About You
We’re looking for someone who combines financial expertise with strong analytical skills and a commitment to humanitarian work. You must be experienced in analysing financial data, budgets and reports and have strong Excel and data analysis/visualisation skills (e.g. Tableau, Power BI desirable). You should have excellent attention to detail and an ability to present complex information clearly.
You should demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Ideally, you should have interest or have experience in the humanitarian or international NGO sector.
Key responsibilities:

Buzgi and Toy Adaptation Service
Cerebra designs and builds bespoke assistive equipment for disabled children, this includes creating custom mobility aids, switch‑adapted toys, and other innovative solutions to help children access play, learning, and independence.
The Bugzi - a mini powered wheelchair for children offers many children their first experience of independent mobility. It uses either a joystick or switches and adaptable seating for complex needs, and helps develop spatial awareness, confidence, and early mobility skills. The Bugzi is available through a national loan scheme.

The role holder will strengthen our data practices and lead our monitoring analysis to ensure data is used effectively to support continuous improvement, planning and shape future priorities. Purpose of This Role:
This key support role will work with colleagues across the organisation to ensure NASP’s data and key systems, including our CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365), dashboards and databases, are effective, accurate, and useful. This includes improving data capture, enabling consistent reporting, and ensuring that quality data can be used to support organisational priorities.
The role will support colleagues to use systems confidently and understand data requirements, providing analytic solutions that meet the needs of the organisation, and identifying where practices and systems can be improved.
The role will sit within the wider Operations team who oversee the core business and operational functions of NASP, including Finance, HR, Governance, Project Support, Administration, and Logistics. As a member of this team, the role will provide general administrative support to NASP programmes, liaising with our CRM support provider (Chorus) and IT provider (Logicata) to act as an essential bridge between internal colleagues and these external technical experts.
As NASP continues to develop its membership and training offers, the Data and Systems Officer will support the growth of this work, ensuring that systems and data flows are aligned, and leading on the technical management of data within these systems. The role will also support teams with reporting and evaluation, making effective use of NASP’s data.

CRM and Systems Management
Ensure colleagues across the organisation are effectively using the CRM (Microsoft Dynamics); as well as other key data systems, supporting with staff training and guidance, providing advice and support where needed to ensure the team feels positive and confident using them in their day-to-day work.
Undertake regular reviews & audits of data stored on the CRM to amend errors (e.g. duplicate records), and identify gaps or areas of concern, ensuring a smooth user experience.

What the job involves
As Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, you’ll play a central role in helping us understand and demonstrate the real difference our work makes. You’ll manage the development and delivery of monitoring and evaluation frameworks for our Health Equity, Services and Improvement directorate, ensuring we can track our progress against Prostate Cancer UK’s new strategy with confidence. As part of the Data and Evidence team, you’ll bring together data and insight to tell a clear story about our impact for men and the wider healthcare system.
In this role, you’ll design practical, meaningful ways to measure success, from shaping our key performance indicators to strengthening how we collect and use data over time. You’ll draw on information from multiple sources to build a joined-up view of our activity, and use clear, engaging data visualisation to bring your findings to life. You’ll also support reporting to boards and committees, presenting evidence in a way that is accessible, relevant and supports good decision-making.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across the organisation, helping them evaluate their work and feel more confident using data in their day-to-day roles. By championing a culture of evidence-based decision making and continuous learning, you’ll help teams see the value of monitoring and evaluation and use it to improve what they do.
Alongside this, you’ll keep a strong overview of activity across the directorate, using data and insight to spot trends, highlight opportunities and drive improvements. What we want from you
You’ll bring strong expertise in monitoring, evaluation and learning, with experience of applying approaches such as theory of change, outcome harvesting and logic models in practice. You’ll be skilled at evaluating public health or similar programmes, with a strong understanding of impact measurement and the ability to work with both qualitative and quantitative data. Experience in data visualisation is important, and familiarity with tools like Tableau or Power BI would be a bonus.

