This is a varied and integral role providing administrative support to Arthritis Action’s Finance, Executive Management, Services Teams and Trustees, working under the supervision of the Operations Manager.  

Your role will provide day to day operational assistance in our London office including: meeting and diary management, writing minutes and providing admin support across the Charity. Liaison with the landlord and office suppliers, assist with finance including processing direct debits, staff credit cards and supplier invoices and compiling monthly reports. You will also be the first port of call for incoming calls and manage incoming/outgoing post and IT administration.

Key Responsibilities – the role will include but not be restricted to:

• Providing admin support to the Finance, Executive Management and Services Teams
• Ensuring smooth running of the office and troubleshooting issues that arise

Office & Executive Admin

• Support CEO with scheduling meetings, database entries and diary management
• Support with administration of Committee & Trustee meetings, and writing minutes
• Provide admin support for the Executive Management Team
• Responsible for premises troubleshooting, arranging minor repairs, cleaners, and refurbishment
• Liaise with landlord and office contacts where necessary
• Deal with incoming and external post and franking machine.

Finance

• Process staff credit card transactions
• Set up and process all direct debits and reconcile with monthly reports from the Direct Debit supplier

The Digital Marketing Officer will play an important part in Cure Parkinson’s continued ambitious growth. Joining us at an exciting time for the charity, you would be part of a small but dynamic team with the opportunity to develop and make your own mark.

You will create and edit communications and marketing materials to publicise the charity’s activities to our online and digital audiences, including writing and distributing e-newsletters and updating our website and social media platforms. The Digital Marketing Officer will report into the Digital Marketing and Engagement Manager and will work closely with the wider Marketing team to plan and execute some exciting communications campaigns to promote the work of the charity.

2. Drafting social media messaging and assisting with running paid social media campaigns.
3. Day to day monitoring of CP social media platforms to respond to supporters, identify influencers, and engage in conversations where relevant to CP
4. Working closely with colleagues in design, fundraising and research to develop visual assets for use on social media.
5. Writing and uploading news stories and information materials to the charity website and social media platforms.
6. Support on the implementation of a digital strategy for the organisation.

8. Assisting with the creation of ad-hoc emails to supporters.

Bow Foodbank is proud to be a community solution to the problem of food insecurity in East London. Volunteers are involved in every area of foodbank life, from carrying out day-to-day tasks to supporting back office functions and governance of the Foodbank. You will support the Operations Manager in ensuring volunteers are equipped to come to our sessions and support the work of the foodbank. You will be responsible for managing every stage of the volunteer journey, from onboarding to providing feedback.

• To act as the first point of contact for the Agbero2100 London programme, responding to and redirecting enquiries as appropriate.

This role is based at our centre a short walk from Clapham Common tube station, in London. We support homeless people from the local area and further afield. Our services are open access, so the people who come to the Ace of Clubs are diverse and from multiple walks of life. Consequently their needs can be complex, so we are looking for a skilled communicator who can support people, many of who live chaotic lifestyles. Our purpose at the Ace of Clubs is to address people’s basic human needs by providing food, clothing, toiletries, and practical support. •         You will help update and produce in-house resources for approval by CEO and/or Executive                  Committee. These include application forms and guidance notes, annual review and reports,                 standard letters to beneficiaries, contact lists etc.
•         You'll update website pages, with other members of staff team
•         You will maintain and update standard operating procedures for processing applications.
•         You will provide general office administration including replenishing office supplies.

Any other duties

•         You will service and attend AGM and other meetings of PAG, as required.
•         You'll represent PAG with other organisations, as required.
•         You will undertake any other duties required by the CEO, Executive Committee and Committee           of Management.
•         You will assist the CEO in developing a fundraising strategy and policy.

We are looking for a Member Engagement Officer to assist a lively and talented team with all areas of Remember a Charity’s membership administration, in addition to supporting the marketing and partnerships workstreams.

This is a unique opportunity not only to help grow charitable giving, but to also work closely with those member charities (close to 200) who rely on gifts in Wills to continue their vital work.

Key Accountabilities

• To maintain and update records on Remember A Charity’s CRM database and E-Comms mailing lists for charities, legal supporters and partner organisations. To run CRM reports as required.
• To assist with the onboarding of new joiner charities and legal sector supporters.
• To use the website content management system (CMS) to build member charity and legal sector supporter online profiles; and to make any amends to these profiles and other website pages as required.
• To manage the central Inbox and respond to all enquiries or signpost to the relevant team member.
• To co-ordinate the programme of rolling annual membership renewal and new-joiner invoicing, including credit control of all invoices.
• To prepare monthly engagement report  collating key activity metrics for members and legal sector supporters.
• To assist with online and in person member, prospect, and legal sector supporter events, including creating registration links, managing attendee information on the CRM, and other events preparation and follow-up required.
• Representing Remember A Charity at key charity and legal sector exhibitions when required.

We have an opportunity to lead our Health & Wellbeing Team as part of a job share working in collaboration with another senior manager.

You will manage, develop and market Hospital Discharge and Health & Wellbeing Services in Bromley and Greenwich and work in partnership with other providers. You will be responsible for all Hospital Discharge services and work closely with the Hospital as well as  be an active member of the Senior Management team. 

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· To have oversight of the monthly and quarterly reports for the services

· The successful candidate will have responsibility for the following services:

o Take Home and Settle/ Hospital Aftercare Service

o Sitting Service

o Handy Person Service

o Frailty Care Navigator

o Long Term Health Conditions

· The work will include some on call responsibilities on evenings and weekends for the Hospital Discharge Services which an extra payment will be made.

· To work in partnership with other providers and health partners across both boroughs.

· To work within the Bromley Well partnership and maintain contact with BTSE

· To build a strong relationship with the hospitals and NHS staff

· To be responsible for health and wellbeing staff including undertaking supervision, guidance and support, allocation and monitoring of work plans, annual appraisals, identification of training needs and participation in the recruitment of staff.

· To work with the Chief Executive to devise and implement a marketing / publicity strategy to promote primary and secondary interventions and other services for older people.

· To work in partnership with older people, volunteers, statutory, voluntary and other agencies to initiate and deliver a programme of healthy living and recreational activities which meet the needs and aspirations of older people in Bromley and Greenwich identifying and developing new  initiatives and partners.

· To be responsible for ensuring that risk assessments are undertaken of premises, outreach venues, client’s homes and other measures for the provision of a safe environment ensuring that all legislative requirements are met.

· To ensure that evaluation and monitoring of service/project outcomes is implemented, enabling Age UK Bromley & Greenwich to demonstrate the effectiveness and impact of the service delivery.

· To establish and maintain excellent working relationships with clients, work colleagues, volunteers and partner organisations

· To work alongside the Chief Executive to undertake long-term strategic planning of primary and secondary care interventions and other health and wellbeing services.

· To work with older people and with other groups, organisations and agencies in the boroughs to identify potential areas for health, education and social activities that older people want to participate in, and identify funding sources to develop and deliver the new areas of work.

· To be creative and innovative in designing new opportunities and projects for people to get involved across the boroughs in the co-delivery of services.

· To work with diverse and/or hard to reach individuals / groups who are not involved in their community, in particular targeting people who are socially isolated.

· To keep your knowledge up to date with the health priorities and health commissioning strategies in both boroughs to ensure our services are ‘fit for purpose’ and can contribute to the current overarching outcomes agreed between the local Authorities and the ICB.

· To be familiar with the Joint Strategic Needs Assessments (JSNAs) Health & Wellbeing Strategies and decisions agreed at the joint local authority and ICB & Wellbeing Boards.
