Job description

We are an exciting, young and ambitious family support organisation, and this is a key new role for us, reflecting a successful period of expansion and a future focused on sustainability and continued growth.

As Marketing and Communications manager you will lead on implementing our communications strategy, creating content that tells the story of Home-Start Cymru and our work, in a way that reflects our values, personality and the voices of the families we support, and advances our mission. You will be a dynamic marketing specialist, able to raise Home-Start Cymru’s profile, plan and execute high quality digital campaigns, and reach varied stakeholders through different channels.

Engaging those we support, and working closely with the Head of Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in increasing our profile and positioning, and developing our supporter base.

Children need happy, healthy homes in order to thrive but with many parents finding the pressures are greater than ever, Home-Start Cymru is providing vital support through our volunteer-led, home-visiting model. We are there for parents when they need us most, because childhood cannot wait.