How and where we work

Working within the Impact and Improvement Team, you will be responsible for championing data- driven decision making. You will analyse and report on risk and performance across large and complex datasets, translating this into actionable insights to inform strategic decision making.
In delivering the role, you will develop the organisation's data strategy and oversee the creation of engaging dashboards and efficient data models in Microsoft Power BI, Pyramid, In-Form/Salesforce, MS Business Central, HealthBoxHR and other analytics platforms.

You are a team player who can work with others to deliver a service and challenge colleagues appropriately where required. You have strong planning and time management skills, with ability to deal with competing priorities and deliver results to tight deadlines. You will already have a good understanding of the importance of data and information security, with experience of managing and working with information, systems and databases, designing and producing reports from them.

Role overview
The Finance and Reporting Officer will be responsible for the effective day to day running of the charity’s finance function, by processing transactions accurately, maintaining robust financial records, carrying out month-end activities, and providing financial information to budget holders and senior staff.
Alongside this the role has an important part to play in data management and activity reporting. Working with the Data Officer you’ll assist with the maintenance and interrogation of programme monitoring data, ensuring information is accurate and timely.
You’ll need to be organised and with a great attention to detail. We’re seeking someone who is output orientated, whilst able to ensure the integrity of the information being presented. You’ll also need to be thorough at a transactional level yet able to summarise efficiently to a range of audiences.
Working with a broad range of stakeholders across the team, as well as trustees, auditors and external suppliers, you’ll need clear communication skills including being able to communicate financial information to non-finance colleagues. It’s a busy role and you’ll need to be adept at juggling a variety of responsibilities at the same time.

CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably) is a growing organisation on a mission to save lives. We have just launched an ambitious five-year strategy, alongside a bespoke Behaviour Change/Engagement Framework and a new Measurement System designed to help us understand and demonstrate the impact we are having. The Opportunity
This is a newly created, senior contract role at an exciting inflection point for CALM. We are building the analytics foundations that will underpin our long-term growth and impact.
You will help us embed our new Behaviour Change Framework and Measurement System into practice. And also help strengthen the organisation’s analytics maturity, ensuring our Azure data warehouse and Power BI reporting capabilities are fully utilised and embedded into decision-making.
This is a senior role, but it is also highly hands-on. We are a small organisation and are looking for someone who is equally comfortable shaping strategy, building frameworks, improving infrastructure, and directly delivering analytical work.
Key Responsibilities
Embedding Our Behaviour Change Framework & Measurement System
Help us put our newly launched Behaviour Change Framework and Measurement System into practice across the organisation
Support the setting of baselines and targets for our five-year OKRs, and define the year-to-year milestones that will track our progress
Audit the data we already hold, identify the gaps, and develop new data collection methods where needed
Design how we report, review, and evaluate against the framework
Create practical guidelines and clear rules for using the framework and associated survey questions
Building Our Analytics Infrastructure
Take ownership of our Microsoft Azure Data Warehouse and Power BI environment, and drive meaningful adoption across the organisation
Build and mature our data pipelines so that all key data sits in one place and is reliable, consistent, and usable
Oversee the development of scalable data models, reporting structures and analytics processes that provide clear actions
Deliver high-quality, actionable dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks that support decision-making at every level
Work with external data engineering consultancies where appropriate to accelerate delivery

Experience
Essential
Proven experience in a senior data or analytics role, with hands-on delivery experience
Good understanding of data warehousing, data modelling and analytics best practices
Strong technical skills across data modelling, SQL, Power BI and modern data platforms
Experience working with cloud-based data platforms (ideally Microsoft Azure)
Practical experience building and maturing analytics capabilities in a growing organisation
Experience developing reporting frameworks, KPIs and performance measurement approaches
Knowledge of web analytics tools such as GA4 and CRMs e.g. Salesforce
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A highly organised and structured approach, with strong attention to documentation and process design
