Role Purpose
The Chief Executive Officer will provide strategic, operational and values-led leadership for Home-Start Norfolk, ensuring the charity delivers its mission, supports its families effectively and remains financially sustainable. Working closely with the Board of Trustees, the CEO will lead the organisation’s strategy, people, services, partnerships, governance, income generation and volunteer strategy, while acting as an ambassador for the charity and its work.

Role
The Head of Fundraising is a senior leadership role with overall accountability for the strategic development, operational effectiveness and performance of all fundraising activity at Greyhound Rescue Wales (GRW).
The role will drive, lead and grow our fundraising strategy and has responsibility for developing diverse, sustainable income streams and building strong relationships with supporters, partners, and funders.

PURPOSE OF POSITION
This role will be responsible for developing and reviewing organisational standards of support in line with contractual and regulatory standards, leading on quality assurance, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement as well as supporting compliance and regulatory requirements.
To lead on the development of new models of support practice which are person centred and trauma informed, working closely with operational managers, frontline teams, and the Head of Compliance, the post-holder will ensure that services delivered to vulnerable adults are safe, effective, person-centred, compliant, and consistently achieving positive outcomes.
The role will provide strategic oversight of quality and performance data, lead on the interpretation and analysis of operational and compliance information, identify emerging risks and trends, and support leaders to implement improvements. Refugee Action Kingston (RAK) is seeking a dedicated and highly organised Youth Activities and Enrichment Coordinator to join our award-winning Bright Futures Children and Young People's Programme.
In this rewarding role, you will plan and coordinate engaging and inclusive educational, recreational and enrichment activities that help refugee and asylum-seeking children and young people build confidence, develop skills, improve wellbeing and feel connected to their local community.

Purpose of the Role
The Youth Activities and Enrichment Coordinator will play a key role in planning, coordinating, delivering and monitoring educational, recreational and enrichment activities as part of our award-winning Bright Futures Children’s and Young People’s Programme. Key Responsibilities
- Research, plan and coordinate holiday activities, trips and workshops that promote learning, wellbeing, community engagement and social inclusion.

The key duties of the Finance Manager are as follows:
- Lead the day-to-day operational delivery of the finance function, ensuring accurate financial processing, strong internal controls and the consistent application of finance policies and procedures.
- Take ownership of the operational month-end close process, coordinating timelines, reviewing ledger postings and ensuring high-quality balance sheet reconciliations.
- Manage and develop the Finance Officer and Credit Controller, providing regular coaching, support and clear direction to help them deliver to a high standard.
- Oversee all transactional finance activities, including purchase and sales ledger, payments, receipts, VAT accounting and Gift Aid submissions.

The successful candidate will have:
- Experience within financial accounting or finance operations, including ownership of month-end processes and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Exposure to VAT, with charity VAT experience advantageous but not essential.
- Experience supervising or supporting colleagues, or the confidence and desire to step into your first formal people management role.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to improve finance processes and systems.
- Previous experience within the charity or wider not-for-profit sector would be advantageous.
- Qualified as an accountant, or be in the latter stages of study.
This is a permanent, part-time opportunity working 21 hours per week, with flexibility to spread these across either three full days or shorter hours across the week. The role is based in London, operating on a hybrid basis.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Research and Production Officer to join our team based in Central London. After several years of research and development, we launched Testimony 360 in June 2024, a digital programme for UK secondary schools that uses interactive survivor testimony and virtual reality to innovatively teach about the Holocaust. Through the programme, students can interact with a recorded testimony of a Holocaust survivor, before seeing some of the sites they experienced using virtual reality headsets, all without leaving their classroom.
The successful candidate will serve as a member of the Trust’s Programmes Team, responsible for the research, post-production, testing and maintenance of interactive recorded testimony to ensure fluency and usability in the classroom. They will also be responsible for the ethical representation and engagement with the testimonies. We are looking for an individual with experience in research, with an understanding of the sensitive use of testimony, as well as experience of data management systems and platforms used for interactive testimony. They will have the ability to quickly learn how to use new technologies and programmes. As an expert in Holocaust education, you will also contribute to the successful delivery of our Testimony 360 programme through research and development of new content or digital resources.
Key Responsibilities
Interactive survivor testimony
- Work on the development of interactive testimony, including any future capture, clipping, annotation, data / metadata input, and Alpha/Beta testing. Throughout testing, lead the AI training process ensuring the system’s accuracy and ensuring the respectful and ethical representation of survivors’ life-stories.
- Maintain regular contact with our partner organisation, the USC Shoah Foundation, including progress updates, shared learning, and required training.
