What you’ll do
Develop and deliver a high-quality, multichannel Gifts in Wills stewardship programme
Build meaningful, long-lasting relationships with legacy supporters through personalised stewardship
Work in collaboration with colleagues in the Philanthropy team to realise opportunities for raising awareness of gifts in Wills with our major donors
Build close relationships with other fundraising teams to identify and reach new supporters, to engage and inspire with the impact of gifts in Wills, providing appropriate messaging.
Support the delivery of bespoke events and recognition opportunities for pledgers and legators
About you
You’ll be an experienced, confident relationship manager with a strong background in charity fundraising—ideally in legacies or supporter stewardship. You’ll bring:

Position
We are looking for a proactive and organised Individual Fundraising Coordinator to support the delivery of our individual giving and digital fundraising programme during a maternity cover period.
In this role, you will contribute to donor stewardship, digital fundraising campaigns, and supporter communications, helping to ensure a high-quality and consistent experience for Lumos supporters.
You will also support the delivery of prize draw campaigns, coordinating timelines, communications, and activities across internal teams and external partners. This includes supporting campaign setup, communications, and operational delivery to ensure campaigns run smoothly and effectively.
Working closely with Fundraising, Marketing & Communications, and Operations teams, you will play a key role in maintaining momentum across campaigns and day-to-day fundraising activity.

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Development Manager to join our Development Team at an exciting point in the Library’s growth.
The Library has recently eliminated its operating deficit and is now midway through an ambitious £8m capital campaign to transform its historic building and expand its reach. Alongside this, we continue to grow philanthropic income through regular giving, legacies and annual appeals.
Working closely with the Director of Development, you will deliver a major donor strategy, building a pipeline of supporters and securing significant gifts to support both capital and revenue priorities.

Blood Cancer UK is looking for a Direct Marketing Manager to deliver innovative, insight-led direct marketing campaigns that grow supporter engagement and maximize income. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, high-performing team and help shape digital fundraising products and campaigns that make a real difference to people affected by blood cancer.
Based in London with hybrid working options (2–4 days per month in the office may increase dependent on business needs) this role offers hands-on campaign delivery, opportunities to develop new fundraising products, and the chance to contribute to strategic digital acquisition. Overview of role: Business Development Manager
The team:
You will join our Business Development team, supporting income growth and contract compliance, to enable the scale of ourcharitable work with families and professionals across the UK. The Business Development Manager is line managed by the CEO who carries overall responsibility for income generation. You will also work closely with our full time Business Development Manager, Family Support and Training teams.
Work base and travel:
Hybrid, with a minimum of 1-2 days a month at National Support Office (NSO) in Eynsham,Oxfordshire, with occasional additional travel expected to meet colleagues in local teams.
Hours: This is a part-time role of 22.5 hours per week. Employees can take advantage of our flexitime hours, choosing when to work their hours between 8am – 6pm each day.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to lead and grow the digital channels of one of the UK’s leading rights NGOs. We’re looking for someone with a vision to help take our digital reach to the next level, whilst respecting supporters’ privacy.
Big Brother Watch is a leading voice in the UK protecting privacy and free speech, and has a strong track record of successful campaigns that defend civil liberties in the UK. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Director and Head of Advocacy to build campaigns that respond to pressing threats to our freedoms. You’ll devise strategies to run successful digital campaigns including mass mobilisation; you’ll curate the supporter journey for our network of 100,000 email subscribers; you’ll manage and produce highly engaging content including long and short form videos and graphics for our social media channels; and you’ll lead our digital fundraising.
About you
The right candidate will have strong experience in a similar role and a proven track record in social media management, content/video production and digital fundraising.
You’ll have experience working across a range of digital channels, including social media and video, website CMS, and email marketing platforms such as MailChimp. We are looking for someone who will diligently uphold our brand identity and voice; who is self-motivated, resourceful, and a proactive team player.
