About the role 

The Marketing and Communications Manager is a brand-new role to the organisation.  This provides a great opportunity for the successful candidate to make the role their own as they support the organisation to reach and work with more centres in the formal and informal education landscapes. 

The role is ideal for someone looking to utilise the breadth of their marketing experience and build upon their team leadership competencies. The Marketing and Communications Manager role will be key as we drive towards our objective of being recognised as the trusted voice of leadership skill development for all young people and communities by 2033.

 Role purpose: 

• To develop and implement comprehensive content and marketing plans that proactively contribute to the organisation’s objectives. 

• To plan, execute and optimise marketing campaigns that support the realisation of the organisation’s new business and retention targets. 

• To create, coordinate and manage the distribution of content that supports the organisation’s reach, credibility and engagement. 

 Main duties and responsibilities 

• Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive content and marketing plans across various channels, including digital and traditional marketing. Support with the integration of these to wider communication planning and needs. Integrate key business intelligence and context provided by colleagues and teams into plans. 

• Campaign management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. 

• Content creation: Manage the creation and distribution of engaging marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, social media content, and marketing collateral. 

  Ensure all content is consistent with our brand voice, style and tone, and adheres to the organisation’s house style writing guide. 

• Market research: Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify trends, customer insights, and competitor activities. 

• Performance analysis: Track, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to identify areas for improvement and optimisation. 

• Budget coordination: Work with the Head of MarComms to support the management and monitoring of the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources, providing analysis of return on investment (ROI) for marketing activities. 

• Team leadership: Supervise and mentor two marketing team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Drive the development of internal processes to increase efficiency, transparency and communication in the team. 

• Relationship management: Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and key stakeholders. 

 Skills, experience and knowledge 

 Required/essential: 

• Strategic thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective marketing plans and activities. (E)

Centrepoint, the UK’s leading youth homelessness charity, is looking for Compliance Manager – Fundraising to join our Compliance Team based in London, Sunderland, Bradford or Manchester.

We help vulnerable young people by giving them the practical and emotional support they need to find a job and live independently. Centrepoint provides homeless young people with accommodation, health support and life skills in order to get them back into education, training and employment. We want to end youth homelessness by 2037.

The Compliance Team’s role is to provide assurance that, based on evidence, internal controls are in place and are operating effectively. We are responsible for ensuring Centrepoint can operate and develop safely within regulatory frameworks. The team, which consists of managers, officers and a head of department, oversees several aspects of compliance across Centrepoint, including fundraising, employability & skills, data protection, complaints, internal policies and procedures and safeguarding.   

Centrepoint operates a hybrid working model. The current requirement is a minimum of two days in the office per week, with the remaining days worked remotely. From 1 July 2025, this will increase to a minimum of 50% of your working week. For most full-time colleagues, this means attending the office for five days over a two-week period (e.g., two days one week and three days the next). For colleagues on different contracts (including part-time or compressed contracts) this will be adjusted accordingly.

Membership Growth Manager

The opportunity

We are seeking a commercially minded, results-driven professional to support the delivery of CILIP’s membership growth strategy. This pivotal role is responsible for generating demand through targeted marketing campaigns and converting interest into membership through business development and relationship management.

Working closely with the Director of Business Development, you will play a key role in achieving CILIP’s strategic goal of increasing both individual and organisational membership, while also maximising member lifetime value. You will take a cross-functional approach to attract new audiences, re-engage lapsed members, and foster long-term loyalty.

About the role

This role supports the delivery of CILIP’s membership growth strategy, focusing on generating demand, converting leads into new members, and enhancing member retention and value. Working closely with the Director of Business Development and cross-functional teams, you’ll take an integrated, insight-led approach to increasing individual and organisational membership, aligned with CILIP’s strategic priorities.

Key areas of delivery:

· Demand generation and lead nurture
Plan and deliver targeted, multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, email) to attract new members. Develop compelling messaging and offers in collaboration with the Marketing and Communications team, and engage key audience segments, including underrepresented groups.

