We're at an exciting stage in the UK and International Partnerships team at Tearfund, as we reach out to a range of donors and UK churches, seeking to secure larger gifts to enable Tearfund to help more people who are living in poverty. We have the privilege of working with a wide range of funders, as well as Tearfund's field staff, technical experts and leadership team. We enable churches and other donors to connect with the issues they are passionate about and to challenge the injustices they see. 

We are looking for an excellent Partnerships Executive to run and manage Tearfund's Partnerships Trips, Events, and to facilitate our engagement with some UK church events and festivals. 

Good relationships are key to this role - both internally and externally - so building connections in both spheres is key to this role.

Contract: This is a part time (21 hours per week) contract. The full time salary is £41,479 per annum and the part time salary is £24,887 per annum.  The successful candidate will need to travel to different locations across the UK to facilitate festivals and events as required.

Measures of success – 

In the first few months, you would have:

• Secured substantial new partnership income by crafting compelling proposals, with particular focus on sponsorships for our flagship annual appeal "Make Some Noise Day."

Responsibilities of the role

• Be responsible for securing a fixed amount of new business income annually. Identify and secure new high-value partners through proactive prospecting, engaging pitches, and effective relationship building. 

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for seamless partnership delivery, including Campaigns, Talent, Finance, Legal, Commercial planning and more.

• Brainstorm creative branded content ideas and partnership solutions to meet both proactive and reactive briefs.

• Produce comprehensive post-campaign partnership reports to summarize activities to highlight key learnings and recommendations.

• Diligently manage partnership accounts, providing materials, resources, contracts and project plans as required.

• Provide support to Head of Brand Partnerships on all projects and practice adaptability according to external and internal priorities.

• Develop strong working relationships and exceed expectations with partners secure repeat business.

• Produce compelling case studies and pitch documents to support new business endeavours and potential award entries.

 To be successful, it is important that you have:

• Some experience with Telemarketing and SMS would be desirable but not essential.

The Partnerships Manager will manage a portfolio of commercial and fundraising accounts totalling c.£250k, as well as some new business development. CVAA UK is a membership organisation supporting not-for-profit adoption agencies across the UK who specialise in finding homes for children in care. Over 3000 children in the UK need adoption each year because they cannot remain at home or with family members. The CVAA Practice Programme delivers 30 or more online courses each year to those working in the sector, primarily social workers. The programme has developed a strong reputation for attracting a range of subject experts to deliver cost effective, engaging and useful training. The full programme is listed on the CVAA UK website and inlcudes topics such as LGBTQ+ parenting; therapy for children; identity formation; racism and anti-racism; parenting courses; theraplay and many more.

Due to a restructure of the team, we are now looking for a Training Manager who can oversee the administration and delivery of the programme. Initially fixed term, it is anticipated that this post will become permanent. We are keen to have someone joiun us as soon as possible.

The Training Manager will work with the Head of Practice Development to ensure that the courses are full, supported, delivered effectively and evaluated. Part of the role will also be to source new trainers and support the creation of the programme into 2025.

The CVAA team work remotely across the UK so location of the postholder is not a barrier to recruitment as long as long as they can travel occasionally and come into London for team days. The team is small, diverse and dynamic. Experience of project management or delivery of training or events is more important than knowledge of adoption or children's social care. This is an exciting opportunity to provide clinical leadership and supervision to a number of therapeutic services within Richmond Borough Mind. Our developed and respected Psychotherapy and Counselling Service has been providing long-term counselling interventions to local residents since 1988. The service is self-funded and offers a range of therapies which aim to provide individuals with the support and opportunity to work through their difficulties in depth with a skilled and experienced trainee or fully qualified therapist. Sliding scale rates are offered to make sure that we are accessible to all. We also run a number of therapeutic, psychoeducational, support and peer-led one to one sessions and groups, training workshops and other activities.

We are looking for a skilled and qualified (or in advance training) counselling supervisor to provide clinical supervision, leadership, management and service development of our Psychotherapy and Counselling service. Essex & Herts Air Ambulance, unlike NHS emergency services, is a charity. This free life-saving service is provided 24/7 by helicopters and rapid response vehicles.

Each critical care team consists of a pilot and co-pilot, a pre-hospital care doctor and a critical care paramedic.

They can be rushed to the scene with life-saving support equipment to deliver advanced clinical care, usually only in the hospital emergency department.

Once stabilised, the patient will be conveyed to the most appropriate hospital by air or land.

Here at Battersea, we are looking for someone to join our Finance & Corporate Services Team to provide comprehensive and proactive executive assistance to the Director and departmental functions across the Directorate.

The successful candidate would be responsible for providing effective EA support, convening and supporting committees and regular meetings across the directorate, supporting on strategic workstreams across the Directorate, and providing a range of administrative and co-ordination support to the Heads of the Finance & Corporate Services Teams including support for team projects.

We are looking for someone who has experience in a similar role with a demonstrable track record of inbox and diary management, administrative support to a Director across multiple functions, with a proven ability to manage the day-to-day operations of a busy office, prioritising a high-volume workload effectively and exercising a high degree of judgment, tact, and discretion at times working to deadlines.

We are looking to recruit a Philanthropy Manager to maximise income secured from Major Gifts and to work with the Director of Fundraising on the strategic development of Philanthropic Giving at the Centre. This is an exciting role in our Fundraising Team that will manage existing philanthropic donor relationships, working closely with the Director of Fundraising and Chief Executive. You will also develop a Philanthropic fundraising campaign to uplift income for the Centre’s 40th Anniversary through 2026, working with the Director of Fundraising.
