The Individual Giving team plays a central role in delivering our ambitions: maximising the power of our sector-leading Christmas appeal while driving year-round growth across our “Fab Three” income priorities — Regular Giving, Mid Value and Legacies. 

This role sits within our newly established Development Team and offers an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of supporter engagement at Crisis. You will create powerful, emotionally resonant campaigns for our existing supporters, inspiring them to connect with our mission and help end homelessness for good, while contributing to the Development team’s goal of raising £6.8m in income. The role plays a key part in shaping the future supporter experience at Crisis by delivering campaigns that connect people to our mission and inspire them to help end homelessness for good.

About you 

Individual Giving Executive (Development) 

Play a vital role in deepening supporter relationships - and help turn generosity into lasting impact. 

We’re looking for ambitious fundraisers to help deliver campaigns and communications that deepen supporter relationships, grow long-term income, and ensure every Crisis donor feels valued. 

You will work across integrated multi-channel development campaigns, including email, mail, phone and online, creating compelling stewardship and retention experiences that make every supporter feel valued and inspired to stay with Crisis. With a clear focus on data, insight and test-and-learn, you’ll help shape donor journeys that increase loyalty and lifetime value, ensuring the power of Christmas translates into long-term support for our mission.

The Role

We’re seeking a visionary and collaborative Communications Lead to lead the next phase of our communications strategy. This role is about more than messaging — it’s about shaping a compelling and inspiring public voice for creative climate action.

You will be responsible for our brand, storytelling, content strategy, and creative outputs—ensuring that everything we do reflects our values, amplifies our impact, and deepens our reach across the cultural and climate landscape. You’ll also play a key role in supporting our impact including welcoming new cultural organisations, creative practitioners, environmental partners, and funders into our network.

This is a digital-first communications role, with a strong focus on content development, storytelling, and designing varied communication campaigns. You’ll oversee our editorial voice across blogs, email, social media, and digital content. Alongside our Marketing Lead, you will ensure our insights, tools, and narratives are warm, purpose-focused, clear, accessible, and optimised for reach and engagement. You will be someone who thrives on the combination of ambitious strategic thinking and delivering content and projects on the ground.

Strategy & Leadership

About the role

The Head of Fundraising and Communications will lead the development and delivery of a systematic, data-driven, and project-managed approach to fundraising and communications — driving sustainable income growth and raising the charity’s profile and influence.

This role is first and foremost a fundraising leadership role. As the charity’s strategic lead for fundraising, they will shape and expand our income streams, strengthen systems and processes, and build a high-performing team to help us reach more young people with our vital work. They will also lead on external communications and storytelling, ensuring our narrative is compelling, consistent, and rooted in the powerful impact of our programmes.

While this role will oversee a team of three, the postholder will be hands-on and deeply involved in the systems and practices they implement, ensuring excellence in both strategy and delivery.

This newly created role is a key position on the Senior Leadership Team, working closely with the CEO, Deputy CEO, and Head of Programmes to deliver The Ben Kinsella Trust’s vision and strategy.

  Fundraising

About CoppaFeel!

CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.

We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.

Breast cancer does not need to be detected late, and as long as we are here and continue to be supported by people like you, we will do all we can to make sure this doesn’t continue to happen.

The Role

Following a recent departmental restructure, we’re entering an exciting period for the content team. This shift in the team structure highlights our commitment to making best in sector content – all in the name of our mission; to ensure all breast cancers are diagnosed early and accurately in young people.

We’re looking for an exceptional Head of Content who will be responsible for delivering our holistic content strategy over the next year. You’ll oversee the management, production and strategic placement of all organic content across CoppaFeel!’s channels, and in-house paid campaign activations. You’ll help shape CoppaFeel!’s approach to content so that it appeals, resonates with and converts our key audience of 18–24 year olds, as well as our supplementary audiences, across website, email and social channels.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing and alongside other Heads of Dept, bringing your expertise and knowledge to leadership discussions to help shape the future of the organisation. You’ll report to the Marketing Director and will line manage the Social Media Manager, Content Manager, and Web and Email Manager, and will have exposure to the Senior Management Team.

