The Data and Insights Manager will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating quality and impact across our mentoring programmes. The postholder will work closely with the Programmes Team to embed impact in project design and to produce evaluations that assess the impact of mentoring against our theory of change outcomes. The postholder will complete data analysis and evaluation reports for individual mentoring programmes as well as our whole portfolio to present our impact at an aggregate level. The postholder will produce organisation wide impact reports for external publication and work closely with the senior management and leadership teams to demonstrate and celebrate our impact. This is a varied role, suited to candidates interested in using data and insights to improve processes and articulate impact to a wide range of audiences. 

Responsible for

• Championing and quality assuring our theory of change, ensuring that programmes are designed with impact at the centre and within the frameworks that will give us the most robust data sets
• Quantitative data analysis for individual programmes and our portfolio of mentoring programmes as a whole, clearly presenting our impact against our outcomes
• Qualitative data analysis of mentoring messages, written feedback and focus groups/1:1 interviews
• Producing high quality evaluation reports for individual programmes, including recommendations for future iterations
• Producing organisational impact reports and blogs/posts, to present our impact to external audiences
• Creating and maintaining PowerBI dashboards to present live impact data
• Proofing and testing baseline and exit surveys to ensure accuracy of questions and survey logic across our portfolio
• Overseeing our data collection tools and upskilling the team to use them effectively/accurately
• Overseeing our external communications to ensure regular sharing of case studies and impact stories through our comms and marketing (social media, newsletters etc.)

Fundraising Officer – 4‑day week, hybrid, high‑impact charity based in Oxford

About the role:
We’re looking for a Fundraising Officer to join Aspire’s small, agile and supportive Fundraising & Communications team. You’ll be an all‑round fundraiser, working across corporate partnerships, trusts and foundations, and community, events and individual giving. You’ll help grow and diversify our voluntary income so that more people across Oxfordshire and the Thames Valley can move out of homelessness, poverty and long‑term unemployment into secure work and housing. 

This is a hands‑on role with real variety: one week you might be crafting a pitch for a new corporate partner, the next you could be pulling together a trust report, planning a community fundraising event or writing supporter communications. About you:

• Experience in at least one of: corporate fundraising, trusts and foundations, community/events or individual giving, plus enthusiasm to grow across all three. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your tone for different audiences. 
• Confidence building and managing relationships with supporters, customers or partners. 
• Good organisational skills and comfort working to deadlines and targets.

As Data Officer, you will support the Head of Finance and Operations across a range of important day-to-day tasks, with a particular focus on income reconciliation, accounting preparation, the maintenance of our Salesforce CRM database, as well as using the CRM to run reports.

You will take responsibility for keeping Save the Rhino's data clean, accurate, and audit-ready — carrying out regular imports, cleaning routines, and backups, and producing reports that help colleagues across fundraising and communications to do their jobs effectively.

Alongside this, you will contribute to key financial processes including Gift Aid claims, VAT returns, and monthly management accounts, developing a solid grounding in charity finance. For the right person, this combination of data and financial responsibilities offers an unusually broad grounding - ideal for someone early in their career who wants to develop skills across both disciplines rather than specialise immediately.

You will be methodical and detail-oriented, comfortable working with data and spreadsheets, and confident following established and documented procedures while flagging issues when you spot them. You will be a collaborative team player, supporting colleagues across the organisation and keen to learn and grow within a small, committed team.

This is a new role for Save the Rhino, and it is one that might appeal to individuals with different experience and backgrounds. We are open to this role being full time (35 hours per week) or part time (28 hours per week). This is an exciting opportunity for a Data and Insights Officer to join our Impact and Evaluation team and shape how data is used at Chance to Shine. The role holder will strengthen our data practices and lead our monitoring analysis to ensure data is used effectively to support continuous improvement, planning and shape future priorities. Location:Hybrid – NASP have an office space at London's Southbank Centre which can be used by staff at any time. The role will be expected to work up to 2 days per week in the office with the remainder at home, depending on agreed hours. Job Description & Person Specification 

Purpose of This Role: 

This key support role will work with colleagues across the organisation to ensure NASP’s data and key systems, including our CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365), dashboards and databases, are effective, accurate, and useful. This includes improving data capture, enabling consistent reporting, and ensuring that quality data can be used to support organisational priorities.

