Summary job description
This role is for a Data Protection Officer (DPO) to ensure Blue Ventures meets its obligations under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the UK Data Protection Act 2018. The Role: Global Data Officer
As Global Data Officer, you will play a key role in strengthening the availability and use of high-quality data for decision-making at PEAS. Core Purpose
The Individual Giving Officer plays a key role in delivering Make-A-Wish UK’s Individual Giving and Legacy fundraising activity. Reporting to the Individual Giving Manager – Committed Giving, the post holder will lead on the development and day-to-day delivery of specific campaigns and projects across Regular Giving, Lottery and Payroll Giving. They will also provide support for activity across cash appeals, legacy and in-memory fundraising, working collaboratively with Senior Officers across the wider team.
The Individual Giving Officer will have responsibility for coordinating and delivering individual giving campaigns, managing day-to-day supplier and stakeholder relationships, supporting the development of supporter journeys, and contributing to income growth through effective campaign management. Key Responsibilities:
Campaign planning, delivery and evaluation
- Deliver planned Individual Giving activity across Regular Giving, Lottery and Payroll Giving products, coordinating the end-to-end delivery of assigned campaigns across multiple channels including face-to-face, telefundraising, direct mail, email and paid digital.

Collaboration and communication

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
- Support the development and implementation of multi-year plans for mass participation events across a broad range of markets, activities and products.
- Lead on the delivery of a range of third-party challenge events, owned products and virtual events, including recruitment and onboarding of new supporters, stewardship of supporters, budget management, event planning and logistics, volunteer management, and evaluation and reporting on events, taking learnings forward to improve future events. Ensure that relationships with donors (both new and existing) are maintained and managed effectively before, during, and after receipt of funds.

Effectively communicate Ygam’s vision, mission, and programmes to potential donors. Delivering and shaping engaging and emotive copy for appeal letters, emails, newsletters, and other promotional materials.

Contributing to wider Fundraising Department objectives, sharing innovative ideas, supporting all income streams, and promoting a culture of positive team-working.

Working closely with the External Affairs team to ensuring effective use of case studies, photography, statistics, and organisational information and that all communications are consistent and in line with Ygam brand guidelines.