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office 2 days per week. You’ll be required to attend the office for quarterly team meetings, department meetings and in person training, but we’ll provide plenty of notice for when you’re required to be in for these purposes.

This is a fixed term role for 8 months.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Work as a valued part of the CoppaFeel! leadership team to deliver the organisational strategy, shape the culture and influence cross departmental ways of working.

• Deliver the holistic content strategy across digital and social channels (including website, email, search, social, and content creators) that will enhance the annual marketing strategy and drive awareness of CoppaFeel! and our mission amongst 18–24 year olds.

• Responsible for overseeing a team creating and producing innovative content that’s insight driven and market leading.

• Oversee production plans delivering our year round ‘always on’ organic content (web, email, social).

• Lead and inspire creativity across the organisation with a view to becoming social first in everything we do.

• Work with the Web and Email Manager, Content Manager, and Social Media Manager to develop and deliver a content optimisation test and learn programme.

• Work with the Web and Email Manager to optimise CoppaFeel!’s website and third party agencies to research, plan and execute Search Engine Optimisation and paid search strategies.

• Work with the Web and Email Manager to develop and deliver the annual website and email content plan, including an optimisation plan.

• Work with the Social Media Manager to produce social first content year round, in line with the social media and content strategy.

• Work with the Content Manager to produce best in class long form content and content creator partnerships.

• Oversee in house paid social media campaigns, primarily on Meta, with support from the Social Media Manager. Deliver training to the Social Media Manager to help them work towards activating these independently.

• Oversee delivery of workflow processes for managing the content lifecycle, including producing, distributing, measuring, and retiring content.

• Ensure all content is consistent with brand guidelines and tone of voice.

• Oversee capacity of the Content Team.

• Line manage the Content Manager, Social Media Manager and Web and Email Manager.

• Ownership of the Content Team budget and quarterly re-forecasting.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

Essential

• Minimum 5 year’s experience working in a management-level, content-focused role, for example a Content/Creative Lead, Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Senior Content Manager, Head of Digital Marketing or Head of Content/Creative.

• Demonstrable experience in managing and prioritising cross departmental content requests.

• Demonstrable experience of implementing strategic content plans.

• Demonstrable experience of producing creative content across a wide variety of formats.

• Demonstrable experience with activating paid social campaigns.

• A leader with the ability to develop and motivate a multidisciplinary team to achieve high standards.

• The ability to build relationships with and manage senior stakeholders’ expectations and cross departmental content requests.

We are seeking a Communications and Content Editor to support our communications output across multiple channels, including production of the SLA’s flagship publication, The School Librarian. This new role will be pivotal to elevating our publication, and supporting strong narratives across our communications.This is a hands on role, with an opportunity to help shape our communications and TSL as we approach the SLA’s ninetieth year in 2027. 

You will be an experienced editor and content creator. Creative and with a strong eye for detail, you will be confident in overseeing the publications process, alongside copy-editing, proofing and commissioning content and associated administration. You will enjoy opportunities to apply your creative skills to creating interesting and engaging content to support our outputs. As we develop new ways of working, your insight and ideas will help support new activity. You will be comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders and happy to get stuck in as needed. Areas of work include managing production of The School Librarian journal which publishes three times per year, developing a strong understanding of the TSL audience, its circulation and readership figures to inform content development and identify opportunities to attract new subscribers. You will also contribute to digital communication and content strategy across the organisation, helping to determine the best platforms or channels for a variety of content types. While leading on TSL, you will also support content creation for our newsletters, website and social media, working with the Publicity and Partnerships Manager to determine the most appropriate format for different stories, features or news items.

The salary for this position is £24, 324.32 per anum (based on FTE £30,000) for 30 hours per week, and comes with a 6% employer pension contribution.