The role will support colleagues to use systems confidently and understand data requirements, providing analytic solutions that meet the needs of the organisation, and identifying where practices and systems can be improved.

The role will sit within the wider Operations team who oversee the core business and operational functions of NASP, including Finance, HR, Governance, Project Support, Administration, and Logistics. As a member of this team, the role will provide general administrative support to NASP programmes, liaising with our CRM support provider (Chorus) and IT provider (Logicata) to act as an essential bridge between internal colleagues and these external technical experts.

As NASP continues to develop its membership and training offers, the Data and Systems Officer will support the growth of this work, ensuring that systems and data flows are aligned, and leading on the technical management of data within these systems. The role will also support teams with reporting and evaluation, making effective use of NASP’s data. 

This is an ideal opportunity for a proactive and highly organised individual with excellent data management, administrative, and technical skills (particularly working with CRMs) to support across the range of NASP’s programmes and projects, as well as development of new systems and processes. 

Person Specification: 

Essential 

• Knowledge of the VCFSE sector and/or Social Prescribing 

• Good working knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 (including technical skills) 

• Experience of administrating/managing membership systems or other databases 

• Knowledge of GDPR and other Data compliance requirements 

• High-level numeracy, logical reasoning, accuracy and attention to detail

Responsibilities: 

CRM and Systems Management  

• Ensure colleagues across the organisation are effectively using the CRM (Microsoft Dynamics); as well as other key data systems, supporting with staff training and guidance, providing advice and support where needed to ensure the team feels positive and confident using them in their day-to-day work.

• Undertake regular reviews & audits of data stored on the CRM to amend errors (e.g. duplicate records), and identify gaps or areas of concern, ensuring a smooth user experience. 

• Work closely with our CRM support provider (Chorus) to manage any support requests and technical errors, undertaking any updates, fixes and developments to the system where required. 

• Proactively identify any CRM and wider system processes that can be improved or developed, working with NASP colleagues to ensure the CRM is being effectively integrated into their work. 

• Working with the Strategic Project Manager, undertake regular contract reviews with our CRM provider to ensure value for money and quality of service.

Data Management 
 

• Oversee NASP’s Data inbox, responding to enquiries and escalating concerns or risks. 

• Working with Director of Operations to proactively support NASP to meet data compliance; to identify any data risks and to mitigate these, including gaps in data capture or poor system use. 

• Present data through reports and produce insights to support NASP’s evidence, evaluation and reporting needs (e.g. for grant funders, programme evaluation or trustee board reports). 

• Work with NASP colleagues to improve how data is used in their work, building good data habits across the organisation. 

• Identify and address common issues in how documents and information are managed across the organisation, ensuring standards are maintained consistently across NASP.

 Systems Integration  

• Work with colleagues to support the ongoing development of NASP’s Membership & Training offers, by ensuring the data and systems that support this work are effective. 

• Support colleagues with effective data use to track the engagement, activity and growth of key networks and communities. 

• Provide administrative support to establish and develop any new systems, working with colleagues and external providers as needed, ensuring that data flows between existing systems are aligned. 

• Work closely with the Communications team to ensure the NASP website supports the capture and flow of data effectively. 

• Liaise with our IT provider (Logicata) for anything relating to the Microsoft suite, including technical support.

General

4. Profiad sylweddol o ddadansoddi data ymgysylltu o wahanol declynnau (mewnrwyd, e-bost, teclynnau cydweithio fel Slack).

Ein bwriad yw cynnal cyfweliadau yn ystod yr wythnos sy'n dechrau 29 Mehefin 2026 gyda'r opsiwn o gyfweliad wyneb yn wyneb yng Nghaerdydd, neu ar-lein.

