The Volunteer Administration Executive will sit within the CoppaFeel! Education Team and will work closely with the Volunteer Community Executive and the Volunteer Community Manager. They will provide administrative support volunteer recruitment and onboarding; induction and training; support and supervision; and reward and recognition.
This is a remote-first role, which means you aren’t expected to come into the office. CoppaFeel! exists to educate and remind every young person in the UK that checking their chest isn’t only fun, it could save their life. We are the first breast cancer charity in the UK to create awareness amongst young people, with the aim of instilling a new healthy habit that could one day save their life. We are a small team which, collectively, has one almighty big voice. We were founded out of a need to right wrongs, and when we hear of more people diagnosed late, or young people dying from this disease, we know there isn’t a more powerful reminder to get up and get out of bed every morning.

Role outline and purpose
The Trussell Trust are seeking a Philanthropy Executive - Trusts to join our high-performing Trusts team. The role supports the Trussell Trust by raising money from charitable trusts, focusing specifically on Tier 3 trusts (giving up to c.£10,000). You will coordinate a programme of regular stewardship communications to our current givers, fundraise from new prospects through mailings and occasional applications, provide administrative support to the wider team, and ensure that records of communications are kept up to date.
Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced fundraiser, to lead on Neuroscience related fundraising for the Departments of Psychiatry and Clinical Neurosciences as part of the friendly team working across the Medical Sciences Division at the University of Oxford.
The Medical Sciences Division at Oxford has been ranked number one in the world for the last twelve years in the Times Higher Education World University Rankings for clinical, pre-clinical and health sciences. Recent accomplishments of the Medical Sciences Division include its research into the COVID-19 pandemic, most notably through the delivery of the Oxford–AstraZeneca vaccine, which is estimated to have saved over 6 million lives.
About the role:
This fundraiser will work closely with the Heads of Departments and academics in the Departments of Psychiatry and Clinical Neurosciences. The post will focus primarily on funding for research, academic posts, scholarships and infrastructure related to Neuroscience which includes Mental Health and neurological disease (e.g. Motor Neurone Disease, Dementia, Parkinson’s, Stroke and Epilepsy). The fundraiser will work on special projects including the possible major capital redevelopment of the Warneford site. We’re a small charity that brings communities together to create cleaner, connected and safer urban and rural neighbourhoods by tackling the litter problems where they live. Litter-picking brings people closer together, enables neighbours to meet one another other and helps create a greater sense of pride and community in local areas.

We are looking for a confident and experienced individual to join our supportive team. Previous charity finance knowledge is helpful but not essential, above all we want an individual to be tenacious, curious, diligent and show strong initiative.
Who are you?
You should be accomplished in Sage 50 Accounts and have considerable experience working in a finance function and in financial administration.
Some experience of working with Salesforce or an equivalent CRM database and an accountancy qualification or studying towards a professional qualification ACCA, CIMA, ACA, CIPFA) or AAT qualified. Experience of working in the Voluntary Sector, paid or unpaid would be great.
You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills (a natural ability to clearly communicate financial information to those with a non-finance background). You need to have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and experience in database and payroll systems.

Job Title: Partnership Development Manager
Salary: £34,500.

Magic Breakfast provide a nutritious and filling breakfast to over 200,000 children and young people every school day. We work with schools in areas of high disadvantage, helping staff target the children most in need without barrier or stigma.

The Director of Operations will work as part of the management team to develop and implement the organisation’s strategy and operational plans and to build the longer term sustainability of the organisation. RESPONSIBILITIES
