This is an exciting time to be joining ReachOut. Having appointed a new CEO in March 2021 and developed and rolled out an online mentoring programme to support the needs of school children during COVID-19, we are ambitious for the organisation to expand its reach and impact.
The new Head of Delivery will be part of the Senior Management Team and have the opportunity to contribute to the organisation’s long-term strategic planning to ensure that we continue to meet the needs of young people at this uniquely challenging time, and that our staff and mentors continue to help them develop the character strengths required to go on to lead good, happy and successful lives.

Job Description
The Head of Delivery will:
- Work with the SMT & Board to deliver ReachOut’s strategy.
- Oversee ReachOut’s programme of mentoring work and maximise outcomes for our young people by ensuring consistent, quality delivery and effective monitoring, evaluation and reporting of all projects
- Own design and implementation of our mentoring work, keeping character development as our key focus

- Build and develop ReachOut’s network and pipeline of schools and potential delivery partners including local authority and other organisations
Safeguarding
- Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead for ReachOut
- Work with the SMT to sustain our culture of safeguarding throughout the organisation

- Ensure all staff are appropriately trained in safeguarding practice at ReachOut
General Duties
- Report on delivery to the Board of Trustees, prepare papers for and attend sub-committee and full board meetings every quarter

Person Specification
- Demonstrable belief in ReachOut’s mission and passion for our work

Are you our new Programmes Officer (National Committee Capacity Building)?
Right now, we are searching for a Programmes Officer to join the Programmes Team at UWC International.
In this role, you will be supporting the capacity building of UWC national committees by implementing and managing systems and processes that help strengthen and develop their operations. You will make recommendations for streamlining processes and practices, and will oversee their implementation. You will also help with developing and reviewing policies and procedures relating not only to UWC national committees, but also UWC schools and short courses; you will respond to concerns and opportunities, and you will deal with enquiries relating to these stakeholders. Additionally, as our new Programmes Officer, you will be responsible for supporting established short courses and summer programmes across UWC, and will be a reference point for any UWC national committees, schools and other relevant stakeholders with regards to the UWC offer system, admissions process and policies.

You will build and maintain long standing relationships with the designated lead at each school and business partner in your cohort. You will work with them at the planning, delivery and feedback stages of each programme.
Programme Monitoring
You will be responsible for collecting feedback and key data from your coaches, students and schools. You will work with the programmes team to identify trends in programmatic success and develop interventions that continually improve each programme.

Equal Education is a social enterprise with the aim of improving educational outcomes for the most vulnerable children in society, including those who are in the care system, and those with special educational needs. We work with over 600 qualified teachers to provide academic, subject specialised and individual tutoring for children of all ages. Tutors provide pastoral care and work with pupils to increase engagement and attainment. The Role
We are looking for a Programme Coordinator (specialising in the recruitment of tutors) with a knack for keeping things organised and maintaining workflows whilst ensuring quality support for the children, tutors, schools, teachers and parents/carers, and Local Authorities that we work with. You will use strong communication and empathy skills and case management to create lasting and impactful tutoring relationships.
Working alongside our Programmes Team, you will be assisting with day-to-day tasks including:

The Programme Partnerships department is looking for a Programme Manager (PM), who will act as the focal point in the interaction between Country Offices and Save the Children UK (SCUK), supporting the delivery and quality of in-country programmes.
As Programme Manager, you will oversee the implementation of SCUK-funded programming, in coordination with the Country Offices, acting as a donor liaison for key SCUK donors - institutional and/ or non-institutional including strategic corporate partnerships. You will be responsible for monitoring, ensuring donor compliance and providing quality assurance for projects and grants/contracts within specific assigned countries, as well as managing related risks. You will lead on the delivery of institutional and non-institutional proposals and reports, as well as evaluations and audits.
Your remit will either be region-based or programme-based, and it will vary over time, in line with changes and demands in SCUK's overall international programmes funding portfolio. This role involves the direct management of programmes and related awards implemented in specific Country Offices or in support of strategic corporate donor(s). In addition, you will:
