What You’ll Do 

• Design and build interactive Power BI dashboards and KPI reports that inform strategy and improve performance.
• Collaborate with teams across the organisation to understand their data needs and translate them into impactful visual insights.
• Manage and integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
• Present visual data to stakeholders and leadership teams. 
• Promote data literacy by training colleagues and supporting them in using Power BI tools confidently.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, exploring innovative ways to visualise and communicate information.

What You’ll Bring 

• Degree-level qualification in a related field e.g. business administration, mathematical statistics, computer science. 
• 1–3 years’ experience in data analysis, reporting, or BI development.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modelling.
• Working knowledge of SQL or other data query tools.
• A passion for making data meaningful — with a creative eye for storytelling through visuals.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and flexible approach.

(Experience with Microsoft Fabric and data warehousing techniques is a bonus!)

We are looking for someone to join the St Mungo’s Fundraising and Communications team as Assistant Head for Fundraising Operations for a 12 month fixed term contract until 30/11/2026, where you can play a vital role in supporting our mission to help people rebuild their lives and end homelessness for good.

In the Assistant Head for Fundraising Operations role you will oversee our core fundraising support functions; working closely with colleagues across the directorate to ensure the smooth running of systems and processes that underpin fundraising activities, helping to maximise income and supporter satisfaction.

This is an exciting time to join our team as we look to build our fundraising activity for long term growth. Reporting to the Director of Fundraising and Communications, your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the fundraising operations team in managing fundraising data, income processing, compliance, and supporter care.
• Act as the lead for fundraising compliance, providing sign off and advice for fundraising activity
• Identify and implement new technical solutions to support data processing and wider fundraising initiatives.

In this role you will be required to work flexibly for at least 2 days per week from our Central Office in Tower Hill, London. This allows for training, in person collaboration, team building, line management and other relationship building opportunities. IA is offering an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and experienced Stoma and Pouch Care Specialist Nurse to help us lead and develop our strategic clinical support services to people living with an ileostomy or an internal pouch.

The successful applicant will have been in a similar role for at least 12 months as an experienced Stoma/Pouch Specialist Nurse and qualified to at least (NHS) Band level 6. As someone who is passionate about helping people who have been through, or are considering life-changing surgery, your empathetic approach, high standards and professionalism together with your excellent clinical knowledge and experience will put the patient at the heart of everything that you do.

In addition to direct support through one of our many communications channels, your clinical experience will help us to further our charitable aims, developing additional strategic services supported by our team of staff, trustees and volunteers, many of whom have been through life changing surgery themselves.

As someone who is flexible in their approach and is prepared to think outside of the box, each day will offer a different challenge. Whether you are representing IA at external meetings, on various multi-disciplinary committees or advocating for improvements in products and services available to people living with a stoma and internal pouch, your strong voice and stakeholder management skills will represent both the charity and the voice of the patient.

As a hybrid role, the successful applicant is expected to be a self-starter with drive and determination to help us to grow our services and develop our patient support model. The successful appplicant will primarily be based from home (UK only) however the role will include travel to support charity meetings and events, in addition to furthering our strategic aims through networking. We are seeking an experienced Charity Administrator (Maternity Cover for CEO) to provide continuity and ensure the smooth running of CURE UK during our CEO’s maternity leave. This is a caretaker role: you will be the charity’s sole staff member, responsible for day-to-day operations, donor communications, and ongoing fundraising projects. Strategic leadership will remain with the Board of Trustees — the role is to manage and deliver existing commitments.

• Full-time (37.5 hrs/wk): In addition to the core responsibilities, the postholder will also take on charity finance and administration tasks. These include management of the donor database (Beacon CRM), support with bookkeeping and reconciliation, handling charitable giving for our projects, and processing invoice payments to suppliers.
• Part-time (c. 20 hrs/wk): The role would focus on communications, fundraising, and donor care. Finance, accounting, and governance tasks would be handled by our external Accountant partner.

Meet your Manager

In this role you will be managed by Cheryl King-McDowall. Cheryl joined ClientEarth from the UK Cabinet Office, where she worked on Government Communication professional standards and major programmes including Covid Communications, UK GREAT Campaign, and the Leadership College for Government. On secondment from the Cabinet Office she led the creation of a new operating model for the House of Commons’ HR function. Prior to this, Cheryl has worked in and led HR, Policy, Communications and Operations, for over 30 years in a variety of organisations including Local Authorities, Charity, NGO, and Higher Education sectors. With a background in occupational and organisational psychology, she specialises in organisational development and effectiveness, change and business improvement.

Main Duties

• Serve as a key member of the People & Culture management team, contributing to strategic planning, operational delivery, and team development ensuring best practice and drive consistency across global teams.
• Provide expert advice to senior leaders and People & Culture colleagues on HR policy, organisational design, workforce planning, and change management.  
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, including handling complex and sensitive cases such as grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance issues. 
• Work closely with legal advisors, managers, and Unions to ensure fair, transparent, and legally compliant outcomes.