· Lead conversion and business development
Qualify and convert leads through proactive engagement and relationship management. Build a strong membership pipeline, track performance metrics, and optimise the member acquisition journey.

· Retention and member value
Ensure new members are effectively onboarded and connected with relevant services. Use data insights to assist the development of retention strategies, drive engagement, and support the promotion of CILIP’s wider offer, including training, events, and professional registration.

· Data, insight and reporting
Monitor membership performance and campaign outcomes, maintaining accurate records within the CRM. Produce regular reports that will be used to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

· Cross-team collaboration
Work collaboratively with internal teams to support aligning messaging and integration of supporter journeys. Represent CILIP externally at events and networking opportunities, and contribute to broader organisational goals, including digital transformation initiatives.

About you

The ideal candidate will have experience delivering digital marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and conversion, ideally within a membership or service-based environment. You’ll be confident using CRM systems to manage pipelines and track performance, and skilled at collaborating across teams to deliver integrated journeys.

· Essential experience: Track record in delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns, converting leads into paying customers or members, and working across teams to meet performance goals using CRM systems and data insights.

· Desirable knowledge: Understanding of the membership lifecycle, experience in a professional body or association context, and an appreciation for balancing commercial objectives with public benefit.

Epic is looking for a Development Manager to support the activities of the UK Development Team to help us ‘make giving the norm’.

The Development Manager will work with the UK Director in our small team in the UK, as well as working closely with colleagues in Paris and Brussels.

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Digital Engagement Executive to support in the delivery of brilliant email campaigns, communications and journeys to help pets and their people. 

As one of Woodgreen Pet Charity's email marketing experts, you’ll champion best practice whilst working on a wide range of email communications designed to acquire, retain and develop new and existing audiences to drive income and engagement. 

You will; 

• Play a key role in the Digital Engagement team’s ambition to develop, nurture and optimise digital relationships with audiences to support engagement and income generation. 

• Support in the planning, development and delivery of a range of email communications to acquire, retain and develop new and existing audiences. 

• Support key stakeholders across Woodgreen to build their digital engagement knowledge by championing email best practice.

• Support public facing teams across Woodgreen with the delivery of an efficient, high-quality digital service. 

• Apply your creativity in the planning and delivery of email campaigns, journey and web content.

• Combine analytical skills with a keen understanding of how to create engaging digital content and email campaigns. 

As well as being passionate about email and harnessing its power to nurture, develop and deepen relationships you will need: 

• Experience of supporting the implementation of digital fundraising or other income-generating campaigns, achieving desired targets and reporting on impact. 

• Demonstrable experience of developing and delivering key messages to a variety of audiences through email and digital content.

• Significant experience of working with email marketing tools and services to deliver broadcast and automated email campaigns and journeys in line with briefs and targets.

• Proven ability to deliver on briefs to write and edit highly engaging email and web copy.

• Strong analytical skills and experience of using data to inform decision making.

• Experience of managing workload across multiple projects whilst working with a range of internal stakeholders.

• Strong working knowledge of ESP tools (DotDigital desirable) and CMS systems (Wordpress desirable).

• Working knowledge of Raiser’s Edge, Dynamics or similar CRM databases.

This is a full time permanent position with the expectation that our successful candidate will work from our Godmanchester site for approximately 1-2 days a month. In return you will receive a starting salary of £28,873 to £35,291 per annum depending on experience which will be complemented by;

• 36 days annual leave per year (inclusive of bank holidays) rising by 1 day each year to 40 days after five years.

We are seeking a passionate and proactive Impact and Data Coordinator to join our small but dedicated team at Media Trust. In this role, you’ll work closely with and report to our Digital Manager to support the delivery of our digital strategy and improve how we track and measure our impact. You’ll help maintain and enhance our digital tools, particularly Salesforce, and use data insights to improve how we engage with charities, volunteers and under-represented talent. We’re looking for a technically minded problem-solver with strong communication skills and a passion for using digital systems to support monitoring, evaluation and learning.