Mae Tegwch, Amrywiaeth a Chynhwysiant o bwysigrwydd strategol o fewn y sefydliad ac yn cael ei gydnabod fel rhan annatod o bopeth a wnawn fel gwasanaeth.

Yn ganolog i'n cenhadaeth Tegwch, Amrywiaeth a Chynhwysiant mae adeiladu timau amrywiol a chynhwysol y mae pawb yn teimlo'n rhan ohonynt. Credwn fod cynhwysiant yn fater cyfiawnder cymdeithasol - egwyddor sy'n sail i'n holl waith Tegwch, Amrywiaeth a Chynhwysiant. I'r perwyl hwnnw, rydym yn croesawu'n arbennig geisiadau gan bobl yr hoffem eu gweld yn cael eu cynrychioli'n well yn ein sefydliad a'n sector - pobl o liw, pobl LHDT+ a phobl anabl. Byddwn yn cynnig cyfweliad i ymgeiswyr anabl sy'n nodi eu bod yn dymuno i'w cais gael ei ystyried o dan ein Hymrwymiad Cyfweliad Hyderus o ran Anabledd lle maent yn bodloni ein meini prawf dethol yn eu cais. Mae rhai o'n rolau'n denu nifer fawr o geisiadau ac mewn rhai amgylchiadau lle nad yw'n ymarferol nac yn briodol, efallai y byddwn yn cyfyngu ar nifer y cyfweliadau a gynigir i ymgeiswyr anabl a rhai nad ydynt yn anabl. Byddwn yn darparu addasiadau rhesymol yn ôl yr angen. Rydym yn dilyn y model cymdeithasol o anabledd.

Rydym yn gyflogwr hyblyg, felly gallai'r rôl hon fod yn addas i unrhyw un sy'n well ganddo drefniant hyblyg i helpu eu cydbwysedd rhwng bywyd a gwaith – mae llawer o'n cydweithwyr yn treulio'r rhan fwyaf o'u hamser yn gweithio o bell. Er ein bod ni'n ffafrio dull cymysg rhwng swyddfa leol, os oes un yn agos atoch chi, a chartref, rydym yn agored i fod yn hyblyg o ran lleoliad, ond weithiau gall rôl olygu bod angen i chi fod wedi'ch lleoli mewn lleoliad penodol; os felly, bydd manylion yn cael eu cynnwys yn yr hysbyseb neu'r disgrifiad swydd. Gellir trafod hyn yn fanylach yn ystod eich cyfweliad.

Mae Cyngor ar Bopeth Cenedlaethol yn gweithredu o swyddfeydd yng Nghymru a Lloegr, gyda 4 swyddfa ranbarthol yng Nghaerdydd, Llundain, Birmingham a Leeds, felly rhaid i bob ymgeisydd llwyddiannus fod wedi'i leoli yng Nghymru neu Loegr.

Mae ein hymrwymiad i lesiant cydweithwyr yn cael ei adlewyrchu yn y ffaith ein bod wedi ennill Gwobr Aur yn y categori Iechyd a Llesiant, yn ogystal ag Enillwyr Cyffredinol, yng Ngwobrau Profiad Gweithwyr 2022.

Byddwch yn ymwybodol nad yw Cyngor ar Bopeth yn sefydliad sy'n noddi. Oherwydd hyn, rhaid bod gan yr ymgeisydd llwyddiannus yr hawl i weithio yn y DU eisoes neu allu sicrhau'r hawl i weithio yn y DU yn annibynnol

Rydym wedi ennill y wobr elusen orau ym mynegai cyflogwyr y Trydydd sector, gyda Cyngor ar Bopeth yn cael ei gydnabod fel sefydliad sydd nid yn unig yn blaenoriaethu'r bobl rydym yn eu gwasanaethu ond sydd hefyd yn rhoi pwyslais ar lesiant ei weithwyr.

Os bydd nifer uchel o geisiadau, rydym yn cadw'r hawl i gau'r broses gais yn gynnar.

Bydd y swydd wag hon yn cau am 23.59 ar y dyddiad cau.