THE VACANCY

Are you an IT support professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service? The ITF is seeking a Service Desk Engineer to provide responsive technical support, maintain reliable digital systems, and enhance the user experience across a global organisation. Working as part of the Systems, Digital and Data team, you’ll play a key role in keeping our technology running smoothly.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Service Desk Engineer ensures the smooth and efficient delivery of IT services across the organisation. You’ll be the first point of contact for staff seeking technical assistance, providing high-quality first- and second-line support while maintaining the stability and reliability of our digital platforms.

You’ll handle service requests and incidents, manage tickets within agreed SLA's, and ensure users receive timely, clear, and user-friendly resolutions. The role also supports onsite IT operations at our London office, including audiovisual systems and hybrid meetings, and contributes to wider digital improvement initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, user-focused IT professional who enjoys solving problems, supporting others, and helping shape how technology empowers the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:
Technical Support: Provide first- and second-line technical support to users across the organisation. Deliver onsite assistance for audiovisual, and conferencing systems. Support hybrid meetings and events, troubleshooting AV and connectivity issues.

Incident & Request Management: Manage incidents and service requests through the service desk system, ensuring timely resolution. Escalate complex issues to higher support tiers or specialist teams when necessary. Monitor service performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

User Life-cycle Support: Assist with staff on-boarding, movers, and leaver processes (account setup, equipment, etc.), ensuring smooth transitions and continuity of IT access.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain IT documentation, FAQs, and user guides to support self-service and consistent resolution. Maintain accurate records of systems, assets, and procedures.

Security & Compliance: Uphold IT security standards, data protection, and GDPR protocols. Promote secure user practices and report potential risks or breaches.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Work closely with the wider Systems, Digital and Data team on infrastructure and transformation projects. Identify and contribute to process improvements that enhance service quality and efficiency.

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for a motivated, technically capable, and service-oriented individual who takes pride in helping others and delivering excellence.

Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience providing first- and second-line IT support, with strong troubleshooting skills and a good grasp of Microsoft platforms, collaboration tools, and networking fundamentals. Experience supporting audiovisual and meeting room systems.

User-Focused Mindset: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with non-technical users, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.

This is a fundamental role within our South East regional team, internally the role is known as Local Community Officer.

The future of CCT’s outstanding collection of historic churches depends on communities supporting their local CCT church with funds, events, inspiring interpretation, visitor services and preventive conservation. The Local Community Officer will engage and support communities and volunteers to care for 26 historic churches across Northamptonshire, West Norfolk, and parts of North Bedfordshire and Western Cambridgeshire, including areas around Northampton, Bedford, Huntingdon, and King’s Lynn.

Over the last five years we have increased the number of individuals and organisation supporting the charity from 800 to more than 3,500 a year. The charity is set to build on this success and aims to continue this growth, so that we can reach more patients and provide additional support at a time when it is more critical than ever for kidney patients.

The Corporate Partnership Manager will play a key role in this growth. Our Corporate Partnership income has grown from zero in 2020 to c£2.3 million in 2025. It is a very exciting time to be joining the charity and our Fundraising team.

Primarily, you will be responsible for building engagement and driving new income via charity of the year partnerships, corporate partnerships, and employee fundraising. You will manage the Corporate Partnership Officer who is developing a growing portfolio of supporters across different sectors. You will also work closely with the Events Manager, Trust & Foundation Manager, Head of Fundraising and Director of Fundraising, Marketing & Communications as well as the wider Fundraising team to promote and support all opportunities to drive corporate income growth.

Alongside the Director of Fundraising, Marketing & Communications who takes a special interest in the charity’s Corporate Partnerships, you will be tasked with planning, implementing, and delivering the activities, programmes and processes required to grow corporate income from c£2.3m in 2025 to even greater levels over the coming years.

You will do this by stewarding the significant number of existing relationships and partnerships we already hold and maximising any opportunities that exist via our current partnerships and relationships. A key part of this role will require you to develop new opportunities and secure significant income (5-and-6 figure partnerships) through proactive engagement to and through our supporters, beneficiaries, networks, and contacts.

The right candidate will have a proven record of generating strategic partnerships that result in 5-and 6-figure corporate income, building strong and rewarding relationships, with stewardships skills that generate long term support for the charity. You will be a driven and enthusiastic fundraiser with experience of cultivating new relationships across a range of businesses and sectors.

The role will adapt and develop with the individual and offers huge potential for personal and career development.

With an ambitious Income Generation Strategy in place, this is a timely opportunity to help strengthen CLAPA’s profile in corporate fundraising and partnerships. Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with donors and partners will be a core part of your role.