Key Responsibilities: 

Data collection and analysis:

• Support programme managers to collect, manage and analyse data 

• Create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards, contributing to a culture of data literacy and data-driven decision-making across Media Trust staff 

• Produce KPI reports and insight briefings for senior leadership 

CRM management (Salesforce):

• Maintain and improve Media Trust’s Salesforce CRM

• Maintain and improve the quality and integrity of Media Trust’s data in accordance with GDPR

• Work with all teams at Media Trust to maximise their engagement with Salesforce and provide relevant training

• Be the day-to-day person handling routine tasks with Media Trust’s web and CRM agencies to progress issues and improvements on the website and our CRM

Monitoring and evaluation: 

• Use Salesforce to track and report on programme KPIs across teams, including diversity, equality and inclusion 

• Assist in developing our systems and processes to support innovation through data and insight 

Project support:

• Support our Digital Manager to deliver our digital services for both staff and Media Trust’s beneficiaries 

• Support with ad hoc digital-related tasks that arise 

Key Skills and Experience: 

We don’t necessarily expect you to have any specific qualifications for this role; instead, we’re seeking someone who can demonstrate the following skills. 

• Demonstrable passion for digital, with two to three years’ experience in digital or a related field 

• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines 

• Strong problem-solving skills and initiative, with a proactive approach to identifying solutions and improvements 

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate changes effectively, embed them across the organisation, and gather feedback from stakeholders 

• Experience using admin tools within a CRM and website CMS (ideally Salesforce and WordPress), with confidence in learning new digital tools 

Desirable 

• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Eventbrite, Zapier and SharePoint 

• Proficient in working with large data sets, data cleansing and using Microsoft Excel with strong attention to detail 

• Experience in monitoring and evaluation, including the collection of data and using it to support impact reporting and inform decision-making

We’re looking for a Digital Analytics Manager to lead our Digital Analytics team at the British Heart Foundation. In this pivotal role, you’ll shape how we collect, interpret, and apply digital data across the organisation. 

As part of our digital transformation, you’ll ensure decisions are backed by robust evidence, clear performance metrics, and accessible, high-quality insight. You’ll lead day-to-day operations, optimise our analytics capability, and help embed data-driven thinking across the BHF.

What you’ll be doing:  

• Lead and evolve the analytics function 
  Own tracking, tagging, reporting, and technical solutions. Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance. Drive innovation through BigQuery integration and support our wider data transformation. 
• Deliver insight and enable access 
  Oversee BI solutions and dashboards. Produce proactive reports and strategic analysis for senior leadership. Champion a self-serve data culture and ensure insight is clear, actionable, and aligned with organisational goals. 
• Collaborate across teams and partners 
  Manage agency and media relationships. Align on analytics needs (e.g. CAPI, Enhanced Conversions, server-side GTM) and embed analytics into wider processes. 
• Support strategic decision-making 
  Provide senior leaders with clear, evidence-based insights. Translate complex technical data into simple, meaningful terms for both technical and non-technical audiences. 
• Develop and grow the team 
  Line manage a Digital Analyst, offering coaching and structured development to perform to high standard. Build a roadmap to mature the function and increase its strategic value. 

About You 

As our ideal candidate you'll be experienced in leading a web analytics function in a large organisation, with strong hands-on expertise in GA4, Google Tag Manager, BigQuery, and SQL. You understand technical tracking and scalable infrastructure, and ideally have experience with Adobe Analytics, Power BI, and coding languages like Python, R, or JavaScript. 

You’re confident delivering strategic insight to senior stakeholders and translating complex data into clear, commercially relevant recommendations. You’re a strong communicator, a supportive people manager, and passionate about continuous improvement. 

You may also bring experience in consulting, strategy, or transformation programmes, with a focus on data and measurement. You’re confident defining success metrics, building outcome frameworks, and developing data pipelines. You understand customer experience, personalisation, and decisioning platforms, and you’re proactive in driving data literacy and innovation. 

You’ll also bring:

• Strong data storytelling and visualisation
