psychometrics, and will provide training for examiners and staff on a regular basis.
The College is a professional membership organisation dedicated to the advancement of the science and practice of pathology. There are currently approximately 12,000 members, all of whom are pathologists based in hospitals, universities and laboratories in the UK and overseas. The College’s main tasks are to set and maintain training standards for doctors and scientists, to advice on the appointment of consultant pathologists, to ensure the membership is kept up to date with current practice through the continuing professional development scheme, and to promote the latest developments in pathology by holding scientific meetings.
