While this role will work across all CAZK projects the majority of time will be spent on 'Healing Arts for All' (HAFA), a large-scale, three-year heritage project that will engage Pendle's diverse communities in a wide range of activities including photography, textiles, film, sculpture, sound walks etc.

Principle Tasks and Key Responsibilities:

Working closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, and the team, you will lead on developing and managing creative art programmes, projects, activities, and events.

Maintain and develop relationships among key partner organisations,local businesses, creatives, and host steering group meetings to develop new ideas and plans to progress and enhance the organisation, building communication and providing regular feedback.

Work with the CEO to develop annual organisational and project budgets, and manage ongoing programme budgets to ensure they are delivered as agreed within set budgets and timescales.

Research, implement and monitor programme and project plans, liaising with collaborators, partners, the community and artists.

Produce reports to ensure that relevant stakeholders are fully and consistently informed and updated about the progress of creative projects.

Determine and monitor the human and physical resources needed for the programmes/projects and ensure that they are available at the appropriate time.

Ensure effective marketing and publicity for programmes and projects.

Day to day project and personnel management, including staff and artists’ contracts, and project risk assessments.

Attend events, projects, and meetings on behalf of Community Arts by ZK, where appropriate.

Prepare and submit prompt reports, planning documents and information required by funders/clients with regards to service level agreements and any other contractual/grant funded obligations.

Ensure appropriate systems are in place for monitoring information required by funders and to ensure that all contracted staff are fully briefed as to their responsibilities in respect of monitoring information.

Maintain and update internal databases in order that data integrity is maintained and information is consistent across the data platforms.

Monitor and assess available funding opportunities, and work alongside the CEOto submit funding applications and tender submissions.

Develop new partnerships across Lancashire and Pendle to maximise existing and potential funding/tender opportunities

About the role:
Reporting to the Director of Finance & Operations, the IT Project Manager will lead the scoping, researching, sourcing, design develop and implementation of several new systems relating to CRM, Case Management, Finance and HR.
The IT project manager will also support the Director of Finance & Operations in managing the relationship with the IT Support contract, providing IT support where necessary and in renewing the IASME (Information Assurance for Small and Medium Enterprises) accreditation.

You will have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience and
A PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or other industry standard Programme or Project Management qualification. A good knowledge of Microsoft Server technologies, 365 admin level experience across Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online etc. is essential for the role. Your experience will include supporting network devices and concepts, printers, softphones and other business hardware and software.

Standing Voice is looking for an experienced Fundraising Manager based in or near London to join our UK team. This is an exciting and challenging role in a creative and focused working environment, within an organisation with multiple programmes and funding streams across 3 countries. This position suits an ambitious and experienced fundraiser, equipped with excellent written and oral communication skills and a depth of donor management experience.
The successful candidate will report to the Executive Director and be tasked with advancing & implementing Standing Voice’s Fundraising Strategy including writing grants proposals; diversifying & scaling-up the organisation’s income streams; and managing donor relations and reporting. As well as working alongside UK fundraising, programmes and finance colleagues, the Fundraising Manager will work directly with our teams in Tanzania and Malawi to design and generate project proposals.
Suitable candidates will demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills; a high level of organisation and accuracy in their work; and concrete experience of generating income through trusts and foundations, corporate partnerships, institutional donors, philanthropy partnerships, and individual giving. Our involvement work brings together our community to mobilise urgent change in research, support, campaigning and awareness through the power of their united voices. The insight from our involvement network inspires and drives all our work across The Charity. This role involves actively engaging and stewarding everyone across all relevant and interested groups. This includes providing support to those living with a brain tumour diagnosis, their family and their friends. As part of our services team, you will ensure we engage all groups including those disadvantaged and less heard from, championing the voices of our wider community to grow our involvement network. You will also collaborate with those professionally committed to the cause, including our research community, to ensure that people affected by brain tumours have the chance to both shape and participate in research opportunities. You will be responsible for measuring and sharing the difference we are making through the delivery and analysis of our Improving Brain Tumour Care Surveys, empowering the community to identify the gaps in treatment and care experiences, so we can make a difference where it matters most.

As a highly motivated and established champion of community involvement, you will have a proven track record of delivering a programme of involvement activities, including tools and resources to support meaningful patient and public involvement in research. Key accountabilities:
· Grow the involvement of the community in driving development of The Charity’s work including support, campaigns, fundraising, research and strategy

Experience:

Magic Breakfast provide a nutritious and filling breakfast to over 200,000 children and young people every school day. We work with schools in areas of high disadvantage, helping staff target the children most in need without barrier or stigma.

The purpose of the role is to drive and deliver our ambitious fundraising strategy in order to support the work of Life. The Individual Giving Manager is responsible for shaping and delivering the end-to-end experience of existing supporters as well as attaining new supporters.
Reporting to the Director of Income Generation and leading the Individual Giving Team, the post holder will work closely with colleagues across the fundraising and marketing teams to; create, test, monitor and evaluate appeals and campaigns, lead on Legacy (and in-memoriam giving) lottery and raffle and other income streams associated with individual giving. The postholder will lead a Donor Administration Manager to deliver on a positive donor/supporter experience with the aim of retention of current supporters for the long term as well as acquisition of new donors, maximising the potential of all of our supporters. It forms a central part of the overall fundraising strategy, with the ultimate aim of growing our individual giving income to increase the impact of the charity and benefit those needing support in pregnancy, pregnancy loss or in the early years of a baby.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design, develop and implement a cohesive supporter journey strategy focussed on supporter needs and continuous re-engagement

Research & Service Development
· Identify individual giving trends and use this knowledge to continually develop new products for the charity
· In line with GDPR and complying with all legislation and the Code of Fundraising Practice: ensure fundraising and campaigns are insight-led and focused on long-term growth
· Oversee the compliance of third party agencies to ensure activity is carried out in line with the values of Life, the Fundraising Code of Practice and the law
· Input fully into the wider fundraising strategy by working closely with fellow managers and the team as a whole
Information Management
· Ensure data and information systems are up to date and provide an accurate picture of supporter segmentation, communications, preferences, permissions, requests, gifts and pledges