Animal Equality is an international animal protection organisation working with society, governments and companies to end cruelty to farmed animals. Animal Equality has offices in the United Kingdom, United States, Germany, Italy, Spain, Mexico, Brazil and India.

Animal Equality releases investigative materials captured from inside factory farms and slaughterhouses, exposing the conditions that farmed animals face around the world. We publish our findings on television, in newspapers and online. We routinely secure mainstream media coverage, including on the BBC, ITV, Sky news, The Times, the Guardian, New York Times and many more.

Animal Equality also advocates for political change. Our current campaigns include a UK ban on foie gras imports, increased enforcement of existing animal protection laws, legal protections for farmed fish, and Government subsidies for transitioning towards a plant-based food system.

We focus on farmed animals because of the scale and severity of the issue. More than a billion animals are confined and killed for human consumption every year in the UK. Farmed animals also often suffer in some of the worst ways: pigs typically endure painful mutilations, many chickens die of heart attacks, fish are confined in underwater cages, and some farmed animals are victims of deliberate abuse and neglect. But the problem is solvable! By utilising effective campaigning strategies, Animal Equality is having an impact for animals around the world and building a future where all animals are respected and protected, and are no longer exploited for human consumption.

Animal Equality UK’s current key campaigns include:

• Strengthening enforcement of animal protection laws
• Halting the expansion of Scotland’s salmon farming industry
• Achieving a ban on foie gras imports

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Communications Coordinator will play a key role in shaping Animal Equality UK’s public voice. The postholder will ensure all outgoing content, both digital and print, aligns with our brand, values, and mission.

This role will lead on paid digital marketing and lead-generation activities to grow our supporter and donor base; oversee video production; manage website content; optimise organic and paid reach; support SEO strategy; and ensure consistent day-to-day engagement across our social media channels.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively across all UK departments, particularly Marketing and Campaigns, as well as with international colleagues, to maximise our impact for farmed animals.

ABOUT YOU

You are a detail-oriented and data-aware communicator who approaches your work with accuracy, care, and a strong focus on long-term financial impact for the organisation. You bring a creative eye for compelling storytelling, particularly through video and social content, and use this flair to proactively take ownership over your work, producing engaging, high-quality digital materials. You are solutions-focused and highly self-motivated, taking initiative to solve problems, respond swiftly to unfolding events, and share timely campaign updates, victories, and breaking news.

You excel in organisation and time management, balancing a varied and fast-paced workload while meeting deadlines and working independently when needed. Your strong written communication skills allow you to craft persuasive, clear, and compelling copy across platforms, always tailored to audience and context.

Collaboration comes naturally to you: you work cooperatively with colleagues across teams and international offices to achieve shared goals. You are driven, self-starting, and strategic in your approach, with a deep commitment to Animal Equality’s mission and the protection of farmed animals. Professionalism, adaptability, and discretion are essential to how you work. You actively seek constructive feedback and use it to continuously improve your work. You show autonomy, pride over your work, and a growth mindset that is focused on improving the world for farmed animals. 

You must have a minimum of three years’ experience in running paid ads on Meta and Google, with a proven ability to design and deliver content for successful lead generation and long-term fundraising.

About the role:

As our Operational Development Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing and delivering high-quality, evidence-based interventions and services that reduce alcohol-related harm. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you’ll ensure our programmes are inclusive, impactful, and grounded in behavioural science.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the design and delivery of harm reduction interventions and prevention.
• Driving operational planning and ensuring interventions align with public health objectives.
• Embedding quality assurance, safeguarding, and compliance across all programmes.
• Collaborating with teams including Digital, Marketing, Research, and Partnerships to deliver effective services.
• Representing Drinkaware externally with stakeholders, funders, and public health bodies.

This role also includes line management of two team members and offers the opportunity to influence strategic direction while maintaining hands-on delivery.

About you:

Qualifications in psychology, public health, or behavioural science are desirable but not essential. We are keen to see applicants with certificates in Motivational Interviewing, CBT or other relevant therapeutic approaches relating to alcohol harm reduction or prevention.
